We were on vacation and wanted to do the Dolphin Excursion Cruise. They were AMAZING, very helpful, kept both our dogs for half day boarding on VERY SHORT NOTICE (a day or 2 in advance). We have 2 dogs with very different personalities. Spike is a 6 yr old Am Staff who is EXTREMELY loveable and pretty much unphased by anything. Spike LOVES little dogs, kids, and ANYONE he can get pets from. Then we have Loki who is 1.5 yr old Blue Heeler/Pit Mix that we rescued around Dec 2021. Loki LOVES fetching ball but can be unsure of people because he was abused. However, the staff was AMAZING & EXTREMELY CONSIDERATE about both dogs personalities. They allowed Loki to take his time and approach them on HIS TIME. They also allowed Loki and Spike to remain together so Loki wouldn't get stressed. LOKI fell in love with the Employees.I can not express how thankful I am to the ENTIRE STAFF and how considerate they were to Loki's needs. They even took some of the other dogs who were boarding outside when they took Spike and Loki back to get set up for the afternoon/evening. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE - not just for us but also Spike and Loki.EVERYONE there is really caring, considerate, and patient. We were worried about how Loki would react since he has not been anywhere without one of us since we rescued him but he LOVED it there. Obviously we have worked with Loki a lot since we rescued him. The staff members took the EXTRA time to listen to us and understand Loki's normal reservations of people - which he did NOT have with either employee that we dropped them off with.We will DEFINITELY go back if we are ever back in Biloxi, MS.

This place was great. I was traveling through town and decided to stop in and see my aunt. She was going to be at the casino and so I needed somewhere to stash my pups for the day. I called them up and they got me right in as long as I had the vaccination records. I highly recommend this place!

Great experience with the groomer. The best first time grooming experience I have had in years. She is so awesome. I hv a 3 lb teacup yorkie named Kya. Even the toothbrushing was amazing! I cant brag on The Dawg House enough❤❤❤❤

Absolutely FANTASTIC! All of the staff is knowledgeable and I could easily see that they love what they do for their "clients". My Newfoundland had never been groomed professionally. I couldn't find a groomer to take her on. Kodi was recommended by her vet. Kodi is VERY familiar with large breeds including my baby Raven, a Newfoundland. Kodi wasn't intimidated in the least! Raven was spoiled during her visit with lots of hugs, kisses and treats and she came thru the experience looking great. Kodi knows HOW her breed is supposed to be groomed. Raven hates her feet touched, but she LOVES her belly scratched SO Kodi got right down to her level, scratched her belly and was able to get her paws all cleaned up. Kodi even took some hilarious pictures of Raven during the process. Raven is looking a million times better and as I keep bringing her to Kodi, she will be PERFECT. I definitely recommend The Dawg House for your pet's spa day!

First time here. The dogs had a great time and I liked that they have grooming on site. There are several plans to choose from including day stay packages, where you buy a set number of days and drop off and pick up but can be used whenever, as well as overnight boarding. This place was a little more costly than a couple others we checked out, but the dogs are free to play amongst each other during the day then kenneled at night. Look forward to coming back.

My pup loves going for a play day at The Dawg House. Not sure how much she loves getting a bath, but they offer that service too. The staff is always so friendly and kind to my dog. Thanks Dawg House!

I love this place! My toy Pom and I used to live a block away and he would try to escape.. every time I’d catch him just chillin’ in the parking lot. I got tired of the other groomers I tried out when I first moved here I wasn’t really loving it even though they were nice places. Eventually, I took the hint and brought him there because at that point the staff kinda knew him. One of the groomers also had a Pomeranian and she nailed the teddy cut which I wasn’t impressed with every where else. I’ve brought him ever since and he’s always happy to go. I’ve gotten the teddy bear and fox cut both came out great and the hair grew out nicely as well. Today I took him in for the lion cut and it was perfect Indie loved it. All the staff were very friendly and didn’t mind me calling to see how he was and what time he’d be finished. They always recognize him and I feel like he’s in good hands.

They took great care of our dogs, we were worried how loki would react to being dropped off at daycare but they said he was great and their services are affordable. They were excited to see our dogs and watch them so that is always a good sign.

We and Bailey loved the great treatment we received with these nice people! Every day of the five days he was doggy daycared he was excited and happily tired when we picked him up! Definitely recommend this establishment to any and all dog lovers having the need in this part of the world!

I called a week ago to get my dog boarded while I'm out here training, and the person who helped me was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. I ended up leaving my dog in Florida, but after the conversation I felt so comfortable and confident in The Dawg House of Biloxi. If you are military and out here training,I assure you this would be the best place to board your fur baby!

Would never bring my dogs here again. Told they were basically a "kennel free" facility yet my dogs went in a small kennel as soon as they arrived. I dropped them off Friday and went by twice on Saturday to try and pick them up. Both times in the morning and the evening they were supposed to be open there was no one at the building and it was completely dark inside. When I was finally able to get my dogs on Sunday they gave me both bags of food back I had sent and they were both full. My dogs eat quite a bit so this really bothered me. Also, when we got home they drank about a gallon of water, which tells me they weren't given water either. I don't even know if I believe they really care much for the animals considering they weren't even there when they were supposed to be open. I feel terrible for leaving my dogs at this place and will never bring them back to this place. It looks new and clean, you also get a good story on the phone about how good they are, don't believe it. I'm going to be looking into contacting bbb and other organizations to investigate this facility.

Took our dog there (with a friend’s dog) for a day of daycare. They were happy and seemed to have had a good time. As a result we scheduled a grooming. We dropped the dog off at 8:00 am and were told it would be 4 hrs or less. About 10:45 we got a call asking for a clarification of how short we wanted him. I asked if he’d been bathed yet and was told yes. At 12:15, not having received a call, we went over there. Not one thing had been done to him. He’d spent all that time in a cage. I told them to get my dog we were taking him home. My husband then went in and questioned them. They said they were “busy”. He will NEVER go back there for anything.

Very clean rocky my Shepard I was nervous about leaving him but they let me watch him for a minute I was ok very nice place. up date left collar on my dog playing with other dog got tangle up almost killed Rocky choked him had to be cut lose with wire cutter.

My Shih Tzu can get nervous at the big time groomers. We went to the the Dawg House for the first time and the staff was so friendly. His cut was adorable and he was so happy the entire time. They are amazing and personable with dogs!

I drop my dogs here very often for boarding as I travel for both work and leisure. Both of my dogs are rescues and one has been severely abused, so not always very trusting of strangers. However, they love the staff at the Dawg House. They cant wait to get out of the car when we pull up and actually rush to the door. Stephanie and Rosie are obviously out of their minds to make awful reviews on this place. Probably part of the millennial group who uses the keyboard to feel important. Please do not doubt the credibility of the staff or love they have for animals. The Dawg House is 10 out of 10!

Rusted doors, moldy tiles falling from the ceiling so the dogs in the kennels eat that to their hearts content because nobody feeds these animals unless there's already moldy food in the bowls. This is not a place you want to bring your pets. There have also been multiple deaths of animals in that place that have gone unchecked as well as multiple employees being bitten and management didn't even feel the need to send said employees to a medical care unit to make sure they didn't catch rabies or other diseases. This place is a death trap and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Second day and so far every went well. Everyone there is very nice and Harley seems happy when I dropped him off. Will continue to use them weekly I feel Harley is safe there and I don’t worry while I’m away

My 8 month old Belgian Malinois was limping when I picked her up on a Friday after work. Not only did they not notify me they never even addressed it until 5 weeks later. Long story short her back toe was broken in two places. 900$ and 6 weeks later, she’s trying to walk on it.

Horrible service!! Did not groom my dogs or trim their nails like I asked! Paid for service upfront and told them to call my wife when they're ready for pickup. They didnt call her. And then at 6:50pm, 10 minutes before they close, they called my wife and gave her an attitude as to why she didnt come get the dogs! Unbelievable! Horrible and def do NOT reccomend to anyone!
