This has become one of my favorite Walmart stores. They have the products I need and always have something different in the deli cold to go area. Customer service is good at this store also.

Kinda stuck up at Byram and S.Jackson. Clinton is usually great except the day i got a carpet cleaner and some silk flowers. Got charged around $300 and they followed me out the door looked at my receipt and swore i didnt pay for the carpet cleaner. I told en i dang sure didnt spend 300 bu ks on 3 stems of silk flowers! Luckily the cashier happen to see this goin on and went outside to explain how she had to ring the carpet cleaner up. THEN they were good. No apologies. Just said oh you can go.... Dude i was an unhappy camper. Made me look bad.

I have been a loyal shopper at this store and lately have mainly done delivery because of time. My orders have been wrong several times but I continue due to convenience and customer service from the 800 number when things are wrong. Today I had to run in to get a few things and let me just say, the associates that I interacted with were some of the rudest and unprofessional I've ever encountered in my over 40 years! The electronics manager was rude and ugly. The front end manager acted indifferent to my complaint. They do not want to be bothered. I'll drive to another Walmart or Target or dollar store before I go back to this one. The worst! They falsely advertise prices and ring you up for higher prices and then get mad when you bring it to their attention, so watch the prices at the register. This store is just awful. Walmart, get some employees that want to be there and train them on customer service.

Everytime I go to Walmart in Byram they have targeted me when I come in and I can't even enjoy my shopping. I didn't remember giving them a reason to target me and I try Tobe as careful as I could but somehow I have been chosen to be watched. I started getting my meds there for the first time while I approached the pharmacy section I were sick my doctor called me told me she was going to change my meds so I took a seat I assumed the workers thought otherwise so I'm sure the alerted the manager he came sitting on the desk holding a conversation with the cashier sin e the line gotten short I got up gotten in the line ilooked up he was gone but I am going to have my medication changed back to where I was thinking Byram Walmart was better but its worse than Jackson at least I can go in shop in peace at any other Walm. But before this incident I never had any problems because I had been shopping for years but this took the cake. Today I were there getting some flowers this lady came back there watching and I told her the same exact words I am writing here. I can always take my business to somewhere else. Don't judge me like I'm a criminal leave me the heck alone when I come in image sure my purse is zipped up so nobody would think that of me so it's not worth the stress.

There were too many pickers and very slow customer service, which was basically no help. These days it's pretty much delivery except when I'm on the road and MUST go on store. I don't even attempt curbside based on a couple of tries for groceries.

Young self check out staff rude. If you try to be cordial or mannered and tell them have a good night or evening. You'll be ignored. Stock is hit or miss at times

The Walmart in Byron, Mississippi is poorly manage every time you go in there you only have one cashier open and lines all over the store with no one happened employee just walking around on their phone not helping anyone self check out line is always way into the produce location and self check out clerks are on their phone not helping at all Every time you try to find someone to help they always run and hide away from you. This is the Walmart in Barrow Mississippi. It is a shame that I have to drive from this location to another Walmart to get a bill of service.

They allowed my ex Kambria Gabrielle Darby into the store when she took her 2 year old son into the store wearing only a diaper even though the weather was cold and fired an employee who was trying to help the son

Walmart management are completely indifferent to the safety of infant children that are present in the store. they don't seem to care if their delusional ratchet mothers bring them into the premises with no clothes on in winter time, instead they retaliate against and fire Walmart employees that try to protect those babies.Shame on Walmart. You disgust me.You ain't getting my money!

I like shopping at Walmart, and I will continue to, but the only problem I have with Walmart they don't have enough registers open. They don't mind you waiting in a long line or they are not concerned about you waiting a long time so this is when PATIENCE comes because you can't wait without it.

It’s extremely inconvenient to shop in the garden section of this Walmart. They lock all doors leading out. So, anyone buying any significantly large garden items are forced to parade them through the store. Otherwise, I like this Walmart. Employees are friendly and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am beyond upset with the PickUp Service. I have been sitting waiting for my order for over an hour and a half and still nothing. It was ready for Pick Up Monday and now they can’t find and no Employee is telling me anything. Very Disappointed

My experience at the Walmart in byram has been iffy. The biggest complaint is they don't answer the phone and items are always out of stock and in the wrong place.

Came in for some water and a night gown . If you guys are going to ask me for my receipt at the door . At least have some paper for it to be printed out on. Secondly don’t watch someone pay and still continue to ask for it .

Great newish store. Clean environment, friendly employees. However I wouldn't come at night. Seems to be a completely different place during 8pm and later hours.

Employees don't want to work, they just want to talk to other workers. Nasty acting employees. They don't show any hospitality, their rude and lazy. They do not want to work. All they want to do is conversate with other employees. They even stop ringing up to laugh and talk. Walmart hired them to do nothing.

Ashley in customer service cussed me because she is having a bad morning. I just wanted to return a item with my receipt. She then cussed me as I walked away so I turned back to her and said she needed God. Ashley then cussed me with God in her cussing rant. I then ask for a store manager and I got Chris. Much better person to deal with. I informed him of her actions and left the store. No shopping in Byram anymore for me. I will go elsewhere. RUDE is not ok. God needs to be in Byram Walmart.

The cashier was rude.Cashier must was having a bad day. She did not greet upon approaching the register. Her hands in her pocket. She did count out and give me my change,however, she didn't say thank you or anything.

I tried calling a particular department & it rang & rang & rang…then it had a dead dial tone as if someone picked up the phone & hung it back up. Tried calling the store operator & no one answered. If I go to the store sometimes they have what I’m looking for sometimes they don’t…it’s a hot & Miss type of thing. If they have something that you like & you come back to get more they don’t even stock it any more…this has happened more than once on several different products….this store is sad the only good thing is it’s convenient but that’s probably fixing to change.

I hate I have to give even one star...but I suppose the less than a handful of friendly employees can count for that. This place is a disgrace. There is almost zero customer service. Most of the employees look like they hate their job and don't even speak. There is always expired goods in the dairy department. The pick up is a JOKE. I don't know how many times I've ordered online for delivery or pick up and they say half the stuff isn't available, so I drive right up there and it's all fully stocked. Lazy...that's all that is. If you choose pick up, you might wait 45 minutes or more. Even when it isn't busy. Lots of false advertisements with wrong prices and they don't want to honor the price listed. They might give you one item for the listed price after they give you a hard time. Why is that MY fault? One time we made a decision based on the price listed. They don't want to honor it. This place is a joke all the way around. I would MUCH rather this place be closed down and turned into a Home Depot or Lowes. This place definitely doesn't care about their customers. I'm thankful to have a Kroger, and Ace close by.
