They are so friendly and accommodating! My little guy has anxiety and I was able to get an express groom so he was the only doggy in there. He also has benign, small sebaceous cysts that always have gotten nicked in the past, but here at PetSense the groomer did an amazing job with 0 nicks!

I bring my dogs here for grooming when their regular groomer can't do them. They do a good job and it's pretty quick. Last time (August 2019) 3 dogs took just about 3 hours and the groomer I had was amazing. She listened to everything I needed as I have one special needs dog. They came home looking beautiful and not traumatized.

Great customer service! Very friendly staff! It seems like a family business so in that way I prefer Pet Sense than Pet Smart because the environment is very familiar. Like all stores some things are average price, some other things have really good price and others are more expensive. In my case I was more than happy with the food bowls selection. I couldnt find anything at Pet Smart plus they were so expensive. So here there were plenty of options and great prices. Cat toys were at a really good price too. They have cats for adoptions too. :)

I really like that the employees really seem to care they have all been so awesome in the past to help me and always double-check if something looks to be out. They have gone to check places where they thought other stuff had been moved and I pointed out clearance stuff when it was as cheap or cheaper than what I was buying. They do charge a little more for some things but I have found in hole that with their clearance prices and sales you can get really good deals!

I always am treated amazing when shopping here, I’m recognized even though I only come once every couple months, or when we’re about to run out of food for the fur babies. Always get best prices , outbeats anyone else. The employees familiarity with most all the products, if not ALL. Even when they’ve been busy they still have a way of showing and treating you as your still the most important customer as well as showing acknowledgement and courtesy to other customers. Always super impressed, last but not least, I’m handicapped and never once has that been obvious yet the employees have always assisted me after they offered to carry my purchases out to my car for me !! Great prices, clean store, nice selections, Doggie food for dollars, , dinner on dimes, and ya take Mastercard 🤓but The treatment y’all give is PRICELESS!

Recently adopted a black male cat from here and the experience was so easy from start to finish. Staff was super helpful in working with us on holding the cat until we could properly arrange things with my apartment manager. They always ask us how the cat is doing when we come in to buy him more toys and treats!

I always get really personal customer service when I go in here. They ask all the right questions and don't just immediately try to get me to buy the most expensive/big-name brand of whatever it is I need. The selection isn't as big as Petsmart but I find that they have more of what I'm ACTUALLY looking for, and it's much easier to find things (especially since the staff always asks as soon as I come in). I also love that they don't sell live animals and only host pets for adoption through the local shelters. I will only go here for my pet needs going forward.

Best groom my doodle has ever recieved. Very reasonable for bath, cut/shave, teeth cleaning, and nails. Ms. Tameka and staff are very talented groomers! We will be returning customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. They're groomer needs to be fired and the manager as well. The groomer is rough and aggressive, borderline abusive to animals while thinking no one is watching and on top of that is extremely rude! I witnessed the groomer being unnecessarily aggressive to a dog just because it was yelping and scared. MOST DOGS ARE SCARED TO GET GROOMED!! Therefore you need PATIENCE and compassion!! Zero customer service skills whatsoever But I guess she gets it from the manager as he is extremely rude as well and does not welcome customer feedback at all! When it comes to issues of animal safety you would think they would take it seriously no matter what until they get to the bottom of it instead of accusing the customer of being the problem. I guess they don't live up to their mission statement which says "Our stores are staffed with Friendly, passionate pet experts empowered to provide WOW! Customer service" I will be pursuing the issue of animal mistreatment and abuse on a higher level as it was not taken care of by management and that groomer will lose her job! On top of that I'm making it known everywhere and to everyone I know to never go there again.

Always really nice, great prices, and knowledgeable staff. They off military discount and have brands that petsmart and petco don't care (aswell as the brands those stores do carry.) They have awesome sales and do a thing where when you buy 9 bags of dog food(large bags and you don't have to purchase all at once) you get the 10th bag free. They also have reptile supplies and life crickets. I havent tried their grooming but they offer grooming awell.

From customer service, to knowledge and expertise, and overall great products, this is your One Stop Shop for anything to help benefit your Furry Friends. Wonderful. Was in town to adopt a dog and after picking him up we went and bought his collar, name tag, bowl and treats. The girls were extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and most of all friendly and welcoming.

Most wonderful chain pet store on the Coast because of the AMAZING STAFF. I travel from Ocean Springs toPetSense in Biloxi even though I can find the same dog food for a similar price right in town because of the helpfulness, cheerfulness and consistent first-rate service provided. They really care about their customers -2 and 4-legged alike.

If I could give no stars to this place would. After my blind, deaf dog was attacked by another pet when I took him grooming in this location BILOXI,MS. They denied everything and my dog ended up having surgery due to severe infection caused by 2 punctured wounds from another dog . The vet also found deep tissue bruises in his shoulder. So, for me. NO MORE TO THIS PLACE.

The staff here are all super friendly and the groomer is great. They have really goods sales . its not as big or new as thw big box pet stores which makes it a more personal store. Plus my dog loves it.

Running from Hurricane Irma, and wound up in Biloxi. Had to stop my cats from terrorizing the hotel furniture and the staff were accommodating and very helpful. Prices were great, even after a hurricane discount.

I wanted to switch to "grain free" pet food and foolishly assumed that prices at chain stores would be pretty similar for premium brands. Went to Petsense as it was nearby. Not so! Paid $23.99 + tax for Blue Wilderness 5lb bag (on sale!) and then discovered that PetSmart sells the same brand/size for $17.99. Should have shopped around of course, but I never would have expected a $6.00 difference in price!

The place is clean. Staff greets you very nicely. My only complaints would be the lack of animals. This place had on cat. How are you going to be an pet store with only 1 pet? No fish, no hamsters, no dogs, other animals. Very disappointed.

The best place on the Coast for pet supplies! If they don't have it or don't carry it they go above and beyond to get it for you. This is the only pet supply store I shop at now. Go by and see Don and his staff. I'm sure you'll be more than satisfied!

The staff at this store will take care of you and your fur babies like you are family! My dog has quite a few food allergies and the only food he can eat is no longer carried by any other store on the coast. Petsense staff makes sure that they have the food that Tobee needs. Another large local pet store said they would, but they did not come through with that promise. Thank you, Petsense!
