It's Kroger. Once upon a time, it was 4 stars, but the lack of cashiers or closed self-checkout lanes at inopportune times is my primary complaint. The meat is generally overpriced with varying quality levels. Otherwise, I generally like the store. Items are usually easy to find. The store is well-stocked, and customer service is good when there is enough of it. It is more like 3.5 stars.

I really like this Kroger. It’s conveniently located for me and not as crazy as the one in Clinton. The stock for the store is usually great, with the exception of their produce department. The produce department is always lacking. There are continually empty shelves, or double stocked areas with one product where there should be two different products, etc. It is incredibly frustrating to come to Kroger and not know whether or not they will actually have what you need in stock in their produce department.

The store cancelled my pickup order at noon when my pickup time wasn’t until 5PM and I placed the order at 8AM. The reason given was because they were very busy with pickup orders. That’s not my problem. Also, I paid for my $100 order on the app but they hold your money 24-48 hours after THEY cancel it. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Will never order another pickup with them.

This Kroger location is about 30 miles away from my home location, but it's the closest one for me to shop in. There's quite a few things that really aren't needed in this store. I go to shop for groceries and get gas. Not to buy pots/pans, gifts, cookware etc. They do have a wide variety of selections to choose from and great weekly sale items that makes it worth the trip for me to make a 60 mile round trip! I do save money and get bonus fuel points clipped from my Kroger account. Friday is a good time to shop for the 5x event on many grocery items. I highly recommend shopping with them!!! I'm a value shopper and get the best deals every time they come around. Been a customer with Kroger from early/mid 1970's way before they came up with the members plus cards and before plastic bags came into the picture, yep I'm that old!

I visited the drive thru Pharmacy to pick up meds that had been called in or electronically sent and they were ready and at a good price. I love using Kroger Pharmacy and store because everyone is friendly and We save money. A real bonus is you can accumulate points that you can use to lower the fuel prices there. The most I have saved at one time has been 50¢ a gallon. Recently, this last trip, we saved 40¢ a gallon on gas. You need to get a Kroger Card inside the Kroger store to use your points that you have accumulated towards your savings at the pumps. Who doesn't want and need to save money this day and time.

The people who work here do a great job. The store is clean and well kept. The employees are cool. The people in the pharmacy are helpful. The prices and quality of things are really good. It's been that way for years. Nice.

Everyone is always so friendly but I wish they'd stop rearranging the store & for the love of God put some milk back in the front of the store!***Update*** Most of the staff is still friendly, lots of new faces. Kroger, unfortunately, has also become yet another store that has later hours but it really doesn't seem like they want you in there. Pallets everywhere, hardly any room to navigate down the aisles. There's no way to get from the vertical aisles down to the cold section without walking to the middle or ends of the store. But the worst thing to me is the way you're treated if you need to run in right at closing time. And that goes double for the gas pump. Don't show up within 15 minutes of closing thinking you're gonna get gas cause you will not depending on who's working.

I have only visited this place twice, so my experience may not be the typical experience, but both times I have visited this place the lines to check out have been very long. More than half of the self checkout lines were closed both times I was there. Otherwise the store seems like a typical old fashioned Krogers. They need to open up those other checkout lanes and perhaps have most of them be 20 items or less. Otherwise there were just way too many of us waiting in line with 1 or 2 items for 5-10 minutes.

This is a great store to go to if you like to wait in line for twenty minutes to check yourself out. It would be a nice store if it were properly staffed, but it is not.

Love it here! One of my favorite place to pick up needed items. Staff is friendly and helpful, however lately they don’t seem to have enough staff for checking out customers. Neither do they open the self checkout lines when you store is extremely busy

This store has the worst Clicklist department & management I have EVER dealt with. Several times an employee clocked out early & cancelled my online order. I went at my allotted time to pick my order up today & after waiting 20 minutes I realized something was wrong. An employee bringing another order out came over & got my name. She couldn’t find my order anywhere in the system. After further investigating she discovered 3 items from my order got bagged & the rest of the order abandoned & the employee clocked out. She told me she’s almost positive it was the same employee doing this & stated it’s been done to quite a few customers. I’ve spoken to management 4 times & filed a claim with corporate. So far nothing has been done to correct the problem. This is unacceptable!

I want to thank Bernadine for helping me today! I drove from Clinton to Byram just to buy a product I couldn't find in my area. I had called customer service before driving there. When I arrived at the store, I searched the aisle where I thought it would be, but didn't see it. Bernadine was either on her break or off the clock, but she noticed I needed help and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find it! She is highly knowledgeable about Kroger products and where they are placed!Bernadine's beautiful smile and glorious laughter even cheered up another customer who just randomly gave her a hug! Within 5 minutes of encountering Bernadine, she was like my angel of the day! THANK YOU Bernadine for showing kindness and making life beautiful today!

So I want to start off by saying I appreciated the cop that was there how insisted that I not pick up my dog food or drinks and to allow her to scan them from my cart. I’m capable of putting them on there but it was sweet that he insisted the self checkout lady, Tina, to just scan them for me. Tina asked if I had scanned everything I needed to and I said yes. She then transferred it over only scanned my dog food then when he stuck up for me and said and the drinks too she just walked off instead of helping me figure out how to get the rest of it scanned and how to pay for it, she then yelled at an old man who also need help because she was too busy talking to some other lady( I assume and I could be wrong about) she I guess knew. I wish I would’ve just scanned them myself instead of dealing with this lady’s very rude and non helpful attitude. Some people actually need help sometimes so I feel bad for anyone who really needs assistance and gets nothing but rudeness.

I love Kroger, been shopping there for years but after seeing customers eating grapes from bag to bag, and others picking grapes out of the bags, feeling them. That's a problem. I love grapes but I don't want them when I have seen people just pick them up bag after bag eating them, then go from bag to bag. Covid is still at a high rate, so are other things. Some people don't wash their hands, some are just down right nasty. This problem needs to be addressed ASA

There was a nice girl helping with the self checkout tonight that helped me understand that gift cards can be scanned on the self checkout and showered me how. Love the 4 times fuel points that are available for gift cards that we signed up for online before going to get that card.

I had one of the worst experiences today from a lady in customer service with short blonde curls on her hair. She was the rudest person. She had us waiting for 20 moms only to tell us customer service was closed. We began to walk off and she offered to cash a check and did for another customer. I've been in retail management for over 20 years and I know that this was not the way to treat long standing repeat customers. Kroger you have got to do better. Please be nice and courteous not rude and ungrateful. We are the reason kroger is open. Without us she wouldn't even have that job. She should be reprimanded.

All around a fresh feeling store. Recommend this one above others in surrounding areas. The major flaw with this particular location is that nobody answers the phone. Night, day l, sunrise to dawn it won't happen. Wouldn't even recommend trying as you will only get ringing tones.

This was the first time I was disappointed in my clicklist visit. I had a coupon for $5 off a $50 purchase and they said it wouldn't come up on their end and that I would have to go into customer service. I mean what is the purpose of pick up if you have to go in any way.But most of the time my experience has been great.

This is by far my favorite Kroger. It is always clean and well stocked. Even during construction they maintained a user friendly layout. I would give them 5 stars BUT after 10 you HAVE TO use the self checkout no mater how much is in your buggy or how old you are and that is certainly NOT FUN!!! the worst part is that there is no convener to put 2 buggy's worth of stuff on it literally took me and HOUR just to check out. NEVER AGAIN
