As I said in my 1st review, Family like business, Clean Bright, Very Friendly staff, a Butcher, since this visit was the 1st in many MANY YEARS🤭 They have added a deli like restaurant with a few tables, gas pumps, lots of yummy produce, I think they have just about all ya may need in 1place, 👍👍& a million stars!!! They are also SERIOUSLY better on some of their prices what my daughter spent was better & was able to get more healthy items than other places I have shopped, I Believe I'll start going back to Allen's for my groceries, Another bonus, some of my FAVORITE stores are right across the street, Win, WIN, WIN, THANK YOU ALL, BLESS YOU ALL YOUR PRECIOUS FAMILIES &FRIENDS BOTH @HOME &WORK✝️🛐👑💞💝👑🕊🙏🕊👑✡⛑🛡🗡👟👟😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗🦋🦋🦋ANOTHER SUPER BONUS, SOMEONE IS NICE ENOUGH TO BRING YOUR GROCERIES TO YOUR CAR.

Bright, Lots of new additions since I was there many years ago VERY SWEET FRIENDLY STAFF, THE RESTAURANT IS NEW SINCE I WAS THERE YEARS AGO, prices are grrreat, butcher on duty, someone takes your groceries to your car. What a pleasant surprise. You drive a few miles into the country( deep suburbs) and you get lovely fresh produce and custom cut meats and in house sausage. Like a country grocer 40 years ago. I am handicapped so I really appreciate the service of toting the bags out to and loading them into my truck. Yea! Allen's.

Good selection of almost everything.. fresh meats...staff looks clean and put together and helpful. During my visit, I asked about a product the stock clerk was super nice. Store is clean.

Love to shop here and supporting my local store means alot to me. Always perfect!! Great service, very friendly. Also they sell non ethanol gas only so be sure and fill up with real gasoline after shopping.

Convenient store that's well-stocked for a semi-rural grocery. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have the best meat department in 39042. Highly recommend.

What a great place and friendly staff. We stopped there to get some ethanol-free fuel. They had a limit but allowed of us to take all we needed since we're going to do volunteer disaster relief work in Houma. We were also able to get some groceries and ice before we headed south. Also their prices were very reasonable.

We support Allan’s 100%. Very friendly country ppl that even load your groceries into the vehicle for you. They have everything we need. It may cost a little more than those sorry ChinaMart and Kroger chains but I’d rather spend my money with our locals than those low quality, terrible service big chains. I wish everybody would do the same. 10 Stars!!

The breakfast is always on point and I'm particular about my breakfast items especially the eggs and whoever makes the grits, can I say on point each time. It's not ever a disappointment and you're always greeted with a good morning or some form of friendliness in the morning when you walk in to the establishment. They are a grocery store and gas station as well they provide a range of things that you would find in your Kroger and Wal Mart stores. I would encourage you to visit they also do lunch as well but I don't usually make it in there for that. You wouldn't be disappointed in the visit though.

Best butcher we have found. One of two places we have found to purchase meats that have not been frozen.Yes, Kroger gets meats frozen then thaws them for sale.

Very good supermarket you find more than basic things and their vegetables and meat are always fresh. If you do not find something you suggest to the owners and they will get it for you.

Great place when I need something but don't want to fight the crowds at Walmart or Kroger. Excellent meat department! Excellent staff! They even walk you out and help you load your groceries 🙂

This is the BEST PLACE to purchase meat... It is always FRESH CUT.And the people are ALWAYS friendly & willing to help you,they have this one guy that works in their meat department that is AMAZING his name is CARTER, he will help you in any way possible. Keep up the GOOD WORK GUYS.

I had a wonderful experience at Allen's Grocery! I got 2 ribeyes cut an inch thick and I bought some smoked roast beef.Soooo good!!!All the employees were so nice and the man that helped me with my groceries, so sweet!!Wonderful Southern Hospitality, that definitely somes it up!
