I love petco for getting my pup groomed. I love how they give a little “report card” after each visit to tell what services were done, gives your pets temperament during the visit, and recommendations. Katelyn was so sweet and did a great job! Great pricing also.

Kaitlin is wonderful. She truly cares about my pet and works like this is the only animal she has to take care of and is like one of her own. Krystal also brings a warm and inviting atmosphere. I truly believe that this is the best grooming place on the Gulf Coast.

It's coming up close to being half a year taking Luna and Loki, the first visit wasn't easy because they had never seen someone professionally, but the staff reassured me that the more they visit the more they will be comfortable with the idea. So far has been amazing the staff are always supportive and acknowledgeable.

I brought my Yorkie in to be groomed,but when I picked her up the cut was chopped up and her face wasn't cut short like I advised. Amy has not had enough training to cut smoothly. Plus the manager- John- was agressive on the phone, yelled at the owner and lied saying he was standing with us when I picked up the dog and heard me say the cut was good. I did not say that. I asked if the dog behaved well and she said she had. I then said thank you and left. Although the cost was refunded...it was a waste of valuable time and a very unpleasant encounter with the manager. I do not recommend this groomer or this store. I will never go there until the management changes and the groomers are adequately trained.

Amy did an outstanding job with my little shitzu yuki. She did everything to comfort her during the grooming. Would rate her 10 stars for her patience and customer satisfaction. Thank you Amy from a New Jersey customer. I will bring her back when visiting my son in Biloxi. Thanks again.

Krystal always greets my dog Collin with a big smile even when she has to drag him across the floor by the leash because he puts the brakes on. Lol. Collin always comes out groomed and cleaned up just right every time.

Since moving here from Washington State in June, I have brought my little William in on a regular basis for his nail trimmings, and Katelyn was wonderful with him all three times! While in Washington, I used Petco’s veterinary services, VetCo, and really wish Mississippi had this wonderful service as well!

Had to call several times, was on hold over 7mins. When I called for the 4th time.... They gave me the run-around and slammed the phone on hold. I called back for the 5th and final time.... finally got a quote for grooming price of "$75 range" and that is for my 24lb 1year old corgi..... It was obvious they did not want to work. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional, acted like they were "Black Friday" busy. At I didnt have to subject my "fur-son" to their terrible service.
