Great customer service! Worked me in immediately which was very convenient with my crazy schedule. My tire was splitting and dangerous- they showed it to me and gave me options for a replacement. Fast Service. Very courteous. We had new brakes and oil change service. Only negative was the greasy handprints left on the door. We still think the service and price overall was satisfactory and will continue to use them.

Very impressed. My car had locking lugnuts on it for which I did not have a key. Dealership was not able to provide me with one immediately. The guys at Byhalia Tire had me come back and they did their very best to get the lugnuts off and put on the type that do not lock. They were incredibly professional and fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service. Top notch as always. Had to get used tire for a few weeks, $74.00. A little steep for very little tread...but you have to do what you have to do.

Byhalia tire and battery offer the best service I’ve ever had anywhere! They are always polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provide the best and quickest service anywhere. So many shops will try and up-sale you and charge you more. These guys are honest and I have always told everyone I know that doesn’t really know anything about tires or just basic mechanic work in general to go to them. They will have my business forever.

Horrible. Add extra charges. Scam.And wanted to charge me almost $700 for a new set of tires and to put them on. Walmart only charged a little over $300.

The people here are really nice, upfront with you about everything, and professional. Depending on how busy they are they'll meet you at your vehicle and get you taken care of right away. No appointment needed!! They can do everything tire related, front end alignment, new battery replacement, oil change, and other small machanic stuff. I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires, front end alignment, batteries, and/or oil changes.

Hi,In April I purchased four new tires from this establishment. It was a pleasant experience. Quick turnaround and very competively priced. Got a blowout shortly after in July but the warranty didn't cover he explain throughly why and charged me half off for another tire.

This is not like it used to be in the past. I miss Carl .......they are just rude. Prices have gone up and bad Attitude as well. They do not meet you at your car like old times with a smile. I will do business elsewhere.Update 2/9/2024...I thought I would give them one more try. I went in to get some 20" tires put on my truck. I was told it is $58.00 a tire ... just to mount and ballance. After stating my disbelief in the price I agreed to have it done . Then they come to me and said I have locks on all the studs. I told him ..no they are spline and I have a key . He said they would need to be hand tightened at a cost of 10 bucks more ... I told him to forget it. I will go somewhere else. And he said fine and said it's for the bad review I left them. Wow! So I told them do better and they would not get bad reviews. So I went to Napa in byhalia ... it cost $128.00 TO GET WHAT THEY WANTED DOUBLE FOR. Byhalia tire and batt is a rip off. NAPA WILL DO ALL THE WORK YOU NEED...

Patched a tire for my wife and put the spare back on the rack. Did not tighten spare. Spare came off going down the highway damaging the wheel and the spare rack. Would not recommend using. When I called to explain the situation they denied ever working on the vehicle despite having receipts. I suspect they deleted the invoice on their end to cover theirselves.

A couple of Fridays ago I was coming home from visiting my family and a light came on in my car. A friend suggested BTB and I got there because it was close. The receptionist was extremely helpful and nice and did her job very well, but the things I heard from the staff towards her were extremely rude and inappropriate! This is not how to run a company with mixed employees. After waiting and hearing what I heard I decided to go somewhere else. That young lady did NOTHING to warrant that kind of attention or behavior! I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the staff that handles the vehicles. I want to know who I should talk to about who made the inappropriate comments and a few others. This is unprofessionalism at its worst. Don’t think the customers that come in don’t hear what they say or do. I did and I am highly disappointed. If they treat the staff that way…how do they treat your transportation. If the owner reads that LOOK INTO THAT.
