There was one time where I can truly say I was satisfied. A white man and black man were very vocal and kind and fast with their transactions. It was very nice but that was only one night. Tonight my mother, sister, and I came to use laundry detergent coupons. We come up to the lady and give her our separate transactions. She got mad and huffed and puffed because she had to run the separate transactions. Then when two coupons did not come up in the final transaction we asked could she please take the two coupons off she muttered "oh my lord" under her breath and rolled her eyes (note: we did not get an attitude with her once, but at this point she has whispered under her breath and huffed and puffed at us) This is to my mother! I almost put the items I was purchasing for myself back because I was so disappointed. I work at Kroger and if I were to ever treat someone this way I would be suspended or wrote up! Meanwhile, a black gentleman is on the other cashier being so kind and vocal with his customers. Our older black woman that was checking us out was being very disrespectful to us and we had been nothing but kind and patient with her slow scanning and horrible attitude. I am a 16 year old child and on behalf of my saddened mother who feels completely disrespected I had to write a complaint. (Older black woman, in her late 50's probably, around 5'3 or 5'4, wears glasses) I don't know her name but she was extremely disrespectful and next time we shop at dollar general we will be going somewhere else.

This store has a complete make over and I must say it is AWESOME! They have extended the freezer area along the whole wall and added more items! They have rearranged all the isles. Everything is so neat and appears brighter!

Two Star Review (only because of location did we not give it a One Star) We frequent the Dollar General a lot mainly for convenience. Usually the place is not well stocked and I have never been in the store that there were not large carts full of either unpacked merchandise or empty boxes or both in the middle of the aisles making it very hard to navigate the store. The shelves are often empty. And although we go there for its convenient location and to avoid Walmart and Kroger, we often end up having to go there after all because Dollar General will be out of whatever it is we had to run there to get (maybe its in one of the 100s of unpacked boxes all throughout the store ). Today was no exception ( See Photos ) except that in addition to the usual one register was broken and there was only one employee running the other register. I stood in line with 17 other people. Not sure how other Dollar General Stores compare, but this one is Dirty, Unorganized, Out of Stock, Dangerous.... I would suggest, 1. Clean the place up. 2. Stock the shelves. 3. Get the carts out of the aisles. 4. Don't leave boxes on the floor. ( Fall Hazard) 5. Bring in at least one extra employee.

Store generally disorderly ie. Carts full of stock in the way of Isles preventing entry, have to walk around. stock on the floor in the middle of aisles can't get through ect. Nice staff , clean store germ wise ie. Moped floors , sanitized counters

Most disgusting Dollar General I have ever been in. There is less organization in the store than a dirt cheap. The workers are lazy and rude. Half empty snack wrappers and Half empty bottles of gatorade were literally scattered among the shelves of the store for over a week. I live less than 1 mile away but will gladly drive an extra 9 miles to not have to visit this place. Last visit cashier told me to wait a minute while she went to the back and got food and a drink came back to the front a few minutes later and rang up my items while eating a snack the whole time.

I don't know what has happened to this store but it went from being one of the best DG's I had ever been in to the worst. Whereas it used to be consistently clean,well merchandised, uncluttered and in stock at all times, now it is the exact opposite. For the past month store looks like it is going out of business it is so empty. This morning was a breaking point as a consumer for me. On a Saturday morning, practically every aisle was blocked with freight on floor.What was not blocked with containers, either a DG employee or Pepsi vendor on phone had blocked. Surely sales tell the story.

Dollar General Stores ARE ALWAYS in ROUGH Conditions! Shop THERE as a LAST Resort! Aisle's are always piled with Stock that's NEEDS to be placed on half EMPTY, disorganized shelves! This problem seems to be a pattern that is an ISSUE at all the Dollar General's in Mississippi!You can get DECENT ITEM'S at a FAIR PRICE, if U can sort through all the TRASH & Overflow ITEM'S!TRULY a Chain with GREAT Potential, BUT a SYSTEMIC ISSUES seriously impeding SUCCESS!

Shelves are half stocked and store is overall a general mess. The shoes for example are not on the shelves but all over the floor causing a tripping hazard

Dirty,, stuff that should be on the Sheves blocking your way, Registrar had 7 people with only 1 Cashier, but being that this Store changes 2 people a week what do you expect, I only go there if I Haveto.

Terrible experience. Cashier and coworker carrying on conversation about another employee threatening violence, all the while not speaking to a long line of customers waiting to be checked out. Not something that should be discussed publicly. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR.

Employees would not let use the restrooms. They were locked and a sign said to ask for the key and the girls at the front said no. No more Dollar General for Keith Hammitt. EVER!

This place is a joke!! Cashier on her cellphone, cursing, rude, and disrespectful!! Didn't say a single word to me. When I asked for my change she looked at me as if I was joking. Last time I'll go there!!!
