Never anyone to check anyone out, being disabled is sometimes hard to unload, scan reload then unload again at the car, and again at home. Why can't there be cashiers for the elderly or disabled ? Another issue is that this store has very rude employees and lazy! It's really missed up we scan our on groceries and bag them, while employees stand around playing on their phones, maybe we as customers should get their paycheck, because like most they want something for nothing! Walmart is definitely not what it used to be.

Took my wife's car for an oil change. Did 2 hours of shopping and when I went.to get her car, they knew nothing. Had to call the guy that worked on it. He said they didn't have the filter in stock.. What is the point of asking for my vehicle info if your system can't show if you have the supplies? Mgr over the department swore they would've called to tell me, so basically I guess he's calling me a liar without having even been present when this occurred. Second horrible experience I've had with their tire and lube center.

Absolutely the worst Walmart within 100 miles I’d rather drive to tupelo than visit Batesville Walmart. Customer service is always closed the management is rude and non caring, employees ask why you’re bothering them. Don’t go to this one if you have a choice.

They don't have electronic pay registers for virtual payments! It's 2024 Batesville Walmart needs to step into it & update the system. Lost my business this past week twice. Just saying 😉

The night time service desk employees are hateful as hell!!!! The older black lady that’s always at the service desk, talks to the customers including myself horribly. She doesn’t follow the rules and especially if she don’t feel like doing she don’t wanna do, she will just simply lie and make excuses so she don’t have to even try. I will not and refuse to go to Walmart after 5:00 pm with a return, or to cash a check or to send or pick up money. I don’t want to have to deal with her attitude and her mouth. If Jim Legg was still alive and there, he wouldn’t tolerate that kind of disrespect that she shows towards customers. He would not like it at all.

After being on hold for 32 minutes and transferred to customer service 12 times, the lady finally just said they aren't answering and asked me what I needed and helped me. It wasn't her fault but I'm more concerned on why nobody else was answering the phone for 30+ minutes. Distasteful.

We're used to a small Walmart, this Walmart, like most, was super busy. This is located right off I-55, but not convenient to get into and out! Very poor planning for such a large volume of traffic. We witnessed several 'almost' accidents, due to no traffic control for so many drivers. Normally, a Walmart trip is stressful inside the store, but for us, the stress was about getting in and out! We'll drive any distance to avoid this Walmart in the future.

We were travellimg and our tire pressure light came on. Auto service center was so nice and professional. They quickly checked and put air in the spare and had us on the go.

Batesville Ms Walmart is a lot better than Oxford Mississippi Walmart. Associates are friendlier and more helpful. Store is cleaner and neater

My husband just ordered a roku online to pick up in-store today. The order was canceled today, due to being out of stock. We are here today, and there are 19 of the same roku sitting on the shelf. They will not sell them to us at the cheaper online price. They seem to have canceled our order to keep us from saving 5 dollars.Update: My husband spoke to a manager, and he fixed the price to what it should have been.

Actually it was fantastic. Needed help finding things a couple of time the ladies were very helpful and very kind. They also didn't act like i was wasting their time. I so loved their attitudes. Ty for your help ladies. I wish I had gotten your names so you could get proper praise. Still doing good still super busy and not enough staff!! Not enough self checkers either

I went to the eye doctor there. The doctor and his receptionist are fantastic. I have been seeing him for quite some time and they definitely know how to treat their patients. Wonderful service.

I rushed from home to pick up a new router that I knew was on the clearance aisle for about $100 to replace ours that is malfunctioning, I knew they close at 11 so I rushed there and got there 8 minutes until closing. I come up to the door 8 minutes until closing to be told "sorry, we're closed and I can't let you in" even though I explained nicely I only have one thing to get off the clearance aisle and I'll be out in 5 minutes. I GOT TO THE DOOR AT 10:52PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 11PM. CHANGE YOUR HOURS IF YOU ARE DENYING SERVICE 8 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSING-UNNACEPTABLE. I literally wasted so much gas for nothing by rushing.

aside from playing beat the heat amid the great 2023 Walmart/mississippi handicap buggy shortage that took us all by surprise very pleasant!🤠 gotta love walmart! All smiles in Batesville and super helpful!

Extremely rude customer service ! After standing in line for 20 minutes, and placing $150 worth of food onto the conveyor belt. Cashier informed me she is closed, and go to the next register. Which had 4 other people with full baskets. Rather than wait another half, I left my full basket and walked out. Time to change grocery stores. And yes they did have their 2 registers open. Walmart has lost my business.

I went to walmart (7/25/22) and went through self checkout where I encountered a worker named Alice. She was so sweet and very helpful which doesn’t happen too often at this location. Alice not only answered my never ending questions, she went out of her way to give me the best experience. Thank you so much for your help tonight Alice. I’m very satisfied with my baby’s monitor. ❤️

Was able to find wanted items. When it came to to checkout I could not find any express checkout lanes (10/20 items or less) open. You either do self checkout (their job) or you wait in lines with everyone else of all amounts of groceries.

I called and was hung up on 2 times after been told to hold on. Called back and put on hold again for 27 minutes. Seem like everyone want their check but don't want to put in the effort.. If that's the case please quit. Terrible

I have a strong dislike for this store. However, I live in a very small town and it is the only place to grocery shop. I'm sorry, that is not true, we also have a small local grocery store but the prices are more expensive.

Store was clean and we'll organized. Shelves were all well stocked and the line at checkout was short and moved quickly. My only complaint is they don't have a very large selection of yarn, which I'm aware is a very specific complaint. I went in looking for a specific color of the mainstays brand and they had very VERY limited choices in the brand, and not even more than one type and they were all on the top of the shelf where they store surplus products.

What can I say..... IT'S WALMART, they never have anything you're looking for in stock. At least at this particular location there are no receipt checker goons.
