Called to check on an items availability and the phone rang forever, they pick up the phone and I here it being put down. Probably a minute or more passed and they finally asked if they could help. I asked about the item and without even checking she says they don't.When I checked online for this store, it's saying several in stock. No thanks for calling or anything. Just nope and click.

I think it was the assistant manager refused to sell us hay because she said it was lightening but there was no lightening to be seen just cloudy sky. If you don't want to work why apply for the job?

I love this store! I get all my pet and livestock supplies here and great gift ideas also. They even have Yellowstone Dutton Ranch T-shirts!Employees are on point and very nice. One employee (Noah), is polite and respectful which is rare in young people these days. Easy to talk to and will even crack a joke or two.

I came in to get new bottle of gas asked if they swap they said only blue bottles so I was charged for a bottle then gas when the clerk took me out side for the bottle they all kinds of the black bottles sitting for for swap identical to my bottle and yet they made me purchase as the manager sat on the floor snapchattingI called that number and a gentleman took my call then stuck me on hold for a 1 hour 36 minutes. And never got back with m know i nowe why customer service is so bad it starts with those in charge for no following thru with what they say customer service

I was treated rudely by a cashier by the name of Ashley. I was standing in line behind another lady for a minute or two ,when a gentleman walks up and gets behind me. Immediately after he stops walking he is asked by this young lady named Ashley if he needs help..he replied no I'm just waiting to check out ,Ashley runs to the next register which has a closed sign in front of it as well as a Buggy with t-shirts in it and checks him out ! After she is finished with him who only had one item Ashley then gets off the register and puts the Buggy back in front of the counter and gets on the phone as if I still wasn't standing in line behind another customer, not only that all of the other ladies that were in there preceeded to laugh and talk and carry-on as if what she had just done was right. After 5 minutes I'm checked out by the manager who is also laughing and engaging in the conversation and she is the only one on a register that says open. Batesville Mississippi needs to get some workers that appreciate all its customers not just certain ones!!!!

My husband drove from Kosciusko to This Tractor Supply SPECIFICALLY for a pair of boots that was on their website. He even called to make SURE they had them. He gets there and the employee can only find ONE boot. And it gets worse. She offered him a discount on another pair if he could find some he liked. So he decides on another pair. Gets to the check out and she does NOT give him the discount. Said o well she’d give him a 10% next time he came. There won’t be a next time lady. Very very poor customer service.

Went into the store with my mother and grandmother. I was walking around waiting for them and a heavier set worker followed me down an aisle to ask if I needed help with something. His tone was not friendly whatsoever and when I told him I was waiting for my grandma he gave me a funny look and looked me up and down. I am not sure what he was thinking but I will not be visiting this store again. UPDATE I was just now walking out of the store and he followed and then catcalled me.

I went to this tsc to purchase a air compressor I saw at another tsc the day previous. The price at the other store was $80.00 less than the price at this one. I asked for a price match and they called and confirmed that I was right then the manager sends an employee out with the following verdict “We confirmed you was right with the pricing and if you want it for that price you just need to drive the two hours to get it” I then said what about your store to store price matching promise laid out on the TSC website the employee responded “ the manager said what the manysaid” I called corporate they matched the price and gave me free shipping on the unit because the manager was such a pill. They also asked for a time for the district manager to call me as this is the second time this manager has had a rude tone either directly )previous was a direct experience) or indirectly through the employee. I’m looking forward to talking with the DM about this as I personally will never step foot in this TSC as long as the current manager is there. With that said corporate did a great job! Every other store I’ve been to has been very accommodating but this store manager seems to be a issue. In my opinion they really need to send her to customer service training as her delivery of news is not that of a customer centered company.

They always have great prices and wonderful sale items. Today they have the new chicken coops out for sale. I wrote this post a month ago before I met Megan. She was not only rude but I suppose because of my color I should not have a Tractor Supply Card. She was neither helpful nor was she provide good customer service. She was suppose to get us a rabbit that was already paid for. Well needless to say that didn't happen. I had to find someone else to take care of this. But thanks for always having the things I need to feed and care for my animals. But I am strongly thinking of taking my business elsewhere on a weekly basis.

Numerous bad experiences with this store. The first time we waited a month and a half for a pellet stove to heat our greenhouse (as farmers, our income is dependent upon keeping plants in our greenhouse alive) the stove came three weeks late and was broken upon arrival.Staff is hard to find at the store and often disgruntled when they do help you. It’s also very difficult to get anybody to answer the phone during business hours.

Lol, just left Batesville Ms, walked into the place this afternoon for the first time. Though I was in sort of a rush, I must admit, I was impressed of the supplies they have, that I got a chance to look at, and I think the prices are fair. Look forward to returning, and shopping real soon.

Horrible I stood in one place 20 minutes pondering over a product as numerous employees walked passed never speaking or offering any professional assistance if I could I would leave a review with out a star never will I walk into this Batesville Mississippi location again
