If I could give a zero I would. Where do I start? They gave me a code that didn't work. No one able to assist me because it was after hours. Can you imagine reserving a day to move. Paying your helpers, only to not be able to get into a storage you paid for 4 days prior? I took off this party day to move , the only day I had help. The only day my schedule allowed me. Only to be stuck with a uhaul. Therefore, I had to keep the uhaul 2 additional due to my schedule. I had no help. I had to unpack 2 bedrooms if furniture by myself. Pay additional fees for Mileage on my uhaul because of the back and forth. The audacity of the store manager Destiney and I'm assuming regional say they can give me a$25 credit. Like, how is that customer service 🤔. You caused all of this and you think $25 suffice. Please find you another storage they are not IT!!!

The manager was understanding and was able to work with me so I can get my things out for my apartment move-in this week. I've had this unit for almost 2 years and I never had any issues with the staff nor the unit. It's the way they treat their customers for me. I will definitely recommend them for anyone that lives in the Byram area.

The supervisor I spoke with was great and very helpful. The local employees are never there on Saturday but the hours clearly state, 9am-3pm. My five stars are not for them!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. I cannot stress this enough to stay away from them. I paid for a unit online 2 days ago, and I still cannot get access to it. Nobody is ever at the facility, and nobody ever answers the phone. I have left multiple voicemails, never get a response. I have tried every method of contact short of carrier pigeon. This company is complete garbage.

Not a good experience! We had trouble getting into our unit the night we tried to take possession and never used it. I called them to cancel unit, but we are still getting charged. Very difficult to get anyone to answer phone or return calls. I do not recommend, unless you like paying for something you’ve never used.

The manager Cassie was rude and had Bad Customer Service. She offers a discount if you leave a good review. I had to move someone out of a unit because they didn’t have workers and refused to help. She cut the locks off my unit because she forgot to change the information. Regional Manager Devon did nothing. Would not recommend. The account is under Claude Davis and next months rent needs to be free.

I rented a unit about 2 weeks ago and i just had my sister rent one too today and i love nicole she has great customer service she has been very patient professional and helpful this is a great place kimya and nicole do a great job running the place. i will definitely recommend!!

My husband, Kip, has had to deal with Nicole on multiple occasions. She is incredibly unprofessional and in no way helpful. In March, he notified the office that he was going to be moving out of the storage unit in April. After we moved all of his belongings out, on the 25th of that month, he was STILL being charged fees, on top of late fees. Everytime he calls to get this resolved, they assure him that it will be taken care of. At this point, he has had every right to be frustrated, but is not only met with unprofessionalism, his issues are STILL not being resolved.I'm floored that they even have 4 stars. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them.I'm unsure of how or why this company is still running, based on their incompetence to stop charging someone who is no longer using their facility, but for also continuing to employ "representatives" that, very clearly, couldn't even operate a neighborhood lemonade stand.Do NOT waste your time with this company. Spend a few extra dollars a month to go with a bigger corporate storage facility.

We recently had to use a storage center and Byram Storage was really close to us and has provided excellent service. The storage spaces are always clean and security is great. They keep me informed when its time to pay and the after hours service is excellent. I promise you if you use them you will be very pleased.

We were in the process of moving a couple of years ago and needed a place for temporary storage. Byram self storage met all our needs. It was close to our house with easy access right on Siwell Rd. The people there are helpful and friendly. It is a secure facility with a front gate and cameras. I never worried about my stuff. They are also comparably priced to other facilities. I would use them again.
