Came to pickup Thanksgiving dinner ordered last Wednesday. Said they don't have the order. Associates in the Deli were completely unsympathetic and laughed when I asked what they could do. Unbelievable how they acted.

Bought a $100 Amazon gift on 11/23/23 and the code was unreadable. Over a month later, nothing has been done. Can't get Amazon to give me a case number to give to Kroger, and apparently according to Amazon someone stole the code and used the card. DO NOT buy gift cards from Kroger! You will NOT be helped if something like this happens. So pretty much my children didn't have a Christmas because I couldn't afford to buy them anything. And while I was out $100, Kroger and Jeff Bezos pocketed that money laughing all the way to the bank. I'm just going to start back shopping at Walmart.

Manager wouldn’t cash my check talking about never heard of the company it was a legit check why wouldn’t you cash it cause Walmart had no problem but other wise great store

I'm not sure how this krogrer scored as high as it did. The associates are rude, block aisles, won't move when your trying to get food. Associates in tbe aisles don't engageor greet customers when walking by.

Have decided to stop going. Waste of gas. The meat department at Walmart is somehow far more competent at keeping things properly stocked. This inability to keep basic items regularly stocked echoes throughout the store.

This Kroger is super fancy! I come from a town with a much smaller Kroger and honestly this one puts it to shame. The sushi, antipasto, and deli are always great, and the woman at the cheese counter was attentive and very helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I love stopping by here whenever I'm in town.

My husband and I both have Covid. My Drs office recommended that we take mucinex dm with some other medications. When I got to my regular pharmacy (where they do curbside) they told me they were completely out of it until tomorrow. They were about to be closing. I called Kroger, who we’ve been long time patients with and asked a pharmacist if there was any way that I could possibly get someone to bring some medication out to me. She quickly told me I could go through the drive thru. So when I told her that I had it as a prescription but it was at a different pharmacy but they were out and that I had just found out it was OTC (my prescription was the generic so I didn’t realize this) she then told me I would have to order it through click list. So I asked her was there no way that someone could help us out tonight because we needed it tonight, she told me that I would have to order it through Clicklist. It’s 6:15 pm at this point and there’s no way to get a same day order through Clicklist. I’m actually amazing at how inconsiderate someone in the healthcare profession can be. I work in it myself and truly try to go ABOVE and beyond for my patients when I can. We will never be back to this pharmacy. Save your TIME and money and visit with small town pharmacy.

I shop at Kroger in Brandon often, they have what I need and it's close to my house, but mangers at this store are rude, well to what I feel black shoppers, I have experience this myself. My wife do not like Kroger at all but today she when there and again they prove us right, she was trying to return something and no one wanted to help her, one manager walk off , if you have to drive that extra mile, do it, because service is everything to me.if you don't won't certain people in your store, put a sign up

Lori in the deli has the worst customer service! She saw me standing, waiting for her, instead of her displaying excellent customer service & acknowledging me, she continued to clean her machine. When she finally finished, she asked what I needed. Did my presence not matter?? This is the 2nd Kroger deli employee in one day! I’m highly disappointed in Kroger’s employees.

I love this store. Everyone is kind and helpful. Every single person there smiles and welcomes you. The Pharmacy is quick. The seafood is always fresh. Plus, they sure you have downloaded digital coupons to help save money. They will even wait for you to add it on the app. Again, I love this store and the folks that work there!

Looking at previous reviews, you can easily see the pros..overall nice employees, consistency in store layout, minimal wait lines.Cons- very poor selection of local produce. Very rarely, if ever, anything new in the produce/fresh goods section. No new surprises. Organic section is small and somewhat lacking. Oh and- restroom needs a major revamp.It gets the job done, can be a one stop shop. Nice coupons and deals for kroger card customers. Other stores in the area have better selection.

The lady in the deli is always grumpy! She acts like you are putting her out by asking her to slice deli meat. She is in the wrong position.

The store has recently been remodeled amd looks great. They have dropped some of the things they used to carry and the cat isle has shrunk, but it's still my favorite place to shop. Don't forget 3 cents off a gallon of gas. You can build those savings up.

The ClickList at this location is the worst. I ordered my items at 12 for 7-8 and I get there at 7:17 and there are no spots open because they are still pulling orders for this window. It should be a quick and fast process, that's why I order ahead...instead here I am waiting in the parking lot 20-30 minutes.

They always have good products and the check-out is great. Their is a parking issue, but that can be maintained. The store is always clean and people are always willing to help. I worked for Kroger when I was going to college and loved it.

Right now my Kroger is in the middle of a store remodel. I personally don't like having to look for my shopping items when they're not where they "belong"! Especially during the busy holiday season! The remodel will be nice when it's done I'm sure, but for now, it's a bit aggravating! Now, if they end up putting a Starbucks in, (like an out of state Kroger I know), that'll make it all worthwhile! 😁

Good prices, most stores have similar layout, rewards are great. Only thing I'm knocking a star off for, is being forced to self-checkout with two full carts after 9pm. Let's try 11pm, which is 2 hours before closing.

Ms. Alex and Ms. Elaine are the best! I had to order food for my coworkers (30 plates) and without hesitation, they assisted expeditiously and they were AWESOME!!!! Great customer service from both of these sweet ladies in the Deli section!

We enjoy Kroger because it's always clean wide Isles and easy to find what we need. We have always been treated with courtesy and the sales associates whether they are stocking or checking us out have always been so nice. We also use Kroger Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs .

Seems like here lately they sell only Chinese fruits and vegetables. I do not buy Chinese produce. If it's not Chinese then it's Mexican. Seems like Kroger is going downhill.

We moved back to the Crossgates area four months ago, after living in southern Rankin County for two years. ALL of the employees at the Kroger on Hwy. 49 were awesome, the techs hugged my neck on my last refill, top-notch staff there. So, I decided to continue to use Kroger after moving. I can't say the same about the Kroger in Brandon. I went today at around 2:30, after spending the day in the ER, to fill two prescriptions, pick up two prescriptions and inquire about two others. The little pharmacy "technician", TIFFANY, had attitude from the moment I walked up and I certainly didn't need that after the day I'd had. I was misinformed about one of three refills from one of my doctors and simply responded with "why would she call in two and not the third?" A kind response from this so--called technician would be, "So sorry, maybe you should contact them", or "I can't really say, ma'am". But this little girl said "Because I don't work at their office", virtually rolling her eyes while speaking. I wanted to slap her like her momma probably never did, yet I refrained. When working with the public, it's paramount that patients and customers are treated with the utmost respect, PERIOD. Little TIFFANY should go back to tech school where she got her little certificate to stand behind a computer reading information (something a monkey could do with more compassion), and brush up on being tactful and respecting her superiors. I spend way too much money in their store to tolerate that treatment. Shame on you for hiring someone so incompetent. So nice to have a bad day made even worse by some little disrespectful child behind a counter.

I love Kroger. Why? Number 1, it's not Walmart. That by itself is motivation enough to shop at Kroger. But, I'm always happy with the selections and quality of product. Mostly, I like the way they treat you like they are happy to have your business...., like a customer. Checkout lines are always managed well by the employees so your groceries are bagged for you and you don't have to stand in line unnecessarily long. Their prices can be higher. But, personally, I'd rather pay a little more for better service.
