Looks a bit run down.Pulled in to a stall barely could hear person talk if that was even coming from our speaker or another one,tried to order no response.Pulled out to go to Drive thru lane No one answered no hello,no wait nothing we even said Hello? Left and went somewhere else.Didn't bother to stop at any of the other locations on our vacations.Major let down

Bumpers in Belzoni, MS I don't know if the management changed or if the franchise was sold to someone but the service is very poor. Location seems to be deteriorating. It use to be packed now it looks more deserted. Speakers...Some work and a lot of them don't. Drive thru a mess. Ice cream machine has been broken for almost 4 months now. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because maybe if the workers had what they needed it would a better operation. Workers will let you order at the speaker and because it's too cold to come outside then tell you to pull to the drive thru. After you ordered and sat there for 15-20 mins. Why not just post signs that say order at the drive-thru. Not to mention i sat waiting from 3:25 until 4:12pm for my food. And it came out wrong. Sodas were flat. The coke was basically liquid brown sugar with no carbonation. My level of patience is outstanding today. Owner invest in your business. You're losing money, losing customers and giving bad experiences. Ruleville and Yazoo locations stay on point may need to take a page or two from them on how they are doing such great business.

The last two times I ordered here it wasn't too bad. Not as good as I'd like, but not as bad as my first impression, which was pretty bad, worse than the generic food at AM/PM Convenience stores attached to ARCO gas stations. Really bad. Service was quick and accurate, with tasty results instead of being cold and tasteless. Ultimately, far better than the MacDonald's across the street, attached to a Double Quick gas station and convenience store. My most recent visit, they actually had Root Beer. It would be nice if their pricing were consistent day-to-day.

Every time I come to this particular establishment, they never have anything. The customer service is good but outside of that they have only a select few items on the menu. Maybe they need new management.

I wouldn’t give them any stars but had to just so i could write a reviewWorst place ever‼️ You sit and no answers the kiosk you go through the drive through and no one answers it either‼️Pulled up to window and sat 6 people pulled off right along w me‼️‼️‼️I know good help is hard to find but If I was the owners I’d look into my business before the doors are shutdown one day!

They took our order 4 times and still got it wrong.. very wrong... we ordered 2 burgers and fries and 2 drinks. They brought out one burger and one drink. So glad we got to split a nasty burger. It was ready in about 30 seconds too, so that tells you how fresh the food is.

The chicken was VERY greasy. 30 mins wait on wings. We ended up ordering two burgers.. simple one with no ketchup no mayo the other one no mayo. That took forever and they were both wrong.

Went to Bumpers tonight at 9pm and never received my order. I ask one of the car hop to check to see if they go my order. She never returned and said anything. Sit additional 20 minutes and ask the second car hop if they received the order. She came back and apologizes and said they didn't get the order. Also a car pull beside me and person came on andbegin to take his order stop the customer in middle of his order and ask him to hold on never came back to complete the customer order. He sit 10 minutes and finally drove off.

Wow their service and foord suck. First time going and I will not be going back. Spent over 8 dollars on a Philly cheese steak combo meal and there was only two tiny pieces of green pepper and barely any meat no sauce. I could have taken that money to the grocery store and bought enough stuff to make like 8-10 sandwiches. The best part of the meal was their loaded tator tots. They didn't give any napkins nor anything to eat with.

I waited 25 minutes for them to bring me my order , a car pulled up during this time an they got there order an left, so I waited 5 more minutes, still no order so I left. To bad I have to rate them a star more like negative 5 stars .

Hours say they close at 10, but they stopped serving the night I went at 9:40. Well, they stopped serving some guests. Others were still able to order. Guess it depends on who felt like working.i want to support local businesses, but this makes Bumpets look badly managed.

Tried to go to Bumpers in Belzoni. The employee came out and told 7 cars they were closed had to go somewhere else to eat. I had the same thing happen in Ruleville 2 months ago after talking to the district manager about the Ruleville incident apparently he was full of bull when he said he would take care of the problem. It must just be a Bumpers thing. If someone from Bumpers would like to give me a call I will be glad to discuss your poor service. You have my number

We r from Oklahoma and never heard of this place, we stopped at Bumpers and it was super good, fresh and hot food, definitely will eat here again.
