Store in Carriere 7190 Hwy 11 / Burgetown Rd is disorganized and mismanaged since previous manager left. Need change in "managers" and "assistant managers" Only see 1 maybe 2 people working others smoking or sitting around. Used to stop here on way home. After seeing how rude they were to older customer said would not return. Now I go to store in McNeill / Carriere as they are friendly, organized and always willing to help

Staff is friendly and helpful but it is so disorganized and cluttered. There are always carts of products just sitting in the aisles and blocking the walkways. It is in no way handicap accessible.

Managers and staff members are wonderful!I have lived in many States/cities in the US and visited numerous "Quick Stops" or stores similar to this one. I found this particular store to have outstanding personnel and I have come to feel as though many of the individuals working there are now my friends.

The employees are nice but this particular store doesn't have hair products for African Americans. So if you live out here and need those products you have too drive all the way into town. They won't even stock them even if you ask them to.

Always clean and nicely stocked shelves.I like the staff, they are kind when you get them to talk.They just all just put off an aggressive demeanor about them.The parking lot is on a hill and you hit a lil drop as you pull in.

The best Dollar General Store in our area. The Manager & Cashiers treat customers so grest. They make you feel like you dont want to shop anywhere else.

There is one person who is very snutty to people when she is working her name is Jenna, as a loyal customer she is rude she don't help when you need help finding something an she is always eating, i was in store other day while I was in line waiting to to be checked out she(Jenna) came in an she asked the cashier to go get something out the back an the cashier told her you go get it you not on the clock an your not to be here,, all us customers that was in line gave the girl thumbs up for telling her like she needed to be told,wish we had cashier's like this young lady at all the stores,,,,thanks Gracie store number 09926 carriere,Ms

I love this place! Cheap prices and they have everything you need instead of going to a growded grocery with long lines. Great buys on breakfast foods for the little ones in your family. Can goods, frozen foods, cleaners.....it's all there. Trust me you will love it too. Dollar General is everywhere. There is a store very close to you. Cashiers are friendly and always have a smile. Need help finding something? No problem because help is ammediate. No waiting for help like Walmart where someone needs to be paged to help you and half the time they can't. Seasonal foods, candy etc are always there. Why would you want to go anywhere else. Oh....let me tell you about their sales, discounts, $$$$ off your bill on certain days. Don't forget to sign up for the digital coupons. Just use your phone number at the register to redeem them. I've saved a lot of money everytime I go. It's so easy. So make that trip to Dollar General soon. It will be worth it.

It was horrible. they would not return my item ..even though they usually do she was so rude her name was melissa in McNeill,ms dollar general..corner of hwy 11 and John amaker rd..she got on the phone with carriere dollar store manager was talking trash bout me..I forgot my red bird peppermints i buy them everyday..she didnt know I came bck in store and I heard her loudly talking about me in front of all the costomers and said I got u I am reporting ur behavior to your manager..asked her name still continued to be rude to me .....got on phone was lieing to the girl telling her all kind of bs....she was the worst sales associate I have ever met ....

I will drive from picayune , to come to this dollar general. The people who work are so caring and friendly! Definitely care about customer service. And they have the best selection ! Great store

Everytime I go in Dollar general it is the same employee working .. it doesn't matter if he has a line out the door or if he has 1 person in line , he is going to treat everyone nice Love that!
