I have frequented this location since August 2018 and I must say I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What I truly love about this business is it takes you back in time when most people were farming and gardening. It has a down home feel to it. The prices are reasonable and they also give 5% veterans discount. I wish that was more but then some of their prices are lower than their competitors.I highly recommend visiting this store! You definitely will not have any regrets!

I ❤ T.S. The selection for my dogs 🐕 is much better than my local feed store. Prices though vary, so you have to watch that. Staff are nice & helpful, and I like that it's open 7 days a week!

Generally it’s a good store. However, recently I went in at 8:00 to purchase posts and was told the outside area was closed. The reason I was given for 1/3 of the store to be closed an hour before the actual close time “there’s a lot going on and it’s not convenient” I guess it’s more convenient for the customer to make another trip. Customer service has gone to hell.

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT THIS STORE BEFORE BUT ....the young lady on duty as of 11:10 am on 12/20/21 is so rude. First of all when we walked in the store we noticed we weren't greeted as the Caucasian couple that walked in before us. My daughter and I were looking for some pants for my husband. She walks over peeping as if we were trying to steal, didn't even ask did we need help. I don't steal.I make over 60,000 a year I can afford car-hart pants. Anyway we made it to the counter this same lady would greet every Caucasian that walked in the store.Every black that walk in she would just look at them and not greet them or anything. While at the counter she wouldn't not even look at us because she knew I was watching her behavior. Openly, I pointed it out to my daughter so that she could see exactly what was going on. If this lady has a problem with people of COLOR she should probably looked into a different profession.

A good place to shop the red headed guy is great with customers that's who I would try to find there's a much younger newer one I believe said he was a manager now but really lacks courtesy I haven't tried the flowood one yet but look forward to checking it out too even though this one is more convenent. The ladies at the register our polite and always try to help you save.

I use TSC/Canton regularly and the employees are always helpful and courteous to everyone. It is great to have a TSC store with the wide variety of farm supplies available 7 days a week.

This place is terrible!!! The Team leader, receiver and store manager are terrible!!! They cursed (using the F word) in front of my wife and kids. the receiver will not help with anything and with disappear in the back of the store. I have hear the team leader talk about customers looks and the way they talk (she is a plus size women with a country accent) to the manager. They have a buy it or leave it attitude, and with not help you find anything. This store is definitely not the way it use to be.

I keep saying I'm never coming back to this place with the terrible service and long waits at the checkouts. I was gonna buy an item and about eight people waiting in line with only one checkout lane open. I stood in line for about five minutes and the cashier was still waiting on the same customer. Also, they won't sell any propane if there's even a little sprinkle outside. I'm done with Tractor Supply in Canton.

Terrible manager. About 2 weeks ago, While I was waiting for him to answer a question, he chose instead to check some paperwork, knowing full well that I was waiting for him. After which, he took a phone call. I walked away and came back 10 minutes later to find him still on the phone. I waited....once he got off the phone, he went back to his paperwork. I politely asked him if he could help me. He snapped ,” what do you want?” I asked him for help with a. Item, and he said he’d be right there. Five minutes passed, he never came, then I saw him working with a man in another aisle. I walked over, thinking he’d forgotten. He ignored me and when he finished with the male customer, just walked the other way. I don’t need this kind of aggravation. If TS doesn’t want my business, then good news, they got their wish.

We love this place to buy dog food. It was our neighbor who recommended it to us. Being regular customers for years, it feels like home when we shop. They have other items also for men, women, and kids, such as, boots, jeans, tops and seasonal items.

Sorry I cannot shop at your store any longer. Came up to get my monthly supply of feed to find nobody wiping carts, one customer with a mask, and only one check out open. I observed only ONE clerk wearing a face mask. If you cannot do a better job of protecting your workers and customers, I must shop elsewhere.

[New Review, Thu., 30-Dec-2021]Tractor Supply NEVER has the bolts you need—especially Canton! You tell them and all they say is I just run the register. This has been going on for years at this store—not a Covid thing. Tell a manager their excuse is some company stocks everything. Well, NOBODY ever does inventory! Lots of EMPTY BINS! Especially common lengths of ½ in. grade 8 coarse thread bolts. Wasted trip. Not a happy camper. 😒😡

This location is the worse. You want to experience terrible customer service, lazy workers, workers that play around with other workers. This is your location. I'm leaving a review because it's every time I come!!!They don't wear mask. I won't be coming back

I really enjoy shopping at Tractor Supply. Lots of tools and equipment for the home, shop, it farm. Plus food for many different animals. Lots of good deals also. Associates are very friendly and helpful although you will probably have to find one first.

Depends on the store location and what time you go there is when you get the ones who really don't want to do nothing. I go to one in Clinton and it never fails I can't find one clerk and if I know,its like I'm speaking french. But I know that move and bug them anyways. Home Depot has spilled out onto those stores now. And the insurance they ask if you want, if you have dealt with asuron before then you know you're in for a treat. That's the biggest doodoos I've ever dealt with. I'd use caution before agreeing to paying that extra few bucks for them cause once you get it, you can forget about the store taking anything back. And that's almost everywhere. If you want it replaced, don't call asuron.

I like this place and am glad they have poultry products and feed. It is conveniently located on the route I take from my home to my farm.The people are friendly and seem pretty knowledgeable about things.
