If you buy new equipment it’s fine, but their repair/service was poor with my experience. I brought a Stihl chainsaw there to get serviced and after 2 months I went back as they hadn’t contacted me. When I asked the guy at counter he said the piston was scorched and it would cost more to repair than it’s worth. I stated I wanted it back anyway. After 15 mins of him in back he finally came back with it and gestured “are you sure you don’t want me to save you the trouble and trash it for you”?. I again said I’d take it and he charged $50. I later took it to a service provider in Fargo, ND. They flushed it out new fuel in it and had it running like new for $60. It doesn’t appear they even looked at it. I have all documentation of this company wants to challenge my review. This was very disappointing as I want to do all business in the Byhalia community.

Horrible place, took my mower in for regular tuneup and after one mow the belt kept falling off and the right side of the deck wouldn’t raise at all, went back to them and they said they never checked the belt, in what world is that not apart of a tuneup? And they wanted to change the blades again because they claimed they were bent, I said no and they gave me back the old blades, there was absolutely nothing wrong with them outside of a little dull, which by the way the supposedly changed them in the original tuneup because I paid extra for new blades. These guys are super expensive, rude and a bunch of crooks for ripping of people like this. Never go here, travel further and save yourself some money.

Do not take anything to this facility. Very rude unprofessional and ignorant. Took my implement in for warranty work. They diagnosed as a carburator I did not think this was the problem. I went ahead and had it replaced not covered under warranty. Got the implement back and did not run right. They cranked it when it was picked up but took them many times to try and crank it. it ran but not well. I got the thing home and could not get it cranked after 20 minutes of trying. I took it back the next day, they accused me of putting bad gas in it. They put gas in it to crank it at their shop. They replaced the gas and again returned hard to crank to me. I called the warranty people they told me to take it to get a second opinion. I did, and they diagnosed the piston cylindar wall was scored and unrepairable.I cannot get any resolve thru the warranty people and when I called about getting a refund for my mis-diagnosed implement the ignorant worker , not the owner told me I am not getting a refund I put bad gas in it and its been over a month since it was out of his shop. I asked the owner to call and the worker said he is not telling him anything and hung up on me....I called Tractor Supply and they gave me a new unit because the warranty people are dragging their feet .I paid to have the thing fixed and it was misdiagnosed and not fixed. I want my money back. The owners birthday is today and he will not be back in until Monday. I guess I will have to go Monday and talk to him personally.

Had them order parts for my mower. When the parts came in, one of them was not right. When I took it back, the guy behind the counter said it had to be right and the factory must have changed it and would not even look it up to make sure that they sent what was ordered. I will not be going back.

Kept my mower for two weeks said they couldnt find my carb cause my mower was to new . very rude on top of it all especially mike the owner . will never go back
