I brought my dog there for the first time today and I am highly impressed!! He looked perfect when I picked him up and smelled so good! Such a cute shop too! Mrs Diane and Kevin are so nice, she even called me later and asked was I pleased with his haircut! This is the best place around to bring your fur babies

Being a first time customer I was treated absolutely horrible! My dog was dropped off at 830am .. I went back at about 11:00am to pay and pick her up she wasn’t ready and I was told it would be after 12pm. I went back at about 1:30pm and she still was not ready. When I asked to just take her how she was because I drove an hour and had been waiting hours I was told I would have to still pay for the appt. With this being my first visit she didn’t explain that it would be near closing when she would be ready. Diane stated she don’t have to explain anything & she didn’t care that I was a first time customer. She was immediately rude when I told her it was obviously a misunderstanding. She was SO RUDE! & I just kept saying how is this my fault if I am a first time customer that should have been explained so I wouldn’t have just been waiting around. Why didn’t she explain that when I came back at 11 instead of saying oh it’ll be after 12. Being a business owner that was a horrible first impression! I will never do business there again. Diane is unprofessional and rude! She also threatened to call the police when I finally got fed up and cursed her out! I guess I was going to get arrested for cursing lol I do not play about my dogs & don’t mind paying good money for a grooming but what you want do is be rude to me right off the back and think I’m going to spend money with you! I got a bad feeling when I dropped her off this morning I should’ve went with my gut feeling and didn’t leave my dog with her. First and LAST time ever! Do better Diane!

Because of a recent hospitalization we were unable to bathe our Australian shepherd. They took him in and a few hours later I don't think I've ever seen a more handsome puppy!They trimmed his backside, belly, and the long hair between his toes. His coat was smooth and shiny and he had some cologne on like he was about to go out on a date.This was the first time I've been here. Very, very pleased. Will take Ozzy back on a regular basis. Great service from people who love animals!

Diane has groomed my dog five times. Each time the quality of the cut was worse and the price went up. She even called me after the 4th time to apologize and asked me not to give up on them, so I tried again for the fifth (and final) time today. She was very rude and charged me $90 to wash and clip a 40 pound dog! This was not a total body cut. The first time she charged $65 and knew that I wouldn't be back if she raised it to $90. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
