I normally don’t dine in fast food restaurants. On the way home from Walnut Grove, I wasn’t too sure what I wanted. I was craving chicken. In the distance, I seen this Popeyes. I came in and I was greeted by a person at the counter. I wasn’t too sure how many nuggets came with the meal. The worker told me the options available without hesitation. I received my food in under 5 minutes. I have to say, it was amazing.

Huge thanks to the Carthage, MS staff who welcomed our large group of college students with open arms! We had lunch on 2-26 and the service was fast and exceptional. Shout out to our server who deserves every accolade for her kindness ! Excellent customer care.

Bad service on night shift, my husband and I were on our way back in from vacation and it was 9:48pm on a Sunday night. We pulled up to place our order at the speaker box and 4 minutes went by and not a word come threw it. I decided to call see if I could get someone to answer, I didn’t get an answer on the call but I did all the sudden on the speaker box. A young man answered, then we had to repeat our order to a young lady. Well after three minutes went by after we paid for the food a girl had asked me if I wanted strawberry biscuits with crème on the inside I looked at my husband confused he informed me they didn’t have any biscuits and that was suppose to be a substitute. Asked if I’d like to wait 6 minutes for biscuits I said no. I ordered mash potatoes and 4 biscuits. I like to dip my dough in my taters lol, so with that being said strawberry crème filled biscuits didn’t sound like it’d be to good eaten that way. Come to find out after a total of 15 min of waiting they came outside to inform me no taters they threw them away and asked me if I’d like blackened chicken or popcorn shrimp I insisted for the fourth time I’d just like a refund . After another 5 minutes went by and telling two different ladies( one in a green top) we was still waiting for a refund we finally got it. O and my husband didn’t even get his drink with his order until just right before we left mind you we got there at 9:48 and left at 10:18.

I was so hungry when pulling into the parking lot that I almost jumped the curb and hit the manager 😳. The manager had a great scene of humor and gave my family great customer service. The food was fresh and hot. The crew was so much fun.

Great! While I was there... a woman approached the counter to place an order. She was having trouble with her speech, maybe some type of impairment. The representative for the store was very nice and helped her with the order. It is nice to know there are people in customer service that are patient and willing to help.

I live in Philadelphia Ms and I love Popeyes. But every single time I go to the one in Philadelphia they always give me mild tenders when I ordered spicy. The mild has a taste I really don't like. They try to say it's spicy but I can taste the difference and when I tell them they then say oh we're out of spicy. So decided to drive the extra mile to Carthage Popeye's. OMG!! I Will be making the extra drive from now on. The people there are friendly and customer service outstanding. The food is awesome and the best I've had our of all the Popeye's I've eaten at. And I've eaten ALOT of Popeye's. Popeye's is my passion lol. Carthage Popeye's is by far the best.

Tonight's meal seemed old to me. The fries were cold and chewy, the meat firm and greasy and the slaw had an old smell. Normally everything has been great, so this visit was disappointing.

My 15 year old went in and ordered the 10$ feeds 2 meal 6 tender biscuits and 2 regular sides ...the employees aregued with her abut not hving that...stating they only had 3 or 5 piece meals and sold her that for her and my youngest...the advertisment was on the window helllooo
