I ordered by phone after reviewing their website. I ordered a spray to be delivered to a church for a funeral service. The transaction was smooth, Jennifer was kind and helpful. She even followed up by sending me a photo of my arrangement like I’d asked.I would definitely order again just because they were great to deal with, local and made the arrangement just like it was pictured on their website.

Made a payment to have flowers delivered on same day. Called 3 hours after payment was made to ASSURE the delivery would be made that day and was told the delivery was in process as we were speaking. Come to find out nothing was delivered. Get a call after hours with an apology and that they can make the delivery to the house the following day. I appreciate that but not what I paid for. Will not use again.

Ordered funeral spray and had very specific requests for unique spelling on card, and colors and flowers. We were so pleased with the arrangement. We received many compliments at the service about how the spray so accurately had things our loved one would have wanted. Withers created a beautiful fall arrangement for my wife's birthday and delivered them to Jackson. We were beyond impressed with the flowers AND with their customer service! The delivery driver was incredibly friendly - before they left, they called to make sure the flowers were delivered to the right house and were brought inside.

Many florists offer to take a pic and send it to you of the flowers you have ordered when you order from out of the area. I thought they told me they would send to me when they delivered the plant but maybe they just meant that they would confirm delivery which they did do. However, since this was a funeral for a dear friend it was very important to me that the plant be very nice. But I had to ask another friend at the funeral to take a pic and send it to me. I was pleased with the plant but that was embarrassing. It is 2020 and sending pics is not high tech.Thanks for your response. The plant was beautiful and the price was very reasonable.

This was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever recieved! The flowers were perfect!! And the icing on top of it was that the gentleman who delivered them gave them a mist with a water bottle before he carried them to the door! It was so cool. They definitely take the time to do the little things.

I ordered a Homecoming corsage for my daughters 1st Homecoming dance. 1st off... the corsage was $40!!! It had 2 little flowers in it. I asked the lady behind the counter, jokingly “are they made of Gold?” She snarled at me and said “do you want it or not?”I went ahead and paid for it even thought it was outrageously priced. I did order it without asking the price. My fault.The corsage didn’t even last the whole dance. It was falling apart by the end of the night. My daughter is not one to be rough with anything. I think the quality was just cheap and they made it in a rush. Too overpriced. I’ll go to Kroger next time. Their minimum wage florist does a lot better job!

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day on January 30th. The flowers ordered were the Victorian romance, cream roses with lavender throughout, looked great. The flowers that were delivered were a dozen white roses with what looked like one spring of those white and yellow weeds that you see on the side of the road in the middle of the roses, sticking out way over the top of the roses. Also, a cheesy white ribbon with red hearts was tied around the neck of the vase. I didn’t ask for the ribbon. It looked like I could have picked up something nicer at Kroger or Walmart, for 20% of the cost. I’m not convinced the flower shop didn’t pick something up from Walmart and deliver it, pocketing the profits. If I had known what would have been delivered, I never would have ordered from this shop.I gave two stars because something was delivered. And if I was going to phone it in as much as they did on the flowers themselves, I was surprised they bothered to deliver it.
