we are new to the area. this piggly wiggly is amazing. very clean, well stocked grocery with a wide variety of brands. very friendly and accommodating staff and management. The produce department was large and extremely nice. I was very happy to see many varieties of ocean fish available.

This is the BEST grocery store. Offers butcher services, great deli people, variety galore. Somethings can be a little pricy but that is mostly all the LOCAL business offerings they have. Produce is fresh and big varieties noted. I live almost 45 minutes from this store but make the drive because customer service,courtesy, kindness, fairness and they are very clean...even the bathrooms!!

I'll be the first to say that I have never viewed Piggly Wiggly as a place I'd shop at! This location changed my mind! Everything was/is fresh, the store is clean and well organized, and the employees (plural - lots of employees to help) are all friendly and appear to enjoy working there! This is now my small town go to store!

They're a little pricier than cash saver and Kroger on a lot of things. The meat was still higher than most but really didn't look good as far as the packaging having blood on it or sticky feeling when I was there. I did get a few bargains and It was great having someone to take my groceries out again.

Huge store with great choices of everything! It's no wonder that people come from miles away just to shop in Reed's Piggly Wiggly! All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful from the baggers to the management. The cashiers and baggers are always watching and waiting to make sure everyone is able to check out just as quickly as possible. If there's an item that the store doesn't carry, the manager will order it, if possible, too. Also, there's a sushi chef in the store creating delicious custom rolls, which is a real treat. I can't say enough good things about this store and am so thankful we've got it here in town! 😊 5 stars hands down! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a super clean, nice smelling store with friendly, helpful staff. The meat (real butchers) and produce are top notch and they will happily take your groceries out to your vehicle!No mobile app but otherwise perfect!

I loved this store , until I used their public restroom. My husband and I moved to Batesville not more than a few months ago, we were introduced to Piggly Wiggly by neighbors. We loved the store and come there for our weekly groceries , now I'm not so sure if I want to continue. I have not been back since that visit to the restroom nightmare. Very dirty , one toilet worked ,the others still had waist in them doors on stalls have no latches. Just a disappointment with a otherwise nice store.I can't imagine that the employees use those bathrooms.

I haven't been to a Piggly Wiggly in ages. I'm new to the area and I must say that I'm very pleased with this store. The produce and the meats are very nice and good prices too.Top notch, well managed!I have found my new favorite grocery store.Edit: They are still maintaining a great grocery store in a time when most have gone down hill. Well worth the drive...

This is a huge store. Very clean. Prices are awesome on meat and alcohol. The cashiers were very nice. The bagger boys were awesome too. They were very polite and very helpful. Just moved to batesville. And piggly wiggly is already my favorite store. I still love this store and the people who work here.its still my favorite grocery in Batesville. Shelves ate always food the place is clean and everyone is very helpful!

I bought meat from here and by time I drove the hour home the meat didn’t smell fresh I was sure it was spoiled. So I called and spoke to Jane who gave me to Danny from the meat department and they took care of the problem. I drive out to this location bc to me they have a best customer service and That matters to me. The Store is always clean. Thanks again, Ty from Chicago

They always have a good stock of items. Floor employees are very helpful & friendly. Baggers are efficient & personable. Cashiers are hit or miss...usually no eye contact, greeting or "thank you for shopping with us today". They tend to start scanning items as soon as you get to the register, mumble out the price, then shove the receipt in your face as they're grabbing for the next person's items. When you do end up at the right register, it's completely the opposite. That cashier will talk to you like she's known you forever & leave you with a great customer service experience.

I went to Piggly Wiggly on Sunday. Same fair prices and the manager standing watching really being a good boss. Food is fresh in the produce area just a little high but always fresh. Polite staff... Always help take out my groceries. Great place to shop.

Piggly wiggly is always stocked very well, everyone of their employees have always been smiling and happy to help you with whatever your needs may be, and this store will have things that you cannot find it other stores that you used to eat as a child, I know this because I have found things there that I've looked everywhere for and never found it so great store ever in Batesville check it out you will be satisfied

One of my all-time favorite stores! Would rate higher if possible! Store is always clean, I love the variety of products, & the staff are just awesome: friendly & helpful! Always standing ready to check you out instead of just a couple of registers going! The managers are helpful & I've even had one offer to try to order a product for me! This is where I do most of my shopping!!!👍👍👍

I always visit the Pig when I am in town to draw from their extensive supply of local products (sauces and rubs, mostly). They have the best selection in Batesville. I moved from the area several years ago and stock up when I visit.The store has always been clean and seems to be popular.
