Employees were helpful on the phone, order was ready, they brought supplies to my car when I drove up to the front of building. Great experience. This store was out of the treats that we use so I had to order online for those.

Well you know no matter how much you stock up you're still going to feed the dogs so we went to Petco to pick up some treats and dog food it was only two people working in this store which was pretty unusual but they were both very friendly one guy looked a little bit like Santa Claus he was extremely nice young lady at the door cashier even ask if we wanted to carry it to their car seriously I mean I'm a big guy but I'm sure I'm capable but I appreciate her over so thank you very much and continue to shop at Petco

We are traveling through, and our dogs needed hair cuts. They got us in, and they did a wonderful job. The only bad thing that I can say about Petco is that they really need a ton of IT help because their website is HORRIBLE....

At 1st I loved my groomer. I have a puppy and his 1st appointment was moved up when I called and they had an availability. Scheduled for a month out. 4 days prior I called spoke wit some rescheduled. I work where we are on demand I called spoke with someone and I said hey let me call y’all when I know for sure she said ok.I been calling for 2 months no call back no response nor can I access online.Today I finally get a call back from Amy who has no MF tact or manners. She was very rude and stated that I was a NO SHOW for 3 appointment. Mind you I spoke with someone rescheduled 2 appointments. She was NASTYYYY now mind you I’m asking her to explain she screams and says we won’t service you or dog. No I was not aggressive with her as I was not in the setting where I could match her tone. Honestly stay away from this Establishment as the support piss poor behavior I don’t recommend there grooming services as this is a poor example of customer service

The store was clean and has a decent selection. Didn’t find what I was looking for. Most of the comparable items were way over priced. Not one employee greeted or offered any assistance. So ya know.

I recently visited this location and had a fantastic experience! The associates were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my pet's needs. 3 stars because I don't understand how New Hampshire cut and buffed my dogs nails for $20, and down here was $40... overpriced if you ask me...overall tho the store is clean and where I get my dog's and kitten's food.

Things are never in stock. Prices are too high. There are not enough selections for anything. All I go here for are bulbs and crickets. I have a bearded dragon. Most of the time when I ask questions no one can really give me an answer on anything. Better going to PetSmart way bigger store with better everything especially if you have a Bearded Dragon.

Went there to buy fish. The selection was not that great. Prices have gotten crazy. Your company is making it hard to keep this hobby. I left without buying anything. Before you blame the economy, B&B pets in Mobile have better fish and better pricing! They aren't even a chain store. One would suspect that a chain store would have better buying power. I bet it's corporate greed that makes your prices so high!

The worst grooming experience my German Shepard has ever received, actually the first.Shyanne was the stylist and I provided her with a photo of my dog and the cut I wanted to receive. She not only disregarded it and cut him almost naked, she didn’t cut his tail or his paw pads. His ears were cut unevenly and he has cuts all over him. He is in so much discomfort.This experience was not just “disappointing” it has been traumatizing!! My dog’s skin is irritated and in worse condition.No apology was even given to me by the stylist or the salon manager. It is utterly disrespectful!

Talking about keeping "parents" on a leash... those tasty treats were for human consumption! Loved the store layout, easy to find things. Salesmen were so helpful made excellent recommendations, including the use of pumpkin during food transition for pets with sensitive stomachs. Who would have thunk? Maybe that's why we normally order Hills Prescription Diet Food Sensitives d/d Salmon & Sweet Potatoes (I know some prefer pumpkin over sweet potato but at times, I cannot tell the difference).

Everyone is always so nice. They help me out when I ask for advice or if I am looking for a product. One sales associate told me about vital care and it has saved me tons of money. I also bring my dog Luna to the groomers. Her first visit was not so great do to her not used to getting her nails clipped and the noise of the blow dryer. So Chelsea told me to come in the next two weeks to try to her used it. She went and was very gentle with Luna. Even though Luna screams on the top of her lungs, Chelsea did show Luna that she was not going to hurt her by any means. Luna the did quiet down and did great. Her nails are now clipped from full success of Mrs. Chelsea. I love Petco!!!!!

I was looking for a certain item and received assistance immediately. Another Petco worker was also a pet trainer and the cashier... so I got some really good advice. Met a lady shopper there that had nice pet stories and who now has a pet gerbil, since the loss of her dog saddened her. Always meet great people in pet stores...Animal lovers ❤️ connect well like I connect with Petco where I get the answers and the products I need and want.

I took my dog here first. They were on the phone with another customer so I patiently waited while one young lady behind the desk started talking really loud I thought maybe she was trying to make sure the customer on the phone could hear her so I said I’m sorry I thought you were talking to me she continued to talk really loud to me saying yes I was talking to you as she came out behind the desk very rude The girl questioned the paperwork I provided for my dog being vaccinated for rabies, even called to verify the paperwork to the vet that filled it out, then went on to say that my dog had an aggression issues , and she would be unable to cut his nails crazy part is I drove to my vet not more than 15 minutes later his nails were done with no aggression. I won’t ever bother to go back here again.

the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive in a respectful way. i needed assistance with dog crates which were behind products on pallets and they quickly moved them and got me the crate. Jessie even helped me get it at a lower price using the app AND brought it to my car. Great experience here today. i will definitely be returning for more of my needed pet goods
