Love this little shopping center. Vowells is a great grocery store with an excellent butcher. Factory Connection has some great deals on clothing and purses. The Smoothie & Donut place is great 👍 👌. The ladies in the hair store are super nice.

Factory Connection is the best place to buy clothes. They have a wonderful selection of plus-size clothing for professional dressing and casual. Prices are better than Walmart!! The staff are the greatest and very helpful. They aren't pushy about making a sale.

Great home town grocery shopping, prices are great, Deli is hot, tasty and fresh when opened, friendly employees, very courteous and helpful. Large selection of meats. Check out lines are never long and always moves fast. Shopping carts are always available inside store! Store is always clean & pleasant smelling

Lovely selection of plants/trees, fruits and vegetables. The local homemade products are unique. Plenty of parking and easy to notice from the main roadway. Plenty of help to assist you in loading your bounty of needed. I'm sure you will find something to please your stomach or embellish your home or garden.

Went to factory connection looking for some blue jeans. Cute selection. I think hibbitt sports needs a wider selection in shoes besides just nike. Customer service was 3 people, 1 asked me what I needed. They either ran to the back or was on their phone. Didn't find what I needed and I don't think I'll look on their website either.

There are 10 to 12 vendors and/or retailers in this strip mall and the combination is about 40/60 in terms of eateries/retailers. I've shopped at at least 6. The mall's hub seems to be the grocery store and it's open as late as 10pm, maybe later. McDonald's, Subway, and especially the deli at the grocery store have brisk traffic. I've frequented at least 6 of the businesses there and have no complaints about any.

They have the best fried chicken in Byram. Other dishes taste manufactured, but you can't cheat on good fried chicken. We had lunch there last week and the crowd is mostly retired gentleman meeting to talk and shoot the breeze. I noticed very few women dining in the restaurant.

Vowels is ok ,, you have to catch most of their groceries on sale .They are higher on most everything compared to Kroger or Walmart.Also be careful buying meats , we have gotten sick a couple of times after using their hamburger meat on sale ..Service is great ..

a few businesses(hair beauty/liquor store)in this place causes unavailable parking places for other tenants in this location. spaces should be marked for individual stores, and any others should park in the overflow lot, not take up all the spaces

Great! Good selection of store's. But subway has bad attitude and bad odors! My sandwiches smell like incense and body odors when i got them home.

This place is expensive for a local market. But with a huge new Walmart neighbor across the street and a huge Kroger down the street, I guess they are trying to get all they can before their inevitable demise. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well stocked shelves.

Best meat prices in Byram! They always have great sales I love shopping here. Also there Deli has great food at unbeatable prices, I highly recommend. Thursday they have RIBEYE steak dinner.

Loved it. You have to be careful because they weigh your plate and my plate ended up costing over twenty dollars. Lol. But a great experience I had there.

Had almost everything I needed including some specialty items. But did not have some of the basic vegetables I use all the time. But those vegetables to come would be specialty items. Vidalia onions, bok choy this of that nature. But will be using this store again. Convenient and clean with helpful employees.

Loved it . After going all the way from Greenbay Wisconsin to byram Mississippi just to get souse,red rose sausage as well as magnolia sausage plus the fact that Greenbay doesn't even sale black wAlnut ice creamAppalled!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have all kinds of groceries cause they have some food that I like, also I tried their deli lunches. Also, they have hand sanitizer, anitbacterial wipes, soap, clorox bleach and face masks

Really good breakfast... Not too hard on the wallet. Sweet people behind the counter. Try the tomato gravy on the biscut, side of scrambled eggs and rice and brown gravy... Or the white sausage gravy on biscuts with fried eggs and hashbrowns. Homestyle cookin

It offers a deli that has great homecooked meals. Yep..didn't go in for groceries ha ha ha. We went in to get a tv dinner in stead of getting fast food and stmbled upon the deli. Fish, chicken, green beans, collards, squash, mash potatoes, nac and cheese....all there and more plus dessert. If you need groceries I'm sure its ok but if you want a break from the fast food..check it out!
