Cindy, one of the managers, is very rude, and does not have the temperament to be working in retail. She has been rude to me on numerous occasions; sometimes I was partly at fault, sometimes not. But NEVER should a retail manager be so rude and disrespectful of the people who pay her salary. Last time I asked her for contact information of her regional manager, and she snapped (probably a lie!) that she does not have that information. Don't worry Cindy, your company web site will.Unfortunately I can't give it one star, because I will continue to patronize this store. It's closest to where I live, and it's the cheapest gas of almost anywhere I have seen. I put up with the rude manager and broken pumps and inadequate staffing for these reasons. If there was adequate competition in my rural area, color me gone.Really, Dollar General: STEP IN AND FIX THIS PLACE.

Friendly, professional staff. Well stocked and clean. There was a large group of ESL folks with several carts all paying together. The staff took care of them courteously and opened extra lines for the rest of us. I was pleasantly impressed

I’m not sure that I’ll ever be shopping here again. The associates are very rude, and each one seems miserable at their job. I waited in line forever with a cart full of groceries, then finally got to check out, and the cashier whose name was Andrew, was short and snappy with me when I’m assuming I wasn’t unloading and reloading the bags quick enough for him. Twice he told me, can you get these bags?!?! At first, I was taken aback because the courteous thing to do would be to help me place my bags back in the cart, or another cart for that matter, while I was still unloading my cart with groceries. I asked him to check prices on a couple of items before I got them, and he’d gasp as if it was gonna kill him to do it. Then when I didn’t want the item because it was priced wrong, had to wait on a manager to come void it out. I would rather pay more for my groceries somewhere else, than to be treated as if I’m a bother to the cashier, or staff in general. Corporate should definitely know about how they treat people, and I’ll make sure they do. If you’re working in retail or with the public, I don’t care what is going on in your life, or at your job, but while I am there, I expect to be treated with respect, and not like I’m a bother.

Waited in a packed line in a cluster of products waiting to be shelved for 10 minutes to buy a gift card to pump gas. Once I obtained my gift card I tried 3 different pumps, none of them worked. I drove away defeated and angry. I will never patron this trashy place again.

It has fresh vegetables and meats but they run out of certain drinks way to often or they just don't restock shelves. Has gas 24/7 but you got to use debit card or one of their gift cards no cash for gas.

I went to buy a phone there while mine was being repaired and when I asked the lady what she recommends she responded I don't use those cheap phones and don't know anything about the I've got a plan and that's all I want and when I checked out I asked her to make sure she scanned it and she said all I can do is ring it up we don't have anything to do with that and needless to say I have a phone that I can't use

Please lower your preauthorization amounts at your pumps!! I tried to get gas last night, had $80 in my checking account and was only allowed to get $5.82 of gas!! Absolutely ridiculous!! 🤬

While the gas price is always low, I've had to go inside for a receipt all 4 times I've been there because the printers on the pumps don't work. Kind of defeats the purpose of self service when you have to wait in line for a receipt. I'm going to quit going there if they don't fix it soon. I'll pay more to not have to wait in line for the receipt.

This place needs decent managers one in particular needs to be removed because she is so rude and unprofessional all the time. Also the guy manager was very rude to me about coupons one day. I have asked for help waited over 15 min for them to come help noone did and seen 3 employess walking around and even went back to front waited so they could see me but their conversation about their weekend was more important than helping the customers

It's a very sufficient store and easy to find what you need. Pleasent, courtesy, and helpful employees. And best of all, it has gas and the cheapest gas in Tishomingo County.

The reason I gave it 1 star is because there is not a 0 star offered. Stopped there for gas! After pumping I notice the door on the pump is ajar. I reach up and swing it wide open. I get the manager and she looks at it and calls a couple of store associates on the phone. Fails to contact the police dept . Of course I was staying in conversational distance to find out if the police would come to make a report. She turns to me and says"Do You Need Something?" I need to know that there was not a card skimmer on that machine for my safety . That's all! CORPORATE WILL BE ADVISED OF THIS PROBLEM!

This store is always very clean they don't have a lot of products up & down the aisles like some of their other locations. Plus the staff are very helpful.

Almost the worst Dollar general I have ever been in but I can't say that Tremont me. Dollar general is cause I think its awesome but I guess he is the manager well he absolutely mortified me in front of 2 customers behind me when I was exchanging a shirt I had bought in Fulton first of all he acted like he was doing me a huge favor even taking it back said next time if I bought something at Fulton niwas to take it back there cause they didn't have that exact shirt I said well they just had 1 no mind you they have 100 different other kinds someone needs to let him know that if I wanted to buy it in New Mexico and bring it back to him in Tremont Ms. I can well I was over by 90 cents what my shirt exchange was so I told him to just take a 20 oz Sprite off and I thought he was gonna explode he said no nevermind I will cover it I said no you ain't and he kept insisting at this point and finialky I looked dead in his eyes and said naw, I'm good put it back he still owed me a dollar but he made me feel like a piece of garbage on front of the 2 men in line and I've never been so embarrassed in my life
