What a wonderful company! I accidentally ordered a "pick up only" item for shipment (to NC - oops!) I got a call from Heath the next day explaining the situation. He found a store close to me that uses the same distributor so that I could have it special ordered locally. He followed up with me via email to make sure that I had all of the contact info, and let me know he would go back and do more research if for whatever reason that didn't work out. What wonderful kindness! Thanks for going the extra mile. If this is how you treat people you can't even get money from, I imagine your customers are in extremely good hands.

It is so much better going to a home town hardware store instead of Lowes or home Depot. They may not always have what I need but I have never gone here and been ignored by the staff. Always friendly and wanting to help you find what you need.
