They’re staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly suggest shopping here. I drive from laurel to Bay Springs when I need something. They have everything you need and if they don’t have it, they can get it for you.

I have always bought my appliances from them. I bought a microwave recently. It quit a month after I got it. I had to call three times to finally get someone to schedule a repairman. Which took several weeks to arrive. They could not repair it after I sat home all day waiting on them to arrive. Wanted to reschedule with more parts on a Wednesday two weeks later. My wife and I both work. Wednesday is not an option. Friday is however. They can’t come on a Friday not on route. I called Alexander’s again. Said there was nothing they could do. I guess they have stopped caring about their customers.

Helpful but profit focused. I needed about 2' (scrap qty-which I could see in scrap pile) of a fence slat to help a lady in a wheelchair. They wouldn't give it to me, only sell me a complete fence board

I rent heavy equipment from Alexanders when I need it andThese guys have always done me right. They bring it to my house unload it...then when I'm done .... they come pick it up. Might not should say this but on occasion I've gone a tad over my limit and they haven't scolded me or charged me yet... So based on my personal experience their an Awesome bunch. Would most definitely recommend them!

A family member was an employee here and she had a freak accident, fell and broke her hip. She worked tirelessly and efficiently for this company. When she broke her hip on their property working for them they refused to give her the benefits that she earned. And gave her a hard time about her traumatic injury. She worked hard in rehab to return to work. When she returned they made it unbearable for her to work there. Belittled her and treated her as if she had done something wrong. The management here should be ashamed of themselves for putting her through this. It was bad enough that she had to miss work and go through the painful rehabilitation after she broke her hip at their business. They didnt need to belittle her and make her feel the way that she did. Please do not purchase anything from this disgrace of a company. Bring your business elsewhere.
