Absolutely wonderful! Tee worked with my not-so-small puppy as though her were hers, and when I picked him up - WOW! Well-groomed and much needed. The store staff also made my puppy's experience very positive. I had no concerns about dropping him off.

I love the experience with the groomer and how she communicated with me about my four fur babies. I highly recommend Tee she was very nice and kind to me and very informative about products that would help me. If anyone ever goes to Petsense for pet grooming I recommend Tee she’s super kind and gentle. Thanks Tee

Very helpful in getting a new tag for my fur baby Sky! The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Also found out they have pet groomers here too. Gotta get an appointment for my fur babies soon😊

I love the fact that Brandon has a pet product items. Just wish it had more variety. Like more things for exotic birds. The fruit they eat is hard to find local. Someone please let your head office in on this.

They stopped carrying our brand of cat food (Fussie Cat)right as we got to the tenth bag. The tenth bag should have been free. They didnt care or offer any replacement. The guy said well it must of not been a good seller. On a side note there were three employees and no mask eventhough they had signs plastered on the door that mask are required. Better to stick with Petsmart, Petco, Chewy, or Hollywood Feed. We had been driving all the way over from the reservoir due to their rewards program. No more buisness from us.

Employees are nice but I'm not a fan of their rewards program. After 10 bags of food you get one free. I was at nine bags and they were out of my dog food (Purina Pro Plan) for THREE MONTHS. After finally getting it back in I thought that I would get my 10th. At check out they told me I had 6 and that if you dont buy fast enough the credited bags are purged from their system. Switching to Chewy.

Took my puppy to get a grooming. Figured I’d give them a chance I strongly do not recommend them for this service. She failed to cut any of the hair on his belly or around his private area. Wasted $47 dollars. You could tell she wasn’t properly trained. Nice people but poor service.Disappointed!

Took our Golden retriever in for a spa treatment and she was returned to us looking and smelling amazing!!! Super soft, trimmed up and smelling like an oatmeal cookie. Very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Employee was very rude to my boyfriend when asked about a hamster ball. We just wanted a bigger size ball and my boyfriend asked NICELY and she gave him attitude for no reason. She also continued having a conversation with another customer while we were waiting for maybe more than 10 minutes FOR A HAMSTER BALL and when we left she stopped and watched us leave as if she did it on purpose. Now there were only 3 customers in the store me, my boyfriend and this white lady that she was talking to. All she had to do was just see if there were a bigger size ball. That’s all we wanted.. if you don’t wanna assist every one EQUALLY then you don’t need to be working!!! It’s really simple !

I don't know anything about this place because I don't shop here. Google picked it up only because this is where I park when I visit Kismet's or Little Caesar's Crossgates!! Lol. But I have to give them mad props because they always busy when I visit the other proprietors mentioned. The customers always come out with smiles/laughing/saying have a good night! So they do something right!

Good prices and they offer discounts on food that is "expiring" in the next couple months. I have been using Hollywood feed, but since these guys are much closer I will likely switch to them.

Just about every time I go to this store,they are always out of dog food I’m trying to purchase. They had about 30 bags of the name brand, but never the Turkey recipe. This is just plain stupid!. I’m over it! I’ll take my business elsewhere.(Oh , there favorite words are, we should be getting a truck in soon)

They allow pets in the store and that let's your pet pick the perfect treat or toy and you can try on the harnesses with your pet without worrying about it not fitting

"Autumn" did an amazing job with our Bichon Frise, Dakota! Dakota is high maintenance and Autumn had her well groomed and fluffy! We highly recommend her and all the grooming staff!

This day was my 1st disappointing visit to date. Kept asking for help and was ignored. Prices didn't reflect the sales price on the shelves. Customer Service Sucked! Looking for better care next time
