If you play cash pop I’ve learned the Krogers at the following locations Spillway Rd-Kroger Lake-harbor -Madison pays out larger amounts than any gas stations or corner stores

Rating one star only because I can not rate less. This store treats their employees horribly. Like human robots. They have nasty passive aggressive signs up for everyone to see about insane rules. They aren’t allowed to have water on long eight-twelve hour shifts. They aren’t even allowed to go to the bathroom without clocking out. A elderly woman once screamed in the face of a young boy for simply drinking water. I don’t even work there but will be complaining, and voting with my dollar. I’ll never stop here again until you start treating your employees like HUMAN beings. You’ll never see another dollar of mine.

They would not honor the display price and did not change the display after I drew their attention to the error.

For the bakery. DO NOT order a birthday cake from here. COMPLETELY messed up my child’s birthday cake. Different cake than I ordered and spelled my child’s name wrong and wrote it in the wrong color and different color I ordered. WILL NOT be ordering a cake from them EVER again.

Went to the butcher and asked for bacon. The employee wrapped some up in brown paper while I looked at steaks. I get home, open the paper to discover the employee gave me all bacon with all fat and basically no actual meat. These slices most have been hidden from sight because they looked nothing like the meat in the display.

This Kroger team is so good! They're helpful, motivated, polite, sweet...all the things that make you feel good about shopping the neighborhood grocer. Their pharmacy is always the best! Easy to deal with and regardless of how busy they are, they keep smiling. Love it there. Good job management!

Deeva was my check out person today and she was so pleasant and happy, she just made me happy from being in her presence. It will be a pleasure to go to this Kroger while we are in town a few weeks, and I hope I always go when she is working.

Love my local store on Spillway. Love familiar faces, and so appreciate the free pick up service. What is concerning to me is the wait period due to under-staffing. With our current situation, this pick up service will grow and Management has GOT to recognize that and add to the staff. Many times, I use InstaCart instead, but would rather support the Kroger staff. Management - take care of your team members better and staff your stores for the pick-up service appropriately!

The manager, Cindy, is the most helpful, kind employee. She always speaks to me with a friendly, genuine greeting! She knows the store inside and out, and can answer your questions or is willing to find answers for you if she doesn’t know. I wasn’t feeling well one day when I was in Kroger’s and she went out of her way to help me beyond her job. I was very grateful to her. Thank you Kroger’s for hiring “good” people that care!

I expected better from Kroger‘s. You over here all the time about people being overcharged at Walmart… That happened on two items I bought this afternoon. Both were from the produce department both had huge signs underneath the produce telling me what I was supposed to pay. When I was overcharged I had to go stand in the customer service line and wait for over 20 minutes for the clerk to refigure the correct amount. No one seem to care that all the signs were wrong and that people had been overcharged

I like the variety of organic products that is at this Kroger and it’s stocked well. But a lot of the employees are completely incompetent I don’t know if it’s a lack of management or lack of training. Half the time when I go to the cash register I have to bag my own groceries because there aren’t any people to bag them. Also I find a lot of the cashiers asking for help almost every time I go to the store.

Having just moved to Mississippi for my new job, I went shopping there this evening. I must say that this Kroger is the nicest Kroger I've been in.. Compared to my old hometown Kroger this store is laid out nice. All the produce, meats, dairy is fresh and great quality.I'm extremely happy and glad.to know that I have a store I can count on in less than 3 minutes from my residence.

Continue to use, can't find people as your excuse, instead of paying them the proper wages and you will continue to have issues. You make someone go through self checkout because you do not have checkers and then you do not have the items on the self checkout to pay for them. The attendant comes over, he can't find the item on the self checkout. A simple sweet Vidalia onion. You sell it ,why is it not on the self checkout? Last item to scan. Thanks for making me go to another brand grocery for a single onion. Sad corporate America at work. Machines over people.

I really enjoy the convenience of the location, the selection of products, the great prices and their in-stock percentage . The employees are always so friendly and eager to help. My only complaint is their self checkouts. It's not as user-friendly as Walmart's self-checkouts. First, the screen has a congested layout. Everything looks too close together and it's difficult to look at and find the command you're looking for. Second, the system demands you to use the touch screen command needed rather than recognizing an action taken in lieu choosing. Lastly, there are enough bagging sections at each station but not enough room to scan everything when you have larger items in an order. When you need more room and try to remove some of the scanned and bagged items prior to paying, the scales won't allow you to continue until the items are replaced into the bagging area. At Walmart I can load my groceries as I finish each bag if I need more room without the system preventing me from continuing. Frustration almost made me walk out and go elsewhere today.

They would get a 5 star if they would drop the "degital" coupons and their card readers didn't require a pin like ever other store. Every trip there shows that they want all your personal information, the "sale" that requires a digital coupon to get the price items should be discriminates . But service and product is why we've been shopping KROGER for almost 40 years.

I worked here about 4 months and was bullied by about 5 so called management workers the whole time. It was one of the most humiliating and demeaning experiences of my life. They think that they can talk to you and treat you any way they want. They are right- they can-because they know upper management will not do a thing about it but twist the issues and put the accountability solely on the victim. The issues that I was bullied over were manufactured in the first place. I did what I was suppose to do and then some and was overly friendly to the customers. But, that usually is the case with bullying because bullies bully those that make them feel insecure. They also try to make them leave so that they don't have to do their job correctly or made to feel uncomfortable or threatened by an actually good, above average employee. They also like to weed out how they personally don't like and keep their favorites andmake the work place their own private territory in which few others are invited. I have just as much right to work for Kroger has they do but they can have it. I found a better job with better pay and most of all some appreciation and respect!

Well, I have grown to really dislike shopping at Kroger. I had actually started shopping at Walmart because you guys have all those self checkouts. When I have a big grocery order it is miserable trying to check out myself, especially with large heavy items. There is usually only one cashier that is open and that line is super long bc nobody wants to check themselves out. Unfortunately, I have never been trained to check groceries so going through self check out is challenging to say the least. There is usually one employee assigned to the self check out and if that employee is actually helping (sometimes they are just hanging out with their friends) they are overwhelmed. I think self check out is great when the customer only has a couple of items but like I said it’s pretty horrible with more than that. That being said, I tried to do click list out of desperation. The experience was easy and the employee I dealt with was very nice. My cilantro was a little wilted. I will use my other free pick up when I need groceries again but that will probably be the end of Kroger for me. It aggravates me that I am going to have to pay for good customer service. I can go to Walmart and walk a little further to get my items but they actually have check out cashiers to help and my grocery bill is lower. Thank Kroger but Walmart wins this round (never thought that would happen).

I live very close to this store but I am going to have to start shopping elsewhere. This is the 3rd time this week alone I have been in there and they do not have my coffee creamer. Twice I have found someone to look and make sure but today couldn’t find anyone to help me. I have tried calling and getting a manager on the phone but nobody ever comes to the line. Very disappointing...

Nothing more frustrating and unprofessional than to be standing line at the only register open at 12:30pm on a Friday and there are 3 employees other than the cashier standing and talking about having to get their nails done for wedding in two weeks, and involving the cashier in the conversation rather than opening another register to service the four other customers in the only line open.If there was as much going on as there was talking this store would be Top Notch.

Great Kroger. They have everything you need. You also can get in and out much faster than Walmart. Sushi made fresh. A nice deli. A salad bar even. This grocery store has it all.

Out of stock all the time on items that people buy on a regular basis and tell you it's because the warehouse in Memphis doesn't handle the store orders properly, except that the Kroger down the street doesn't have that problem. This store is managed badly.

Last night my two sons and I went into the Kroger store location of 1070 Spillway Circle in Brandon, MS around 11pm to get a few things. At about 11:50pm a woman came behind us and said we're about to close, y'all need to hurry up so you can get out of here...My boys looked at me shocked and surprised. I let her know what we had we could leave and would leave. She said fine and kept walking. We took the basket to the front. Evelyn(self-checkout clerk) is who we found out was her name. I left the items and asked for a manager. One of the night clerks named Lee stood mocking me while I was speaking to the night manager Fred NOT knowing the two boys hearing him were mine.Never again will me or my family visit this location if this is acceptable behavior and customer service practices taught and allowed by store employees.

Ever time I go in there, they never have Tom Collins mix. But they do have more than 6 kinds of Margarita Mix. There is something wrong with this one sided mixes.

I love shopping at Kroger and while the spillway location has the best parking it also has the rudest employees. So just 4 stars until the management can get an attitude adjustment for the employees
