Michelle, the “shift lead is extremely rude. I bought a small item that was apparently placed in the wrong spot, she basically said she didn’t stock shelves, so it wasn’t her problem. When I said “ok, guess I’ll shop somewhere else”, she said “I don’t care!” If that’s what’s to be expected of the customer service at this store, I’ll drive as far as I need to avoid doing business here.

The worst bunch of workers I’ve ever had to deal with. They are slow, rude, and always have attitudes as if they are mad at you for coming in there. They never have your prescriptions ready on time and they will cancel or delete your prescriptions without letting you know why. I have experienced this so many times. They will have you waiting in line for up to 30 minutes and when you get to the window, your prescriptions, which you received an alert that was ready, is not ready. So you have to come back again and wait again. I would like nothing more than to move my prescriptions elsewhere but that’s a process in itself for a family of four with multiple doctors and prescriptions. I keep sticking it out hoping things will get better. It has yet to. I know they need bodies in there to work, but don’t sacrifice the quality of service. Everybody I know that has a prescription there totally dredges dealing with them. If people are already sick, they really don’t need the added stress of dealing with this incompetent staff. Walgreens…Get it together!

Would give it a zero if I could. They disregard answering the phone, only for you to show up and your prescription isn’t ready. Rude and unprofessional workers. Walgreens needs to discontinue Pharmacy services because you’ll end up dying before your medicine is ready for pickup.

I was discharged from the hospital on last night and dropped prescriptions off last night and I mustered up the strength this afternoon to go and pick up my prescriptions since I couldn’t sleep throughout the night and when I got there at 1:15 in the afternoon I was told they weren’t filled to come back at 3 because they close for lunch at 1:30. I feel soo bad and have to be at work 7am. All I want is some relief and some sleep.

I received the Influenza vaccine today. My wait time was not long at all. The process was very easy. The pharmacist was very gentle and her mannerism was very professional. My arm has no pain. Kudos to her! The store clerks were very nice and helpful. I will be returning!!!

Worst Pharmacy service, the constantly give the run around. They say one thing and automated system says another. Would not recommend pharmacy, however the store customer service will workers are always friendly

I went to receive a Western Union today at this Walgreens location. While I was there, the photo technician was very helpful and assisted me. It came up in the conversation that I have moved to the area in the last 3 months but my identification is still from another state because I have not been able to get it changed over yet. A computer repair technician, who was not part of the conversation, piped up and said, "oh well let me get my handcuffs, you are supposed to do that within a month." He was not a police officer, just a computer tech. This was the first time in my life I've ever been threatened like this! I told my husband who went back in and talked to the manager who defended him, saying that he was just joking, but he actually never told me that he was joking. This was wrong! And the manager didn't seem to care!

The rudest pharmacy staff. The pharmacy closed yesterday early due to staff having Covid. So today all prescriptions are behind, for an understandable reason. But instead of explaining the reason why to the frustrated customers, the techs just coldly say, "ready at 1" (it was 8 am at the time) and then laugh when the customer gets irritated. This is one instance. This staff is ALWAYS rude to me but thats fine, seeing them be rude and ugly to the older customers that have a hard time getting around makes me mad.

Every time o come in here the staff is super friendly. The shelves are always stocked and the store is clean. I took off one star because it’s hit or miss whether someone is at the register. Sometimes you have to wait for the person to stop stocking the shelves to come ring you up. Even photo is not always staffed. For the most part, I have no complaints though.

Came to bring my son in for a second dose and had a bad experience. The first dose was a breeze but today the young guy was very adamant about getting insurance information although the vaccine is “free”. I guess he was offended because I was irritated wondering what the issue was since I didn experience this the first dose so he made us wait another 30 minutes until I asked about the wait before he even gave him the vaccine. Please get your vaccine elsewhere I see a lot of people aren’t having such a good experience here to get the vaccine. An elderly lady was even turned away for not having an appointment and explaining to them she doesn’t know how to work a computer to sign up online.

The worst pharmacy experience that I have ever had!! It took them an hour and a half to fill my prescriptions for my one year old and two year old grandchildren that I had with me that were extremely sick. A one yr old and 2 yr old that are well are not good at sitting for an hour and a half but sick with a high fever and the flu was a night mare. They did not seem to care at all!! I could not go home without their medicine and I live 30 minutes away. So I didn't have the option of taking them home and coming back. The workers were extremely rude!!

Very rub employees I have had to call in on them twice about my prescription they tell you one thing and when you come to pick up at that time it still not ready . Had one lady say she will return my prescription back to me because she told me one time and then I wasted gas to come pick up and it still not ready that your fault not mines it’s to many of you all working inside for us to be waiting this long and then they laughing and finding it funny and it’s not especially when people are hurting or in pain and you all find laughing at a person health if this wasn’t the only place close to my house I would never come there again it’s just horrible and very unprofessional really need to start hiring people that more concerned about the patients and not just a paycheck and I still had to wait longer then what was told to me please get new staff in this store soon as possible i am to the point I will rather travel to get my prescription then deal with Walgreens in byram

I went in to get my 2nd COVID shot & the lady at the window, Margo, was VERY rude! She told me I couldn't get my vaccine because I didn't have an appointment, but a very nice young lady behind her, Toya, asked, "Ma'am, is this your 2nd shot"? I told her it was & she gladly checked me in. I also overheard Margo say, "Hurry up so she can get out of here"! I won't be coming to this pharmacy again!

I have never come in this store and had a good experience. They're always slow and does not have the best attitude. The pharmacy is a joke they a ton of people there all the time and they just let you wait and wait. Will not acknowledge you until you complain then they're mad because you said something. After I get this second shot I will not be coming in here for nothing.
