My wife volunteered for an animal shelter vaccination program at this store. The store was quite clean well stocked. The employees were very courteous and provided prompt attention to their customers. A nice place to get qualty pet supplies .

Friendly people, too expensive for grooming and didn’t cut either of my fur babies to my specifications! If I pay that much money, the least they can do is listen to how I want them cut and do it correctly!! I will not be back there nor will I recommend them, period!

I rarely come to PetSense, but every time I DO come I am well pleased. The workers are always friendly, and the store is always well stocked and tidy. I found what I needed and was out the door in record time.

Amazing place any questions I had they were super helpful and if they didn’t know the answer they pointed me in the right direction. Some things r a little pricey but not bad. Had everything I needed for my dog and Guinea pigs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend strongly.anyone else says anything negative doesn’t understand life because I had a great experience, there were three people there and they were all friendly

Worst customer service !!Avoid this store. Upon entering the store. I wasn't greeted, was offered zero assistance. When asked about collars for puppies, the store rep only pointed to the collars no personal assistance.I called after leaving store, spoke with manager who gave long winded story of how busy she is and short staffed. Other retailers experience the same but offer better and more professional customer service. This staff needs serious coaching & Customer service 101

Very good experience for both Gus and us. Becky took time with Gus and truly exhibited a love for animals. She did a very good job on trimming and filing his nails, bath, and plus several other things. Highly recommend Becky and Petsense.

Friendly staff. Many more brand and specific needs varieties on pet food choices including small/exotic pets than supercenter and prices still reasonable enough. Also shelter cats adoption ( covid 19 restrictions prevented cats from being in location on most recent visit) Never an unpleasant experience here.👍

I love petsense but today I bought a collar and the cashier left my collar on counter and gave me receipt. Never asked if I wanted a bag so I picked up my purchase and had to bag it myself.

The sercice is nice but they don’t take care of there betta fish the water was dirty and some of them were sick and we asked them if it was ok for them to be in a car ride for long distances and she said and laughed as long as you don’t take it and shake it all around and we were like why would we do that but other than the beta fish the store is nice.

The employees in this store are impossible! You can go in there and there will be no employee in sight, you have to walk over to the office door and holler for help, but in the event the are in a visible setting, they are too busy chatting with each other to wait on you.
