As a resident, I believe I'm being overcharged for dropping off maybe 30 lbs of trash (4 kitchen sized bags, some cardboard, a small vacuum cleaner, and empty pet food bags). There's absolutely no way that equates to 160 lbs as indicated on my receipt $9 . That cannot be right. So, I will be scrutinizing any weights measured in the future.

Set up a new account for trash pickup with them and THEN they decide they aren't accepting new accounts in my area although they have a truck pickup my immediate neighbors garbage once a week. They don't let me know their decision to break the contract they entered into with me until I contact them to see if my containers delivery had been delayed since they hadn't delivered it yet. They literally changed their mind after entering into an agreement with me to provide a service and didn't even have the decency to notify me so that I could make other arrangements. Instead, I waited from Friday until Tuesday afternoon for a trash container that was not coming.

I waited all week for the dumpster to show up, but the Dumpster never showed up at scheduled time. I emailed customer service the next morning only to find out that we were out of their service area comp. I feel this could’ve been communicated at the time of ordering the dumpster.

I had to go to the landfill yesterday, and it was very hot outside.While I was unloading my truck, I looked up, and the man from the office showed up in a golf cart to bring me a bottle of ice water.Thank you RJ!Your act of kindness was greatly appreciated sir.

I have never been to dump trash and the lady at the desk was very rude and not friendly at all.. It makes me not want to go anymore....

So can someone at W.M. please explain why the Central Landfill was closed to Residents on a Saturday? What are you people thinking?, not everyone works a schedule that allows for a weekday before 4pm to go to the dump. I get that you don't make the money from residents, but we still have the right to service and until that Right is removed you have the obligation to that service.

I have been living in Carriere now for 5 years and use waste management for regular trash. I have never had any problems with the employees. They were always nice. I can see where the wall could be a problem for some people.

WM has been changing the pickup rules mid-contract and not communicating these changes to their customers. Who wants to pay $225 for a BBQ grill to be picked up? Now they won't even pick up empty boxes next to the can!

Sitting ready to cross the scale and the clock strikes 11:30. I get turned around...really?!! A loaded trailer and hours that i was told were what they are so they could be closed by 12. I’d love to know who the woman was that turned me around so I could get her canned!!! I was literally the only damn person there! Someone could’ve closed the gate where nobody else could come in. Completely uncalled for and rude as all get out!!

They built a wall in front of the dumpsters at least 5 feet high, who can throw trash over it? There roads are in bad shape, definitely not customer oriented, not sure why county doesnt have more control of the operation,old people cant dump trash over wall

The lady that works here on saturdays is the worst employer ever. It was my first time coming to this area and she was so rude to me and the two cars before us.

The lady who I talked to was very rude and disrespectful when you're asking questions like she didn't have time to talk to me cause it's a Friday and I wonder how they charge so much when that is school land they are on and they let for years and even now Louisiana dump their garbage by the 18 wheeler load or pennies and that why the dump fills up so fast
