Plenty of smiling faces and helpful customer service. Found everything I was looking for and then some. Extra special thanks to Susan, at the self check out... She definitely went above and beyond. I found it different, coming from Dallas, to see a drive through lumber yard. Can't complain at all.

Extremely poor customer service. Waiting 10 minutes after one clerk called for someone to unlock a cabinet so i could purchase multiple expensive items. I counted 6 employees standing and talking, looking at me. I waited patiently until they all finished, then they walked by. I asked if someone could unlock the cabinet. Blank stares, then they looked around grabbing their devices to call someone else. I left everything i already had ready to buy sitting there and left. As a contractor who spends ALOT of money at this business, should be assisted in a reasonable time, especially when there is 30+ people on duty. 4 people at one register having a great time talking. I will make a move to Amazon like everyone else nowadays

I was in Home Depot looking for a Smart Digital outdoor thermometer and I tend to be a person who doesn’t ask for help, I just keep wandering. It took a bit before I was noticed by Dusty who was super friendly and never made me feel bad for asking for help. You don’t have the thermometer but I left happy with the service thanks to Dusty. The lady in the garden section at the till was also super pleasant. Thanks for the good service.

Yesterday I went to the Brookhaven Home Depot! Customer service was to say the least HORRIBLE! I asked an older worker in electrical if they had 30amp adapters, he replied yeah we do & walked away never even looking at me... a Customer standing by inquired what I was looking for & directed me towards the garden center, when there I injured about the adapter with a lady worker, she left saying let me go see & NEVER returned, so while waiting I asked the young cashier & in 20 minutes she didn't remember what I asked for... SO after no assistance I went to the front of the store & asked to speak to a manager... a young man came stating he was a manager, I explained to him what had taken place with the workers... his reply was "I apologize & it will be addressed" and he himself NEVER OFFERED TO ASSIST ME OR CALL FOR SOMEONE TO ASSIT! Now I'm sorry, but that's HORRIBLE Customer service on the workers & management for a store of this magnitude! I left, stopped in at Harbor Freight & was greeted friendly, found & purchased the items I needed at a much lower price than Home Depots web site! Get right Home Depot of Brookhaven, I see now why your hiring list at the front door is so long, screen better your employees & train them properly on how to work & treat your customers!!

I bought a flex volt advantage dewalt saw yesterday. Some how I pick a saw that required batteries that I didn’t have. Willie went above board to help me get everything sorted out. He is an exceptional Home Depot employee. I couldn’t have asked for better assistance than he gave me.

I order a bed from them almost 2 weeks ago, they put the wrong address for my order and sent it to a different state. Instead of telling me that, they were telling me that my order was being delayed because of the weather. UPS ultimately told me that Home Depot put in the wrong address. Instead of giving me a new bed at no cost due to the inconvenience that this has caused me, they wanna give me a 15% discount. Will never use them again. Been having to sleep on the floor for almost two weeks and this is the best they can do. They need to be ashamed

Outstanding experience. The order was received in less than 7 days. The high point after driving a long distance to pickup appliances was encountering Mr. Murphy and his assistant. They were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in loading and securing all items for the long return trip. We were very appreciative to encounter such superb associates.

The paint dept tech was very helpful and courteous. My only issue (complaint) was the military discount issue. I couldn't get the discount because I did not have the app. On my phone (I do now). That $20 issue made me a little less receptive to many future purchases there.

Willie really helped me in the paint department. He was very nice and the staff in general was very professional and courteous. A great Home Depot if your traveling on I-55 north or south because it’s easy access.

They advertised Veterans discount, first they make it difficult for you to sign up to get it...then they specify only certain items you get it on. I bought a new door for about 4oo dollars, and they said the door was not eligible for the discount. Veteran behind me said he is just going to Lowes from now on.Staff was friendy and helpful though...just not too happy about a discount they tout and then it seems all smoke and mirrors.

My husband needed a bathroom door for our Cabin. He had tried other places, without success and without any assistance from employees . But, he went to Home Depot East of Jackson, near the Airport and got exactly what he needed and prompt help in locating it and loading it. Well done , Home Depot and employees!

8-6-22 we bought a lot of lumber & had no one to help us load it from the cart to our trailer : it’s sad when you can’t even afford are get no one to help load after you spend a lot of $$ I’m surprised my husband didn’t push the carts back inside & got his money back : the two boys was helping in the store left us 3-4 times when needing help. Sad

The store isn’t ever stocked in power tools and the fact that there is no planners in stock only 2 six amp belt sanders to choose from in store.. they only have trim screws in two sizes not the ones I need.. their employees don’t know nothing absolutely nothing about the products they sell the paint department is horrible if you find someone behind the desk and don’t have to wait 30 finding someone the night time employee in lumber are marking good 1x12’s and 2xs purple to get 70% off and hiding it at closing time for someone to come get in the morning it’s a horribly run store and gives Home Depot a bad name I will shop at ace from now on

Brookhaven Home Depot was able to place a special order for my wife. Employees very helpful. Order did take a little longer than they originally said, but with the situation this country is in right now we felt fortunate we were able to order and recieve anything!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The lack of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE! I had to hunt someone down to ask about a part for my tub, and was given general directions and a guesstimated location of said product... I was just before pitching a fit, when another customer stopped to help me locate what I needed.This place can kiss my big toe. I'll either shop closer at the local store, drive further to go to Lowes or order what I need from now on. Home Depot has lost a customer!

I do a lot of little projects and I tend to err on the side of having extra supplies.I have a dedicated shelf where I put unused items from completed jobs.I routinely amass these small, inexpensive, commonly bought items, and usually return them for store credit when I go in for a substantial purchase. I don't keep receipts bc I know I'm going buy something else and returning for store credit makes sense.I recently went in to the store buy a $300 sink and was disappointed to find out that since they would no longer accept returns without receipts, that I am stuck with some stuff that I don't need.

This is a good home depot store to shop at the people here are really nice and friendly they carry a lot of items and you can get help if you need it . They do offer a drive through lumber yard if you need to buy some heavy wood or things like that.So if your near by then stop in here and got your list done and get back to work.
