How about instead of zip tying the latch u fix the door. This is the door to the handicap stall. This has been this way for months. My grandmother has a hard time getting up and down and the handicap restroom is the only stall with a handle she can grab. She lives in a rural area and comes to Walmart tallest once a week and when she has to use the restroom there is no stall for her with her disability. We have been patient as this has been for on going for 3-4 months. Please have someone fix the door so there is a restroom that people with handicaps or disabilities can use! This would be great. Hopefully dinner then later since it’s already been 4 months.

Rude customer service. Went in to cash my check and the child at customer service put check in machine and crumbled it up. Finally she decided to get help but the girl that came over told her not to cash it because if it tore she would be responsible yet she was the one that messed it up. So I had to go all the way to Forest the next day to the bank and get it cashed. I will not be back at this Walmart again.

I was at the self checkout and the employee comes up to me telling me that I didn't scan my items correctly. First off, it's SELF checkout. That means I'm doing YOUR job for free. Second, I know how to scan items. I've worked retail and customer service for years. Don't even come at me! Carthage Walmart is extremely ignorant.

The only two complaints are the self checkout and lack of cashiers. There are issues with scanning even when it says it scanned the items and the lack of cashiers, force you to go through self check out.

This is one of the nicest stores I've been in. Very clean. And always have a large wide variety of merchandise.

Very much improved! Smiling employees, friendly, and back to being considerate and helpful. The store itself looked cleaner and had a greater selection of fresh items. Some of the shelves are still bare. I am not sure why the Walmarts in this area are like this. Hopefully, that will get better with time. I have to say, whoever is making changes and improvements, please continue doing so. We need to keep our community moving forward. Now, if some of the customers will take pride and be cleaner when using the restrooms and cleanup after yourself, like we all know you know how to do, that will help everyone out.🙂✌️

I was not impressed with the overall experience. There were boxes and carts all over the place ja.ming up the isles . Was hard to navigate. During the day also. Very crowded and congested. Shelves were poorly stocked all over the place. I managed to get by with a Seco d choice of beer and noodles and potatoes, etc. Wal Mart has, as i have known them, always had a higher standard of quality than what I experienced there. Is, in my opinion, a direct reflection of management. However, there was a nice young man who was standing outside the doors at closing time on another occasion. But this gentleman went way out of his way to assist me with an issue, He was kind, personable, approachable and very willi.g to assist me with my issues . His willingness to be on point with customer service and ensure the customers are satisfied with a smile on his face. This young man represents what true leadership is all about in the retail and service industries. Great job sir! Thank you.

This is the first walmart where an employee asked if I needed any help finding what I was looking for. On top of that, they thanked me for shopping at that store. Customer service is alive and well. Carthage MS!

This is my GO TO Walmart. I love the fact that it's a smaller store. Get what I need without the extra steps. A lot of the employees have been there for years and it's nice to see the same people all the time. They aren't 24 (weren't before pandemic) hours so if you go late they'll be stocking but they are always easy to get around. I appreciate their willingness to help customers. I have only found 1 employee that is a bad apple... And boy is she BAD!

Great place to shop. Great prices. You can get groceries, prescriptions , toys, hardware, garden and yard items, elecronics and cell phones, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, automotive supplies, almost any item you might need in the kitchen, towels, sheets ,rugs, curtains, and all the lastest toys, movies, music and video games and you can also get pictures printed here. The best thing is layaway during Christmas time. They also have MoneyGram and Western Union to take care of bills and sending money to love ones. They also have a coinstar machine and a Redbox machine. So this is the place to go for all your shopping needs. Great place to shop

Today I am only leaving two stars due to the fact the store had lots of customers checking out & very few cashiers. I decided to use self check it out and I needed a person to come and override a problem! I saw her across the way and she was talking to someone and I raised my hand and I waved. She came over and seemed to be in a puff and said to me a customer I don't appreciate you pointing and waving at me I can see you she said you're supposed to stop and push the need help button. I said well I didn't know I was supposed to shout at you across the way to get your attention. She was very rude and but you could tell very stressed due to the fact that they did not have enough people working to handle the influx of customers. The garden Center door was open and that is how I came in but when I went to leave at a little bit after 6:00 p.m. it was closed. Totally ridiculous! Post hours and stick to a schedule. Several Walmarts have two cashiers to check people out in the garden center area of their stores. All Walmarts should have this convenience. It is a wonderful way to employ more people and allow the customers to utilize both entrances and exits.

Just another Walmart expects you to scan and bag your own groceries and if you miss scan they start a case file on you and press charges the next time you show up. So just use the cashier lines cause you know they haul their people off to jail for making a error scanning item..(NOT).

Wish I could give this store a 0! Been here five years and the local hardware store has better selection. Today I called to ask about live Christmas trees. The phone rang for over ten minutes. No answer! I called every line in store finally got someone in deli but her phone will not transfer. The phone rang for over ten minutes. Walmart you need to do better or shut the doors!!

This store is a joke. They allowed city police to be called to arrest someone for allegedly "disturbing the peace" when all they were doing was buying fishing tackle. The employee who made the false allegations, I think personally, should also go to jail for filing a false complaint.

Things were fairly normal as they usually are in a Walmart until it came to check out time. It was very congested. Not enough regular checkers. Do NOT like the automatic machines dot-dot. If those are used why don't we get a discount for doing your job? Would rather talk to a person instead of a machine

I have no problem with the people that work there, the problem is there are too few people working there! Greedy corporate needs to stop penny pinching and focus on hiring more people than automating things when they don't have enough people to even pick up the phone or assist customers in store. Whenever I need assistance, I usually have to hunt down someone from another department. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Today going to Walmart wasn't so bad I can honestly say I haven't been hardly anywhere since this pandemic or around Marcy 11th not where they're contained a lot of people but the atmosphere was okay people were spacious and everyone had a mask on but our service was great and I would like to say I appreciate the men and women who work there everyday to try to make our living a little bit better

Prices ring up wrong sometimes but the main problem is they're out of a lot of items frequently. An employee told me the management doesn't order enough stock. Have to go to another store or another Walmart 40 minutes away.
