Always great customer service. Even when I’ve called in advance for a item. Manager ask me to hold please so she could physically get it from the shelf to assure I’d not drive and the item be sold already.That’s absolutely ole school customer service ‼️

What a disgrace of management fretta the soon to be gone manger is going to regret what she thinks is a ban cus guess what I am already on u got a case against her dont cause my boy of stealing unless u got it on video BTW they don't and now she got a reason to worried I will take this to court to show her how wrong she is

I was not actually shopping in this location.I was driving from Jackson with my significant other and our granddaughter in the car when extremely severe weather struck. The lights were on in the building and the cashier allowed my family into the store to wait out the hail, high winds and tornado warnings. That alone is worth 5 stars in my opinion.

It's an ok store can't seem to be able to keep good help. They have a beer cooler but to lazy to keep beer in it.Have gone back a couple times and nothing has changed have beer cooler and beer but can't seem to move beer four feet and put in cooler. Will not waste me time anymore going there.Did not even have ice in cooler.

I went there 12/16/20 , OMG, the teller had the music so loud, you cant remember what u went in there for, i understand entertainment while the day goes by but , that doesn't mean open a nightclub.

Becca. Cashier at Pisgah Mississippi Location. I bought milk on my way home, about an hour later had to return it because it was bad. In addition, two days before I'd purchased Clover Valley Shredded Wheat and when I opened it was not the same product as normal. I also was returning it from a purchase dated 10/01/2018. I stood in line as directed by Becca to return the items. She paged "Betty" who never came up at that time. When I finally reached Becca's register, Betty walked up behind her and offered to do the return but Becca said she would. Betty then opened the 2nd register to assist other customers, but is a witness to how rude Becca was to me. Upon telling Becca the milk was bad, and that the cereal was different than normal--small, flat, hard shredded wheat--Becca defiantly asked Betty should she call to get an "ok" to refund me the cost of the two items. Betty told her if the milk is bad you better give her a refund, I'd want one. As Becca began to enter the return she continued to badger and bully me stating that the milk was still good, referring to the date on the carton. I brought it to her attention that FREQUENTLY the milk is bad at this location, it has been for the 2 years the store has been opened. They continuously have trouble with the milk cooler. She VERY arrogantly and loudly told me, "I DON"T HAVE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND". At this point, from all else she muttered in her attempt to manipulate the situation, I was VERY angry myself and told her to give me my refund and that this conversation was over in an equal tone that she spoke to me. She audaciously then told (ME) to quit being rude. I was seething at this point and knew to "adult" rather than comment any further as she was in the process of ringing out my returns. I'm not sure she's cut out to work with public or work in any other role dealing with customers on any level. As she was processing the returns, she continued to just be rude! I stood shocked, honestly. I pulled out my phone and took her picture, for which she stopped to pose and arrogantly smile. Her photo is attached. Unfortunately, that location is the closest to where I live (5.3 miles from me). I have in the past avoided going to that location because of other reasons (usually out of stock on basic items or bad milk--or no milk), and choose stop at one of the other (3) I pass on my way home from work but I will definitely not be back to this store solely because of Becca. And, I'm not kidding.

I frequently visit this store due to its convenient location (limited options in such a rural area). They usually have everything I need in stock and the staff is friendly.

Love the Dollar General off Hwy. 25 at Pisgah Road because of the automatic sliding doors. Makes a difference getting in and out with a buggy!!! 😁

They had a sale going on. Had only 1 cashier, the other was broken. There's never enough help. They need to hire more people. HIRE MORE PEOPLE
