Everything we had was excellent. The seafood platter was big enough to share. You can even buy some of the great coleslaw to take home. Loved the calamari!Dietary restrictions: You could get your fish broiled or fried.Parking: Parking in front and behind the building.

Nice clean building, family atmosphere the staff was very professional friendly and helpful. The food was great, fresh no long wait here. Prices were very reasonable!I highly recommend a visit, and don't forget to try the appetizers.. fried crawfish tails is amazing.

I hadn't been to Jack's in a long time due to moving. I hoped the food was still good. I thought the fish was salty. I didn't think to ask them to keep the fish salt-free. I liked the coleslaw. The hushpuppies were bland, heavy, and very greasy.Our waitress helped us choose food and sides and asked if everyone wanted coleslaw. She stayed on top of filling our glasses.The seating areas and restrooms were clean. Our family had a really good time visiting for the first time in years.

Food was awesome.. Great service and hot food! We had fish tacos and sweet potatoes along with the best hush puppies, and fried catfish. The blueberry white chocolate cheesecake was worthy of a 5 star establishment!

This past weekend we ate there and it was GREAT! New cook possibly? The seafood was fried perfectly! Clean tasting fish, perfect oysters and shrimp. Something that would be nice, is a little more crab in the crab patties, and PLEASE GIVE LEMON WITH FRIED SEAFOOD!? We purchased 2 seafood platters and had to buy lemon wedges, that's just strange!When I spend almost $50 on 2 dinners, a few lemon wedges would be nice. Making a customer pay $1.50 for 6 wedges, when they purchased 2 seafood platters!? That's crazy!Normally, lemon is a given with fried seafood!That's where you lost a star. I debated taking a second star because it's so ridiculous to make a customer purchase lemon, but the seafood improved dramatically since the last visit, so I left 4 stars .Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp.

Excellent. A great hidden gem. Unfortunately they are only open Thursday through Saturday 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. . The food is great. Some of the best I've ever had. You don't want to miss this place. They have great family deals and individual dinners. Excellent seafood and chicken. Call ahead and make your order so it can be ready when you can pick it up. Help keep our local businesses going during this pandemic. Also remember get vaccinated, wear your masks and social distance and don't forget to wash and sanitize your hands. We will be through with this soon. Everybody keep your heads up and stick together so we can see our way through this.

Awesome food, great and relaxed atmosphere, family friendly, reasonably priced.I dined there with a party of 12, food was delivered to our table quickly.My favorite is the seafood platter, the catfish is fried golden brown to perfection as are the oysters and shrimp.Will definetly come back.

They was under staffed. I ordered just fish and shrimp plate and other people that came in after me got their food first. Service was slow i ate all food on my plate before the watierss ever came back. The food isn't nothing to brag about i rank it about like mc Donald's its just a place to eat. If they was to improve i still want go back. The food isn't enough for the money you spend isn't full of flavor the fries well I could've counted them on my hands.I just had a bad all around experience.

The food and service was of the quality we have always received at Jack's, BUTthe only employees masked were the register staff, no table waitress had on masks as well as the bulk of patrons coming and going had no face mask on. We will not patronize an establishment that could risk our health. We will not be back.

Very friendly..food is good, However we experience locked of service when handling large parties....we had a party of 10 people I asked for all you can eat cat fish and I was not able to find the server after the first plate. Also some of the orders were wrong, Finally she came back with the check. My husband signed it and gave it to someone in the kitchen because we couldn't find her. I might come back but I won't host birthday parties there.

Always Good, However if you don't Arrive Early you will Have to Wait. This is one of the busiest fish houses in the Area. The Food is ALWAYS Hot and Fresh and the Coleslaw and Yam patties are a Fan Favorite. The Selection is Top Notch and the SUNDAY Lunch Buffet is Quite Possibility one of the BEST in the REGION for the Price. Check them out on Facebook.

Catfish was excellent, cheese curds were amazing, really enjoyed the oysters and stuffed crab. Gumbo was unique. The only thing I didn't care for was twice cooked boiled shrimp (harder to peel). Tarter sauce was so good. Everyone enjoyed the Savannah sauce and the Comeback sauce is going to make us comeback.
