Wish I could leave -10. Pharmacist said she couldn't fill my medicine because she couldn't read the doctor's name on it. She then said she would call the doctor's office, afterwards she said they were already closed. I then called myself and I got the after hours doctor's. The doctor asked to talk to them while I had her on the phone so she could get information of where to send the medicine and the pharmacist refused. The doctor then resent the medicine to the pharmacy. About ten minutes later the pharmacy called me and wanted me to bring her the old prescription back after she got the new one. Saying because it's two different doctors at the same doctor's office she then needed both of the prescriptions. So I had to come back to give it to her. So gave me a complete run around.

Every month when trying fill prescriptions at this Brandon, MS, I’m told that it’s on back order and to call back in a few days. Then, when I call back in a few days, they still don’t have it. Or they say they don’t even have a refill on file. Which is false because I refill my prescriptions through the Walgreens app. So I know good and well it’s there. I’m fed up!! They don’t know what they’re doing, they’re understaffed, and they don’t really care about the customer. I am pulling my prescriptions and my families prescriptions out of Walgreens for good and moving them to a more reliable pharmacy. I’ve given Walgreens many chances, and it’s the same problem every month.

Scheduled a flu shot for 3:15pm. I checked in, have been waiting and it’s now 4:10pm. I still haven’t been called. What a waste of time…

Made an online appointment for a flu shot at 10:15. Showed up early and signed in at 10:07. The woman told me someone would be with me shortly after getting my info. I waited til 10:30 to ask someone how long it would be. They never even signed me in the first time so they didn’t even know I was there. I watched them mess up multiple other’s prescriptions while I waited. I’m not sure if they don’t have a manager or what the problem is but it’s very poorly run. And I’ve worked in Walgreens before so it’s ridiculous.

This is the worst walgreens they take so long inside and drive threw. I thought drive threws were supposed to be fast. This is worst drive threw. Got here at 214 and it's 3pm still 2 cars ahead of me why does it take so long.

Please count your medicine when leaving Walgreens. They shorted me 20 of my medicines by syringe. And tried to tell me that I'm only supposed to get 4. So I called the company about my medicine right then and there, they said no...it's supposed to be 25. Y'all need to learn how to do the math or don't handle medicine.And whoever is doing the answering the phone on this day September 1, 2023 needs to do better customer service. Your attitude was not professional at all. You had an attitude both times that I called about my medicine and in person. 😡 💢 😡

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This location is the most incompetent, unhelpful bunch of people in "customer service" I have ever seen. My son is prescribed liquid medicine for ADHD. Trying to get this medication out of the bottle they put it in is a freaking joke. They are supposed to give me a syringe and a cap to place inside the top of the bottle that makes drawing this medicine actually possible. Apparently asking for that was more than their manners can handle. Like how the hell am I supposed to get it out of the bottle???I had to make 2 trips up there. This was after I called for THREE days, trying to check the status of my child's medicine. The first trip their power was out. The second trip their manners had taken leave. Never. Again. Walgreens, do better.

Don't waste your money. The staff here apparently have no sense. How do you sell a person a glucose meter without also selling them supplies to use it, such as strips and lancets? I realize a meter comes with a sample supply, but if a patient is picking up insulin and a glucometer, a pharmacist should know they will also need supplies so they can actually monitor their glucose and adjust their insulin accordingly. (Someone picked up my prescriptions for me, or I would have corrected them on the spot.)

Pharmacy could be better. The app could also use improving. No more mom & pop Pharmacy around anymore. Polks drugs is better. If it weren't for the convince of transferring I would not use at all for prescription

Horrible and incompetent pharmacy. Having a sick child and being told a prescription will be ready in two hours only to drive 30 minutes back there and be told they don't have it in stock is unacceptable.

Every time I go to pick up my monthly prescription - it's like total confusion. The Walgreens's robo-call alerts me that it has been filled, I travel there and stand in line for 15 minutes, they can't find the prescription has even been filled actually - so I have to wait while it's filled, they ask me a lot of questions - repeating many over and over, they don't apply the discount code which is already on file. An hour later after a lot of back and forth and multiple staff members involved - I have my simple pills. This place is the absolute worst as far a having it together. When there is a holiday weekend, they blame the holiday on not having your prescription ready. What other business performs this way - seriously?

I have never had any problems at this Walgreens since I started going there.I have the auto fill for my prescriptions and every 90 days I get a call from Walgreens, go by pick it up and I’m gone.I’m sure if you walk in with a new prescription it might take a while.Couple of times I started a new prescription and I would get a call from one of the nice pharmacist asking if I had any trouble, that’s so nice.To bad people that like the store don’t comment just the ones that like to complain.

This store is usually pretty well staffed, good inventory of products, great candy aisle (especially around holidays), excellent photo center as well. The photo center has several self serve kiosks, where you can edit and print your own photos from your phone or just about any memory card.

Absolutely horrible. Very rude. Also, I waited an hour for them to fill a prescription after I dropped it off an hour prior to waiting, only to be told, “I’m sorry we don’t have enough to fill it. You have to go to pearl.” There was 2 people waiting ahead of me and both of them were talking about how bad this pharmacy has been lately. Sad... go to CVS, they are much quicker and polite! Their techs know what they are doing.

I’d rate this store zero stars if I could. if you need your photos developed off of a disposable DO NOT take them here. They lost or trashed my camera and never sent it out to get developed. I called more than 10 times asking where they were and they lied and said they just “weren’t ready yet.” They weren’t even gonna tell me about it either until I kept calling about it. Manager obviously doesn’t care about what goes on in this place and I’m really really disappointed that I’m never getting my pictures back.

The pharmacy shorted me FIVE painkillers after having a surgery.They refused to provide the missing medication or issue a refund for the ones we did not receive. They said there was “nothing they can do.” We asked for them to look at cameras— they said they couldn’t see anything clearly. We asked them to count their inventory— which they said they’d do, but after hours of waiting, they said there was just too many for them to count...In addition, the manager was rude to my husband. Not sure if she was the store manager or pharmacy manager, but either way, we went about the situation kindly and patiently & received no resolution. So, if you’re planning on filling a painkiller prescription with them, just know there’s a chance one of the employees might take some of your medication.(Not related: If you are military or use the military’s insurance, TriCare, avoid Walgreens at all costs as they don’t honor it.)

My wife suddenly needed some medicine really late at night and Walmart kicked me out and shut down self checkout right in front of me with the medicine in my hand but thankfully Walgreens stayed open and I could get some. Also despite it being so late everyone was very friendly and nice. Couldn’t ask for a better store!

My wife stopped in to buy insulin syringes and needles. She was interrogated about her reason for buying these items without a prescription on file. She was made to show her vial of insulin, libre sensor, and explain her diagnosis. She would have left had she not been panicked to get her blood sugar levels down. Completely unprofessional

I'm only giving one star because you can't give 0. This Walgreen's sucks. These are the most rude people I've ever dealt with at a Walgreen's pharmacy. They are absolutely NOT helpful and act as if they aren't properly trained for their job. It's always so slow and everyone just seems to be standing around. And this, the last straw for me and why I decided to write this review: My son is sick with strep, it's Christmas Eve, they were supposed to close at 6pm, we dropped his prescription off at 3 and came back at 5pm to get it, EVERYONE WAS GONE! These people decided to make their own hours and leave. Luckily we were able to get the information needed from my sons prescription to get it filled in Pearl. The people at the Walgreen's we called said the one in Brandon will be being reported to corporate office, and rightfully so. I hope they all get in trouble and things start to change here.

I was just at Walgreen's dropping off a return via FedEx. The clerk acted as though she couldn't be bothered and after she scanned, I asked if I could get a receipt and she said no. Then, with a grumpy attitude, she asked me for my email address. She said I would be getting a receipt via email, didn't happen. I knew by her lackadaisical attitude that I wouldn't be receiving a receipt. I called the store manager and made a complaint.

It does not matter the time of day you come to get your prescription. You will sit for 20-30 minutes. I understand due to Covid no one wants to go inside . However if therePrescriptions are not ready they need to circle around or go inside and be kind to the others

I dropped my prescriptions off at 440pm lady acted like she didn't have a clue what she was doing took my paper work told me they would have them ready by 615 my wife and two small kids got to the store at 645 and they were not ready and told her it would be 15 more mins at 732 they cashed her out. WE WILL NEVER be back to this store or Walgreens again. So being upset my wife spent that time waiting I called Ken the store manager and he made excuses after excuses why it wasn't ready.

This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy. If their 'system goes down' you're out of luck. You won't get your medication. We've had to take our daughter to the emergency room bc Walgreens cant get their act together. Go somewhere else.

This is particularly in regards to the pharmacy- Never have good experiences here. What's sad is other Walgreens are not like this but being that this location is most convenient for me, it led me to the decision to change pharmacies. I went back to them for the duration of a 6M rx because it was cheaper but it's almost not worth it. No matter how busy they are, their minimum turn around time is 1.5 hours. They told me I had to wait in line one time JUST TO DROP OFF AN RX; which would've taken 30 min or more. How ridiculous? I'm currently on hold with them and have been for 25 min and have YET to speak to ANYONE. if you don't want to get pissed every time you use ur pharmacy, don't pick this one!!!!!

Today was the 2nd time in 5 days that I had to make a 60 mile round trip back to the store. The first time was about my prescription and this time they didn't put my drivers license and credit card in the sack like they normally do and she said about 15 seconds before she sent my purchase to me that she put my drivers license and credit card in the sack!!!!!!!

The pharmacists are super unprofessional. After they keep you holding for 10 minutes or longer, they are super rude after they pretend to hang up. You can hear them talking about you. Very classy. I will never go back to them.

Very helpful pharmacists who care about your needs. I was very concerned about a medication and had several questions. They answered all of my questions and reassured me as well as offered to call my doctor if the medicine didn't work for me.
