Rented a uhaul from them recently. Uhaul charged an extra $100 because they claimed we brought it back at 9:43 a.m. instead of the night before. We had it back and cleaned before time. And claimed we told them we wanted the extra "safe move" insurance that we had already declined when we filled out the form online. VERY VERY dissatisfied with working with them. We lost money due to ignorance.
