Never, ever trust them!!! True enough, my pup went in looking like a longhaired, free loving happy hippie. She was flea free with no tangles pic 1 & 4. Gave them picture 2 as guide to how she was to be cut. When picked up, she looked like a wet monkey's butt pic 5. Absolutely nothing, like picture!!! Male owner said he was the one that groomed her. Nail where not trimmed and as you can tell jagged clipper cuts everywhere.

We had a great experience with Pet Haven! Our dog boarded with them for nearly a week and came home happy, tired, and peaceful. You could tell that he felt safe and well cared for. We will definitely be using Pet Haven in the future!

i really enjoyed Pet Haven in comparison to other dog daycares in the area! my dog Annie (Angelica) came back to me so excited and i’m positive she was well loved during her stay! only thing is i may have wanted to be informed about her bunking with someone else beforehand , but i don’t mind at all since i know her anxiety can be a lot when separated ! i called back to inquire what kind of dogs and the genders (to personally know what kind of dogs to possibly adopt in the future) and i was able to get a response of who she was around the past 4 days of her stay! would recommend and so thankful for someone loving my angelica as much as i do!

I have been taking my lab here for a couple of years now, and have used lots of other places around town over the years. This is by far and away the best place that I have found to feel good about leaving my dogs for an extended stay. Belle actually likes to go here and does not want to leave. As where she could not wait to get away from some other places. Great People and Great Service at Pet Haven! Thank you for taking such great care of my Belle!

We LOVE it here. We send our 3 very energetic dogs here and it is their home away from home. Katherine is a godsend who truly cares for our pets like her own. We are very grateful for her.

Pet home away from home! I left my dog for one night and had a good experience. I never had a small dog before and they explained to me that small dogs do not do well with neck collars because it collapses their trachea, so the gifted me a chest collar! Would definitively recommend.

I boarded my dog here for around 5 days. I left her with a bag of food to last her entire stay + a little extra, and told Pet Haven to call if she wasn't eating (she sometimes gets too anxious to eat).After the first night, I called to ask how my dog was doing & if she ate. The lady from Pet Haven very quickly said she was fine and ate, and then went silent--0 other details--which is fine, a little disappointing but whatever.At pick-up (but before Pet Haven brought her out), I asked how the boarding went and again asked if she ate. They claimed she "ate very well" and gave me no other details, instead going on and on about another dog they claimed she played with. They kept describing the other dog and his activities, seeming to forget I asked about MY dog. Then, they had to retrieve my dog from her kennel and asked me which one she was, AFTER that whole conversation, meaning they had no idea which dog was mine even though they told me she ate well!They handed me the rest of her food and over half of it was left, meaning that they either didn't notice she wasn't eating or decided not to tell me about it.Also, I asked them to give her a bath and haircut sometime during the 5 days and they STILL hadn't done it by the time I picked her up, giving the excuse that they thought I would show up later in the afternoon...??? Why though? I never said I would show up in the afternoon, and they never asked.Final thing: there were quite a few reviews complaining about a child running around, so I asked about that when we arrived, and the lady at Pet Haven said the girl doesn't stay around the dogs. That turned out to be a lie, because when I came back to pick her up, they lead my dog out with the little girl following them.I would not come back here. I don't trust these people and they are either dishonest or don't communicate well (or both). I would highly recommend taking the time to go with another boarder/daycare unless you're absolutely desperate.

My dog was boarded here for a week while my husband and I went on vacation. I truly think these are sweet people who care for the dogs who stay with them. My dog was happy to come inside and go with them when we left him. However, immediately after picking him up I noticed constant sneezing, runny nose, and coughing that was not present before dropping him off. I understand things happen, and it’s not necessarily their fault he got sick. But we were never notified or told even when I asked how he was/how he had done over the week. He ended up having to go to the vet to receive shots and medication for a respiratory infection he did not have before his stay. He had had post nasal drip for long enough to have it make him throw up and unable to eat. I was also told he would receive a bath before we picked him up, and I’m not sure if he did. I had to bathe him the day after picking him up as he was pretty dirty. All in all, I think they care for your dogs and I appreciate how the business is run seeing that they receive frequent walks and plenty of playtime. I just would have appreciated them telling me my dog had become sick during his stay before sending him home with me.

I boarded my dog for 4 days here, and you can tell she was very well taken care of! She was very excited to meet new people the moment we entered the building, and the care taker reciprocated that same excitement and immediately showered her with love!! The pricing was very convenient and the staff was very friendly! I will be bringing her back again ((:

We take our pups to Pet Havens doggy daycare 3d/w and couldn’t be happier. It is obvious the owner loves our pups and takes care of them as if they were hers. The pups come home happy and tired, plus it is very reasonably priced. We love that they can play outside as well as inside, versus being stuck in a crate all day. We feel very comfortable/safe leaving our pets with Catherine and recommend Pet Haven to friends and family looking for boarding options.

when I first moved here, I got mixed reviews about pet haven from some of my neighbors. we tried it anyway. they have always been super kind and treated my dog like he is a baby. of course, HE IS A BABY ;) they were super nice to stay a little late one day when I was stuck in traffic. I have left my dog there for as long as a week and ive had him groomed several times as well. we have been happy with pet haven and will continue to take our dog to them!

I received the best care for my dogs ever! This sweet family and staff took time to personally train and pay personal attention to my rescues. They also spent special time giving me advice on what each of my dogs needed and they have behaved so much better. I give them my highest recommendation and am so thankful to have found them. I will never go anywhere else.

Went in for a visit with my Cane Corso prior to leaving him for an extended stay in November. Place was clean and well organized. Katherine and others took time with Storm to get to know him and for him to feel comfortable in his new surroundings. After our 30 minute visit i feel comfortable leaving him there in Nov.

The staff treats your pet like it is there own.Your dogs are in good hands when you leave them with Pet Haven. This is the only place we will leave our dogs. I can't recommend Pet Haven enough. Just great people doing great things.

This was my first boarding experience ever and it was fantastic. I walked in and the owner answered every question and I noticed them playing Christian music on the radio.. Little Puppy got to socialize while we visited family for a few days. I thought we would be getting back into town 30 minutes after they closed but the owner said she'd wait for me and that gave me peace on the trip home. When I picked him up, they had bathed him and filed his sharp nails smooth!!!

This place is awful. The first two times I took my dog here, everything was alright. Really didn’t have any complaints but that my dog seems pretty dehydrated. This last time, picking my dog up he was not himself. He was so snappy as if someone was abusing him and he was very dehydrated again after I expressed my concern with the staff. He would not be returning. Someone need to shut this place down!

I think that the new groomer that was hired is the best groomer that they have had. My 2 dogs looked better than any time that they have been groomed sense I’ve lived in Mississippi. Keep up the good work.Also Ed worked with my little she devil dog and he had her behaving like a lady , amazing!!! Thanks so much.

We just picked up our St. Bernard and Pug after a week long stay. This is the only place we would ever consider boarding our St. Bernard and pug. Anytime we have tried to board our St. Bernard in the past she has freaked out and would have to be dragged inside, but not here. This is the only place she happily goes to and seems genuinely happy when we pick her up. They do a great job grooming and cutting her nails also. Unlike other places, she gets lots of socialization and yard time during the day when weather permits which a dog of her size needs to be happy and healthy. We've even tried at home sitters and she has really terrible separation anxiety which causes her to be very destructive, but we have had no issues while boarding her here. We've boarded several times here and she always seems happy to see the owners and staff.

I took all 4 of my dogs for grooming and these folks did a fantastic job! They made my skittish babies feel comfortable as well as my friendly babies. I highly recommend Pet Haven for the amazing staff and affordability.

Being a former doggie daycare manager, I knew what to look for in daycare for my pup when we moved to a new city. This is the ONLY place I will bring my beagle Belle for daycare/grooming/boarding! They are knowledgeable about canine body language and understand that dogs have different personalities like humans! They are very accommodating with my schedule, and Belle practically wakes me up in the morning to take her to daycare! She comes home exhausted and eats her dinner and heads on to bed. I recommend PetHaven to anyone looking to get their pup more socialized!

Terrible and just such an awful pet boarding place. Not only did they lose my friends Yorkie and tell her to get off their property while she was trying to look for her dog that THEY lost.... they also don't care for your pets properly AT ALL!They have a 5 year old they bring to this place and she opens your dogs pens that their in and she hangs out in there with them. That is just an accident WAITING to happen! They, very clearly, do not care for your pets and do not pay attention to your pets whatsoever.Don't bring your dog here, their 5 year old might be too rough while their not looking and they might even lose your dog. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place of "business" to a single person, ever.

Have been to Pet Haven numerous times and the place is clean/smells good and has a really nice atmosphere (with music playing in the background). The owners are very nice, they love on the pets and play with them, and pets are walked at least 4 times each day (not that many times/day at some other places). Great experience.

I was “Extremely Diappointed “in this place after boarding my two chihuahua’s here while I went on vacation.I had left them here before not having any problems but this was a totally different experience.I did everything that I was askedto do by pet haven... giving my vet as a reference so they would know my dogs were up to date on their shots. I paid them the amount of money that was required for their stay.Brought their own food and toys.Pet Haven could not even give them a “bath” or clip their nails like I asked them to in the 9 days that they were there after I had asked them to and they said that they would.I do not consider washing them with a.... “Wash Cloth” a few mins before I picked them up considered “a bath!!!” And one of my “chi’s” had a hacking cough which she did not have when I dropped her off. I had to end up taking my dog to the vet.My male “chi” had a bad attitude and was snapping at us for a few days after staying here... which by the way he has never done... makes you wonder if he was being abused while here??I called and spoke to the owner about these issues and he was very arrogant and nasty in his attitude, not expressing any concern at all towards my pets. He tried to blame everything on my dogs and was making excuses for their sorry services at Pet Haven.He even went as far to tell me not to bring my dogs back there!I told him... “Believe you me I will never make that mistake again!!!”If you are reading this.... Do Yourself A Favor...and don’t waste your time or money on this Nasty Place and the Nasty Attitude of these people. All they are concerned about is the money... not caring and taking care of precious fur babies.

All I have to do is tell Luna we are going to doggie daycare and she gets excited. She really starts getting excited when we are getting ready to turn onto Old Fannin Road off Spillway road. And when we turn into the parking lot she can't wait to get out of the truck.You can tell the owners really care about our animals as much as we do.If you really, really love your dogs, this is the place to take them.
