Recently my daughter and I were traveling from Houston TX to Pennsylvania. We had a rescue dog that needed medical help. We tried a few on the road but they couldn't help and referred us to Randall Veterinary Hospital. They took us immediately, all the staff, Technicians and Doctor Gibbs were so kind and helpful. My only regret is that I don't live near them so they could take care of all my doggies.

Dr Gibbs is absolutely the best! My dog usually hates men and acts like a terrorist but he loves him! The entire staff is always so nice! Also have the most affordable prices in the area for vet care.

Very satisfied with Randall. Recently took my 7 month old kitten to be spayed. They did a fantastic job!. I didn't even have to use the cone to keep her from cleaning or biting at it but for a few hours, as she didn't even seem bothered by it. Good clean stitches. No problems at all.

This is one of the most compassionate vet clinics I have ever been to (especially Dr. Gibbs) Between general checkups to emergencies and everything in between, we have been a number of times. Every time the entire staff has been incredible. They always fit us in within a timely manner and explain exactly what is needed and what it will cost. Never had a surprise charge after a visit. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Excellent avian veterinarian specialist and vet tech staff. Reception desk people are just all kinds of awesome. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic if you have birds or dogs or cats... Such a great place. Super nice people, even with my cockatiel Snuggi who's just not about the vet visits.

I found Randall Veterinarian Hospital when I was struggling to find help for my little Min Pen who has severe anxiety during thunder storms and when exposed to fireworks. They were on point and now she is able to withstand those situations with decreased anxiety while still functioning normally. My most recent visit was reptile related for my little dragon. With an Exotics Veterinarian on site, I have everything I need for my critter companions locally!The entire staff at Randall Veterinarian Hospital is awsome!Do not hesitate to use them if you value your pet!

Dr. Randall and the entire staff here is absolutely amazing. I’ve been taking my Simba there since we got him little over a year ago. They all are loving and caring with all the animals. We also use them for boarding when going out of town. All around great place to see after your babies.I highly recommend them to anyone❗️❗️❗️

I'm I the only one that thinks it's weird they do not examine and treat our pets in the room with us. Im 72 years old and never had a vet that did not examine and treat my pet in the exam room. Too weird

I have never been so impressed with a veterinary clinic before finding Dr Randall’s office. The staff are super sweet and Dr Gibbs is amazing! They are also very reasonable.Out of all my babies that have been to this clinic, I have one that seems to find a way to get injured just so he can go see Dr Gibbs. I will continue to use Randall. Dr. Randall came highly recommended to me all the way to Texas. I had a special circumstance in that my tiny puppy had a twice broken arm and after receiving shotty care around me, I jumped at the chance to see someone so trusted by others. My puppy was scheduled for surgery the very same week I called, I drove to MS from Texas (not a standard protocol for this Vet) and stayed 2 nights. I was so nervous to leave my baby as she does not ever get crated (since COVID, we've always had someone at home) and having not had the best care prior to, she was terrified and traumatized. This hospital staff was so much more friendly and loving to her than I expected. She was held and loved on every chance they got. She spent 3 hours in surgery (tiny bones are EXTRA difficult) and they kept a close eye on her through the night. I haven't ever had an experience with a vet with this kind of stuff, but man...I am beyond grateful and amazed at the staff and Dr. Randall. If there are any complications, I'm returning to Mississippi for his help.

The veterinarian and staff are awesome. They always greet you with a smile. My husband and I never know exactly how our dogs are going to behave when we take them there. One of our dogs completely shuts down on us sometimes. However, they help carry our 60 pound dog around when that happens. They have some of the best prices for services that I have come across. They keep the facility nice and clean.
