I stored my things here for years. My items were safe and secure. Never a break in or missing items. Management bent over backwards to assist in any way,. I recall having an object pinned on my unit door and help came asap! Not to expensive awesome staff. A special thanks to the young lady that assisted me that day. keep up the good work!!

I called for pricing and the office staff there is very patient and makes sure to explain everything in detail. I have decided to not use storage due to my mother allowing me to just store my stuff in her garage

I've had an unit with them for quite sometime. I needed to update my information in the system after moving back in-state from Texas, but had totally forgotten. This is the best experience I've had using a storage, I'm a military brat so I've moved a lot, the manager at this Byram location is the best!!! He was super helpful and very courteous. I just really appreciate how he helped to make my moving experience a breeze. He was patient, and worked so diligently with me to figure out what size I needed to fit with my budget and my items I had to store, he even gave me helpful tips to maximize my storage space to stay within my budget. I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone.

George was wonderful! I needed to rent a space for my large and heavy furniture from my one bedroom apartment. I had called earlier to reserve a 10 x 20. George noticed later that the unit I reserved was already leased by a charity and quickly called to tell me about the last 10 x 15 unit that was available. He even offered to let me lease two smaller units for my original quoted price for the mishap if necessary. He and Christy were very friendly and professional and got me in and out fast on my lunch break! The storage space was also very clean.

I just so happen to go to StorageMax thinking I was at another facillity. That's where I met Christy, a wonderful lady who was so nice and helpful. I was just talking to her and I thought....why in the world am I going to another storage facility when I'm at a perfectly good one now. I believe that The LORD moves in mysterious ways because though it seemed to be by accident, meeting Christy was providence. Then on Saturday I h as d the pleasure of meeting Toni who did all my paperwork and made sure I was dine in til4 to not be late for work.
