Always enjoy going here. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable about the products. This time I was looking forward to seeing the garden center, but it was Saturday at noon and the plants looked pretty picked over. I didn't find any of the plants that I wanted.

Big shout out to The Home Depot Brandon for donating soil for Spring Farm Days!This soil will be included in planting kits that will be distributed during the event.They have also donated soil, fertilizer, and building supplies over the past year. We appreciate them and their amazing staff! Scott was very instrumental in making it happen and a joy to work with.

Unable to see the screen to exchange propane bottles. This has been going on for at least two years now. I was informed today that I wasn’t the only customer that complained about it. Maybe this location needs new management because they don’t seem to care.

I had a very nice visit, picked up some hanging baskets which are on sale. Gentleman working in the garden area was very helpful. I had seen the nice mixed potted arrangement on a previous visit and decided to purchase today before they were sold.

I had to go here today for some mulch, to which they had a sell on to my surprise. I had a pleasant experience he employs were helpful about the questions I had, and was able to show me exactly what I needed. The store was very clean, and orderly. The shelves were stock, and I got everything I that I was after. I must say that this store is a must for anyone looking for contractors, as well as the weekend warrior, and do it your selfers. Good store, keep it up!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF IT'S TIME SENSITIVE! "suppisedly Fedex fried to deliver my order at 8:31 Sat morning but says Home Depo was closed? store hours listed were 6 am - 9 pm. This was a generator for the FREEZE that's happening! Only to be told it will arrive AFTER the bad weather is gone! This is after already making 1 trip b/c Home Depo said it was ready for p-u. (only the extension cord was! They asked if I wanted to get the partial order? FOR WHAT?? I need the cord for the generator!!!ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! they don't care b/c it doesn't affect them 1 bit.

We've ordered some stuff during Black Friday from Home Depot, and have been trying to get them to deliver within our delivery window. 4 days in a row they kept trying to deliver at 630am, and time and time again we've called the number provided to let them know that we aren't here. They're huge pieces, so I need it to go straight to the shop, we also only have two seater cars, so cannot transport these pieces.Today I called the Brandon Home Depot store, spoke to the service desk manager. Within a few minutes she said I found it "I'm bringing it by!" Found out her name was Mrs. Barbara. She was actually coming by on her own personal time after getting off of work to personally deliver these packages to me. She has no idea how much this is appreciated! This is beyond amazing service yall, and I hope they recognize her for this.Thank you so much Mrs. Barbara!!

So I shopped online for a tool box and had a small amount of complications so I had to go to the Brandon store to take care of my business and there was a young lady there named Barbra who went way past her duties to make sure my experience with Home Depot was a good experience. From the time my husband and I entered this store, we were welcomed and helped by everyone we passed. When we reached the department we needed, the employees made sure we had everything for our project and made sure the products would work. They definitely put the costumer first. It was the best experience in a retail store in a while.

Staff just stands around talking. Does not try to assist at all. One staff even felt the need to lean on my cart while flirting with two girls. I had to ask him to move off my stuff.

It's a little disorganized it doesn't have the same layout as most home depot's I've been to many in Louisiana and a few in Mississippi and this is the only layout that I've seen the numbering system of the isles are off if it wasn't for the app I would have been searching for a while. Many staff members walked past me without offering me any help which would of been nice. Just so much confusion in that store if you go here I would recommend getting the app and searching it yourself.

Went to Brandon Mississippi Home Depot. Neat and organized. But what was most impressive were the employees. We had at least five employees throughout the store ask if they could help us!! Great job Home Depot Brandon MS!!

I didn’t have the best experience at Home Depot this visit, however the associates and the store manager did not stop until they were able to resolve the problem. Once the store manager figured out the problem he was able to return the defective items and I was on my way.

I am physically handicapped , so finding charged electric carts is vital if I am going to find anything in this very large warehouse. The happiest surprise was the pleasant experiences I have had with customer service. And I have discovered several knowledgeable sales associates, one in particular , he always wears a Hawaiian shirt. He makes me feel at home.

This was my first time going to a Home Depot. I was blown away with all the project makers I saw there. There is aisle after aisle of home products. I went in looking for a lamp shade and they had one. I have looked at multiple stores and couldn't find one at any of them. But, Home Depot came to my rescue. There was many to choose from and I left completely satisfied. I will definitely return to get ideas and supplies for my next projects and home repairs. You will not be disappointed if you stop in here!! They may have what you need that you haven't been able to find anywhere else.

If your purchase anything that can't be taken up front to checkout, good luck finding someone to help you. When we did find someone they were excellent. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure purchase would be scheduled with no mistakes up front.
