Order 4 lemon loaf cakes and ask the front counter person not to take them out of the plastic bag. I asked him could he just place the plastic bag into the brown bag and he told me it was against company rules because the food didn't have a nutrition label. I have had other Starbucks do this before. I do not live near a Starbucks so I order enough to last me so having the loaf cakes in the plastic bags keeps them fresh. Then to top it off the way the idiot put the loaves upside down in the brown bag where all the icing was at the bottom and the cakes were broken. Will never visit this Starbucks again.

Very nice guy who served us, bringing our order to the table, even though we were sitting right in front of the counter, (polite and courteous- I very much appreciate gestures like this, as simple as they may be). Frappe was yummy, but it was kinda like an icee instead of an iced frappe. I'd rather iced than the icee-like. McDonald's caramel frappe is better. 🤷♀️ As always, we know Starbucks is too overpriced, but we had a gift card so... But employees are very nice & atmosphere is a great, quiet place to work or study as there are also plugs for laptops. That's very cool. 👍

Was asked to pull up when at the drive-through window, that there was a mox up with my order. I did as requested, and 15-20 minutes later, I sent my daughter in, and our order was sitting at the end of the counter. The ice was practically melted they had just been sitting there rather than being brought out like they said they'd do. We watched 4 cars come around us with their order and leave before going inside. Needless to say, the drinks weren't very good being watered down. I wo t go back to this location.

Oh my god the Starbucks environment Mississippi. The employees are very respectful, always smiling, and always cheerful. The manager is super nice. He always greets you as he comes to the door as the customers come to the door. They are always welcome to Starbucks. That is the best feeling ever and then when you receive your coffee there'll be little sayings on the cuss like you are amazing. Tell someone you love them. That is so beautiful and it's touching to those that may be in a bad spirit or just feeling down and then you reach your cup and you see you are amazing. I thank you so much Starbucks for having the best team player that you have in the Mississippi. What a wonderful team they are. I love them. They are the best. Keep up the good work team.

The manager JAMES is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told to come back in the morning for my tea since they were out the day previously. He accused me of lying about receiving a refund as if I have to lie about receiving $3.76. He then proceeded to check the register and saw nothing was refunded. He proceeded to have an attitude instead of owning up to his mistake and assumptions. They never have any menu items and then he proceeded to have an attitude?

Hands down the best drink ever ! It was full of flavor and sweet just how I like it. The customer service was also amazing and the young lady at the window was extremely patient with me while ordering.

Ordered an Americano with caramel and a splash of heavy cream. Received a HEAVY CREAM with caramel with absolutely no espresso. It is just flavored milk. The drink is the same color as the cup, not a hint of brown in it. I want to love this location because it is convenient, but it's not worth it if they serve bad drinks. Please better train your baristas.

Went through this drive through at 8:25 this morning, location close to my house so the convenience before work is good. However this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with the same Caucasian young lady specifically whom wore a grey sweater today. She has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND I WILL BE INSERTING HER NAME as an update once I get it!!! But my order my order was wrong and it seem to be wrong EVERYTIME she’s there but I don’t believe she takes the order. Due to her ignorance of how to treat a customer I will be searching another location and calling corporate on her, sad for how high Starbucks is!

So I frequent the Byram Starbucks a few times a week . Me and my kids looked forward to it actually as a “treat “ but what we want and what we actually get are two very different things . I wish I could show the photo of what this lady handed me today . It was suppose to be a mocha frappe with extra mocha because apparently $6 only covers a third of a squirt of chocolate . The mocha was at the bottom of the cup “ the person was to lazy to even stir it “, then it was melted and maybe there was a spoon of ice otherwise it was liquid like water . The products are very inconsistent. You have all kids working there laughing , playing on their phones , and not focused on the customer nor the product . The is by far the sorriest store yet!

We were d through this town and I used the order ahead option in the app. After waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes we get to the window and was asked to pull forward so they can bring my drink out to us. We did just that then sat in the car another 10 minutes waiting for someone .. bring the drink out. My husband went in to get the drink and it was sitting right there in the counter. He picked the drink up and it wasn’t correct and we had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes while they made a new drink. Taste the drink and it’s horrible. Never ever again

Super nice staff. But attention to details on the order is missing. Americano with heavy cream. Should get cream in it. Muffin heated should be warm when you get it. Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew appears to be made with a Nitro. And it shouldn’t. Room to make this great stop and Great Coffee Shop!

The staff is friendly and courteous both times I went, but the consistency is terrible. Here I thought from the first time I went and had the most perfect drink that it would be consistent. Instead it was not close to a mocha frappe the second time. It was whipped cream and a little mocha syrup. I asked for my money back and the lady offered to remake it instead of giving my money back. Round two was the same thing but coffee grinds added directly to the drink. Instead of getting mad I offered them their drink back and didn't even bother trying to get my money back. I blame management and Starbucks for the lack of training. The one on county line is just as bad. Starbucks in the jackson area is the last place to go to get coffee. You got better odds getting better coffee at baskin robbins. Don't believe me try it one day! Just don't go here and waste your money.

I have tried to give this location a chance for convenience however, my drink has been unpleasant every time I go. Although I love Starbucks and the convenience of this location, I would rather drive further out because I know my orders would be correct. It's a shame.

I’ve never experienced a nasty Starbucks drink until today. My Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam had zero pumpkin or spice topping. So disappointing and there was no line.

Fifth time trying them since they open and they still can't get it right. Not to mention....they DO NOT follow directions. Ask for sugar, get none. Ask for NO FOAM, it's loaded with foam. Not to mention, you can't never get a full cup of coffee. I'll try again in 6 months. Maybe they'll have it right by that time.

Every time I gone to this Starbucks the drink tastes horrible. They need to teach the people working here how to properly make the drinks. I want to be able to go to Starbucks here everyday but I can’t because it’s a waste of money due to the bad drinks.
