The worst service ever. We did a mobile order 25 minutes prior to arriving. Once there the time said that the order should have been ready so we gave it a dew minute. After waiting and additional 15 mini we decided to buzz to see if the order was ready. The attendant answered as if the order had not been received and told us it would be right out. We sat another 20 minutes and no order. We decided to ask for a refund. It took an additional 10 minutes for the request to be filled. The mama get came out and said that our order was still on the screen and had been there for 45 minutes! She did apologize and refund our money. This Sonic has gone down tremendously as far as service, quality, and atmosphere. The workers are on the inside openly on their phones, eating while they should be filling orders, talking loud about inappropriate things, and you name it. I will NOT be going back. Serious I Improvement is needed.

Im a nurse nearby and i Went at 10am. Ordered chili cheese fries and 2 drinks...needless to say i felt sick at 1pm...by 315pm after work had to pull over and throwup. Fries were still formed And puke was black. Made it home which was a 45 min drive still burping and stomach doing flips..threwup 3 more times. Will NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. GO LUCK TO ANYONE WHO DOES!!!

What a FABULOUS crew here. Friendly and helpful(we were trying to find the rest of the tokidoki toys)My drink was great just I would get in Florida (an iced coffee with Chocolate)There is a bit of work being done but service is still great.

Says 24hrs. Got there about 2:45am multiple cars already there but for us that came after them was told it would be a 15-30 min wait because they where do a switch over we were asked if we were willing to wait and we had nothing else to do so after about an hr still nothing they basically hid, and one was outside behind the building, I could have taken it better if you would have said we really don’t plan on getting back to taking your order, we could have just left, terrible non service.

I placed an order ahead for a blast 20 minutes prior and took 40+ minutes . I ended up having to get out of my car and walk to the door. I kept pushing the red button, but no one ever answered it. They did have a few cars, though. What's the purpose of ordering ahead If you still gotta wait 40+ minutes. I was late going back to work from my break because of it.

Today after having a long day, my wife and I stopped at the Sonic here in Canton. I begin placing our order and before I could finish telling the worker on the intercom what I wanted she said “Is that all”? And then proceeds to tell me my order total and that was it. I wasn’t done ordering and my wife’s food was to be ordered next. My wife said do not worry about it honey. I said okay. Fast forward to the delivery of my food great customer service from the lady employee who delivered my food. No problem. I pulled off from Sonic went to Burger King to get my wife something to eat and we got her food then we pulled onside the building to eat. My wife and I are talking and eating. I unfolded the wrapper of one of my burgers and it was good to my knowledge, however when I discovered green mold on my second burger I drove immediately back to Sonic. The manager that was on duty(Tiara Carter) was phenomenal and she went above and beyond to correct the mistake that happened with my food. I have written this long review just to highly thank and appreciate Manager Tiara! She was very professional and well spoken. She not only gave me a refund for the order, but also remade my order herself and apologized for the mishap. This is the kind of employee I would want overseeing my place of business from a CEO standpoint. Thank you Manager Tiara!

I'm from out of town I went to sonic and it was alot of teens ordering at the walk up box the teens and the workers inside were laughing, joking, and playing around I pressed the button hoping to order even after they finished taking the teens orders and they never answered I hit the button multiple times. So I went around the other side thinking maybe the box I was at wasn't working because the screen wasn't working and press the button and still no 1 answered they were still talking and playing around with the teens outside other customers were waiting as well so I left I ordered my food on uber and they still messed up my order those young people that work there are very unprofessional and need to be disciplined on how to conduct themselves as workers

Not very friendly asked for whipped cream and cherry on the milkshake very little cream no cherry the chocolate shake was way to sweet brought the cups out ice cream all over the cups asked for napkins the girl was kinda rude cause she had to walk back and get someDon't even bother calling the 1800 number cause they won't do anything

Placed an online order that should have been almost ready by the time I got there, Instead I waited 20 minutes after arriving and checking in to stall #22 before I got a message on the menu board stating that my food was on the way. After 10 more minutes of waiting I decided to hit the red button and ask what the status of my order was. The person on the other end of the speaker asked me if I had received the order... If I had received the order I wouldn't be asking what the status of my order was. After about 6 or 7 more minutes, a girl comes out with 2 ice cream Sundaes. Since I paid $20 for my food I knew that wasn't my order. So after telling the girl everything that I ordered she comes back out about 8 minutes later with some of the order, I waited for her to go back and get the rest which of course was not the right stuff, and the drinks were not correct but I had had enough of waiting and I just decided to leave. My cheese sticks and broccoli bites were cold... This is my 1st and last visit to this Sonic.

I placed an order in the app and checked in at stall 4. I’m currently still sitting here waiting. It’s been 30 minutes now and I still have a long drive ahead of me and would really like to get back on the road! Sonic corporate, you really need to address the issues at this location ASAP! I’ll never stop at this Sonic again!

This place is a joke compared to the others. So first off it took forever for them to get with us after pushing the button and it wasn't even packed like sonics normally are. Then I asked for a cheeseburger with NO tomatoes or onions and they just took the tomatoe off the burger and didn't even bother with taking the onions off. There was tomatoe juice all over my burger. If you want good sonic don't go here.

Terrible service. Person who took my order had a nasty attitude and our order was wrong. Carhop was nice though. We were already on the road when we realized our order was wrong and couldn't go back. The Canton, MS Sonic needs a entirely new staff. Unprofessional and it shows they don't care about their job or the people they serve.

The service was awesome at this location! The timing from pushing the button the speaker answered immediately. And even though I had a family of 4 order the food was out fresh and hit within 5 minutes. There was 2 people that brought our order out and both were smiling and very happy/pleasant.

I have been going to Sonics for over 20 years and have never had a problem with the food. That is until i went to the Sonic in Canton, Mississippi. The food tasted slightly different than normal but I thought nothing of it because I was hungry. I don't know what was wrong with the food but the next day I became ill and couldn't leave the bathroom. Now I can't even look at the Sonic sign without feeling queezy. Not only that but the person's that took my order and delivered it to me acted as if they were there for no other reason other than to get paid. Sorry Sonic but I won't be back.

The food here is great in comparison to other Sonics. But the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned in over a month. Inside of toilet and sink were brown and there was stuff all over the floor. Not the best during a pandemic.

Small buffet, but food very good. Clean. The take out price is high. You get a small Styrofoam plate for about $10. For $10 MORE, you can dine in and get drinks plus leave a tip. This was for a party of 3.
