DO NOT come to this place if you have a big dog they are a Horrible service for them! I have a German Shepard who’s quite the people person & has never been aggressive. i took him to this place twice and the first time i went to pick him up his ears were still dirty, & his nails were not clipped & also the blonde girl took it upon herself to tell me how good he does with the blow dryer. I take him back a second time and i’m sure to mention the clipping of his nails & to clean his ears, when i come to get him later i clearly see he’s not dried properly & his nails STILL WERE NOT clipped .. the same lady tells me he was air dried and not blow dried so i simply asked why not and they respond “we just can’t blow dry him” so she goes to get the brunette and i ask her to blow dry him and she tells me he can’t be blow dried and im asking why not when the last time the blonde told me he does so good with it. they didn’t have an explanation which leads me to believe they were probably being aggressive with him. so i ask for money off since i wasn’t satisfied with their service and they tell me i can get it for free & rush me out of the door quite rudely. I will not be taking him back. The young girls in there have gotten lazy ever since the elderly lady left. (i assume she was the owner) my mom has a shih tzu who’s she’s been taking here for some time now & even she has also complained about how they do not do as good a job as they used to and how her haircut went from $45 to $85 in 2 months from the same dog they’ve been grooming for 4-5 years (when the elderly lady was still there ) so people with big dogs (any dog) this isn’t the place to go because they don’t know how to bathe them properly and randomly go up on prices.

I think Pet Crazy is great!!! The people are so sweet and they have my little fiesty morkie looking as cute as can be. They took her when Petsmart refused to groom her due to her trying to bite. I love them and you should definitely give them a try.

We brought our goldendoodle to Pet Crazy today and they did an amazing job! I had dropped the ball in brushing her so she was pretty matted, but they made her look like the princess she is! They sent her home shiny and smelling great with cute pink bows and a pink bandana! Great people too! Highly recommend!

This is my second time taking my fur baby to this place and it will be last. The last time the person over the phone told me one price and then someone else told me a different one. This time I had an scheduled appointment at 12:00pm and it was after 5 o'clock when I checked in on my baby and they have not started on him. They called me 7:30 ish stating he was ready for pickup. When I got there the cut we asked for was not what we received he looks horrible. $85 waisted, never again.

I love the ladies at Pet Crazy and my Dogs do also..For people who know Ellie and Jet ( My fur babies) it's a well known fact that little Jet doesn't like anyone much except for his Mama and he doesn't even cry when they touch him LoL 😂..So that speaks volumes ❤️

We’re extremely pleased with the job Hope and Pet Crazy done with our Doodle. For starters, they got us in on Easter Saturday when i called that morning. She was pleasant and said bring him on. 🤙🏽 Then he smelled so good and his hair was perfect. He’s normally on the “active” side and the cuts reflect his movement but they were able to still give him a great cut. Thank you all for your help and service. You guys now have a new client. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

I took my baby to Pet Crazy on July 16, 2022 because her Groomer was out on maternity leave, I dropped Chloe off around 5 ish, the staff were really nice, she was ready around 10pm that night! They did a pretty good job, however around 5am, Chloe woke me up crying, her eyes were red and swollen, she had red marks all over her, she was having an allergic reaction to the products they used! I rushed her to the Er and I also contacted the lady from Pet Crazy, she sent me pictures of the products they used, I was able to show the doctor. Chloe had to get a steroid shot, and some Benadryl! The lady did check on Chloe and we talked a little after I left the ER! I had to pay 168.00 for the visit, I was upset because I had just paid 65.00 for the grooming! She offered to bathe Chloe again, I declined because I didn’t want to go through what we had just went through again, me personally, I felt like she should have at least offered me half of my money back, that’s just my opinion! Like I said, she was nice and so was the other lady I spoke with, but I just can’t take that chance again, so we won’t be going back!

I took my mom's bordie collie to be groomed. He was in terrible condition. His very long fur was matted, he looked a mess. I just picked him up and was amazed at what they did for this dog. He looks and smells fantastic! I am so pleased. Highly recomme d.

When I took my standard schnauzer in for her 2nd grooming appointment with Pet Crazy, I told the groomers there that she had just recently been boarded and had some mats in her beard and that it would be ok if they had to cut her beard a little shorter than normal. I received a call that my dog was ready to be picked up and was also told that she was very anxious and was being difficult during the grooming so they didn’t get to do a good job on her back legs. I said that would be ok. The hair on her legs wasn’t too long to begin with and could go for a little longer before being trimmed up again. When I picked up my her up, I was shocked! Her beard was completely gone and the groomer only trimmed 1 front leg and half of one of her back legs. They completely BUTCHERED her haircut!!! She looks horrible. The lady who runs the shop wouldn’t even come out from behind the wall to talk to me face to face. She was telling the girl who was taking my payment what to say about the reasons for the bad cut. I wish I could post pics to show everyone what they did to my dog. I am so disappointed. To top it off, they still charged $55!!!! (I was told it was because they bathed her) I WILL NEVER TAKE MY PETS TO THEM AGAIN!

I TRIED THEM OUT WITH MY FRENCHIE....WHEN I RECEIVED HER BACK...SHE WAS NOT SHAKING AND WAS VERY CALM! THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH HER BATH, NAIL TRIMMING AND EAR CLEANING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WILL BE CONTINUING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Had a scheduled 9am appointment, called to check on my baby after 2pm and she still hadn't been serviced! I was told she still had 2 in front of her! NEVER AGAIN! Mind you she had been there 5 hours and had not been groomed, with a "scheduled appointment"
