I received my Cue in excellent condition as expected. The 21st Century II is more beautiful off the page than I imagined. Holy smokes, it is pretty. It hits with pure Meucci feel, but is more plush and responsive than my M-13 and others I own. It will take some getting used to, which was kind of the reason I ordered a more modern Meucci design with a Carbon shaft option. All I can say at this point is wow, and thank you very much. It is a glorious piece of work, and still would be at twice the price. An old dog might learn new tricks with this thing!

Bob will go down as one of the greatest and most respected cue makers of all time. His dedication to the sport and the players is unmatched. With that being said I ordered a few things directly from Meucci for the first time having five of his cues. I needed to make one change to my order and was accommodated immediately. I have always been a loyal supporter of meucci cues since I started shooting 22 years ago. 5 weeks ago I called and ordered a new cue and I also ordered a second carbon shaft for the cue. I was told when purchasing That I’d have my carbon shaft within 3 weeks. It’s now 5 weeks and I just found out they didn’t even start to make the shaft yet…. Meucci’s customer service/ sales just cost them a loyal customer.

Walked in without an appointment, on a Friday at 3 pm, needing two tips installed. They took care of both shafts quickly. Very fine job at a very fine price...with extremely friendly staff.

Got to meet Bob and his lovely wife. They are beautiful and generous people of faith. They have a wonderful staff. I can’t wait for the opportunity to go back. I loved my time waiting for them to work on my cues. I ordered a spare shaft. They measured everything and mailed it to me in a few weeks. Everything was perfect. I love how it plays.

We love Meucci cues and four of us visited the factory from East Tennessee. Bob Meucci came in and played with us for hours, wow what a great man and we were honored he took the time to show us everything and gave us pointers and tips all day. You must visit this outstanding place.
