I like the store. The assistant manager has made some changes. They got a great selection of very good meats, from steak to chicken, tenderloins, hamburger meat. And good prices on a lot of it. They do have a great selection of about anything ya might be want. The place is clean, restrooms clean, and usually all shelves are full.. The butchers will cut meat for you. Need a certain size, just ask. Some of good employees and management. I'd recommend it..

Thank you for response. Out of all the reviews I've left on Google over the years, I can count on 1 hand how many responses I've gotten. This is why Save A Lot is the best grocery store in Batesville. I'd rather shop here than any place in this town. The employees are nicer here than all the other places.

It's a good grocery store the produce section to have a little more variety though but for families on the budget they have the pick 5 for $24.95 for people looking for name brand goods they have some but not a lot it might not be the grocery store for you double those who don't care I recommend anybody shopping there

Very good prices and the "off brands" are just as good as the "name brand" products. I wouldn't recommend buying meat from here, but honestly its just a personal preference. The lady at the register (I unfortunately don't know her name, but she has red hair 😊) is the absolute sweetest and every time I go we talk. It is rarely busy so it's easy for a quick stop ecspecially on weekends when competitors (Kroger)is absolutely packed.The only issue I have is finding some things. I know they have signs but items are pretty randomly placed, still organized though!

They need a better produce section. Their frozen section is always on the blitz. And it smells so bad in there I'm scared to try their meat department. Only good thing I can say is that it's fast and easy to stop and grab a few things if you're in a hurry.

The store is nice clean and small enough for older people to get around without having to deal with all the extra items the big Supercenters have among the sea of items that are not what they're looking for while shopping. Love me some save a lot

Worked at the Batesville locations as a young teenager... 39 now... And the manager then was Mr. White he knew my mom very well "Vergia"... My mom did private home for his people so Save A Lot isn't just a grocery store to me it holds precious memories because my mom has passed on. And it helped me to learn how to work and be responsible👍 The Batesville location is always clean and nice. And staff is excellent! Same as it has always been💕and I'm here now and it's 8:27 but the sight says 8pm they close. So if this location closes at 9 make it known so people want turn around we just felt like throwing something on the grill and came to save a lot💕

Very quiet and peaceful, very rarely will you see three other person visiting this store the same time as you. The prices are about what you'd expect to pay. The choices are nothing to call home about.😴 . . .

I always have good customer service at the Batesville store. The meat and produce is always fresh,and the store is always clean. I'm in Batesville at least once a month and I go in and buy stuff every time I'm there.

The cashier didn't once speak to me even when I spoke to her...I didn't see a name tag... The other cashier they had only stared. Not one of them had a smile. The other grocery stores prices were cheaper... I won't be back
