Revell ace hardware has always been the place to go to get your parts if you aren't sure and they still are except for one man behind counter at mower repair counter I have the part and no part number so I get no help thanks guy

I can never go in this place and just walk out empty handed I swear. Love that they always have everything that you would need in one place. My reason for this particular visit were a/c filters for my house. No local stores had in stock the size I need but Ace and they had plenty. Like I said, a one stop shop.

Service from people on the floor to rude cashier has gone to rock bottom. No longer the helpful hardware man. Seem to be walmart and home depot rejects with no knowledge and less training. Same persona. Manager could care less.

While the store is nice and it's organized, I could not get any help at first. I waited ten minutes on an employee to help me look for what I needed and then, they didn't have it. They need more employees, because there were only two women working at 1:30 pm.

I am quite disappointed with the service I received today. Well at the service I didn't receive. I stood in back by the weedeaters for ample time for an associate to approach me or even ask "can I help with anything?" Don't know if I didn't have the look of a buyer or what but I left, went to Sears and purchased a weedeater, blower and hedge trimmer. Poor customer service. I'll miss the convenience.

great store, but for the love of all that is Holy, if the cost of promotional ink pens is breaking you - i know a guy! ridiculous to not put pens at the bolt bins because of "theft". in a time where big box and online giants are kicking the local stores' butt - i would want my calling card in every hand i could put it in. or build an offline app that takes in the part numbers, totals and generates a long hash code the teller keys in once - to populate all the things in the register (without keying in 37 different things), allowing you to actually inventory that section for actual loss prevention. again i know a guy.

Very knowledgeable and eager to help. Fairly extensive inventory. Rented a mini excavator there for a lot less than others charge, but you'll pay more for most items than you would at home improvement warehouse as to be expected from a local hardware store.

Every time I go to this hardware store I am greated with a very friendly environment. I never leave this store without what I need because the staff is very supportive and helpful. Even if I can't find what I need they'll tell me to a location where I can find exactly what I'm looking for. This is a definite FIVE STAR.

Ace/Revell Hardware had the water lines to sink faucets that Lowes doesn't even stock. We asked for help at Lowes and the helper never came back after 10 minutes. We called Revell and they had it. We should have went to Revell Hardware first. The person at Lowes that was helping us didn't come back after 10 minutes. Wow.

Most of the staff are rude. Will walk right past you like you don't exist so they don't have to help you...unless you're white and look like you have money,then they'll trip over themselves to help you. I prefer the ace in south jackson.

ALWAYS a pleasure shopping at this location and EVERY Revel Ace hardware store in the metro area! Fifty cents to a dollar more than the other guys, but you do not feel like a dollar sign at Revel Ace. Friendly and HELPFUL staff that GREET you when you enter the store and HELP you in finding the correct item you are looking for. Yes, they are smaller and yes, they should be, but SHOULDN'T the bigger ones?

This place has gone down over the last 5 or 6 years. Their service staff has a high turn around and no one seems to know what they are doing. I wish they would get their old service people back, because all these new folks are gonna run them out of business (atleast the service department)
