Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After five unanswered phone calls finally went to the store. Customer service staff unable to even offer a solution so I asked for the manager - “At lunch” Do they have a phone? “I don’t have the number.”Finally, Aubrey overheard my frustration and helped with a solution in less than three minutes. If not for her, I would have returned my purchase and gone to Home Depot!

Made a purchase online and picked up in store. They have a hold on my bank account for that amount, over $500, and they have processed the amount that’s cleared my account. So it’s like they are double charging with one charge still pending but I cannot use that amount from my account! They will do nothing to remove the pending fee and have not wanted to help. So, we have no canceled a $700 purchase and will NOT buy our flooring or home remodel items from them! Thank you for losing our business!

I want Batesville, MS too know what kind of workers they have. Jasmine and Sherita took very good care of me yesterday. I had too return a toilet and pick up another one. There was no men to get get it out of my truck. My friend and I managed to get it out and roll it in. I was there also to pick up an order. When I walked in and gave Sherita my name, she said it was just put in the bin for pick up. They took the ordered item and put it in the back of the truck and removed the other item. Awesome personalities and great customer service skills. They’re a real asset to HD.

Employee Rico is a very nice person. Every time I come he’s helping a customer andStill telling another customer he will be with them soon . I’ve enjoyed my experience because of him. Employees like that need to feel appreciated by the company. I just got my home remodeled. Lowe’s have great paint 🎨 one of the best and equipments. I’m not looking forward to spending more money but it will all be worth it. I’ll be coming back soon because my faucet don’t work smh…also, managers couldDo better with customer service especially when it’s a sign up (not on the customer FYI ).Being hot outside and employees helping to bring things out to car,you’re appreciated.

My husband ordered a mower for our home last week on 04/15/24 it was scheduled for delivery 04/17/24 and has been delayed multiple times he has talked with multiple associates both at the store location and with the delivery both are saying the mower is at a different location he has been getting the run around all week and if we had known that Lowe’s handles business so poorly we would have found another location to get our mower from

I was buying high end decking materials at the pro desk. Lowes is the only dealer near me. A floor supervisor named Tina was the only reason the order could be completed correctly. The dept. manager and store manager were useless and the entire order had to be voided and redone because the cashier didn't know what she was doing either. It took 2 hours of their fumbling around to complete. Thank you Tina. If it had not been for you, we still wouldn't have the decking. One gentleman customer standing at the desk said this happens all the time. This was an order in excess of $7,000. Lowe's better wake up. This is no way to operate a business with untrained warm bodies. Especially at the pro desk.UPDATE, UPDATE...Unfortunately, I need to update my praise of Tina. I have tried five (5) times since this purchase to contact her on the cell number she gave me. There was an issue with my phone not scanning the QR code so that I would get credit on their new MVP program for my purchase. She said she would send me the QR code via text so I would be able to use it. I've left 2 voice mails and 2 texts. The fifth call stated her phone was not set up for receiving voicemails. I'm really surprised. I really thought Tina would follow through as promised. I was so wrong. However, I stand by the fact that if it hadn't been for her, we would not have been able to complete the order because no one, and I mean NO ONE at the pro desk had a clue what they were doing or how to handle the MVP program - particularly the cashier.

Lowes has recently proven they do not care about their customers. First, they have very limited appliances in stock - ok - but then go to order the items I do want and get told they do not have them. I just finally got someone on the phone and was told my delivery date was for the following week, which when we checked out my husband and I both were guarantied delivery a few days from purchase date. I called today and was hung up on 4 times and nothing was resolved.

I’m usually not one to put down any type of business, but this place is in shambles compared to what it was about 10 years ago. The lumber dept is the worst I’ve seen out of any location I’ve been in. Nobody ever asks if you need any help with anything and the lumber looks like it’s just thrown wherever they felt like putting it that day. Also, the past 4-5 times I’ve been in there, only the self checkouts were open. Seems like they’ve forgotten how to work the normal registers. Customer service isn’t priority anymore, that’s pretty apparent from the moment you step inside. I believe they need to clean house and start fresh with better people. Something has to give.

Since 2020, nothing has been the same and I get that -- but come on, why advertise you offer a service and then you don't. No one at this specific Lowe's seems qualified to do anything and therefore don't feel obligated to provide even the basic service, customer or otherwise.I'll go to Flints on the square or Sherwin Williams on 51 from now on -- if that doesn't get me what I need, Prime will pick up the slack.

Ever try getting this store on the phone? Then read on..I ordered a fridge, washer & dryer, and a wine/beverage mini fridge from the batesville lowes on May 12 in preparation for moving into a new house on May 31. The earliest delivery/installation time was June 4th, which was manageable since we would only be without these appliances for several days. On Saturday, June 3rd I got an email saying the fridge wasn’t ready and the new delivery date was set for June 11th. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone on Saturday so we called corporate and tried to see if they could still deliver what was ready. The response: yes, they’ll deliver everything but the fridge tomorrow. They never showed and we couldn’t get the batesville lowes on the phone all week. Sunday the 11th rolls around, they install everything (whoop whoop), we’re running our second load of laundry when we notice water coming from the laundry room. Water had been pouring out the back of the machine, going under baseboards of the laundry room and into the garage, it was a mess. After my husband and I waited in the depths on the queue, he finally got through. The lady couldn’t help us at all and the manager wasn’t there so she taped a note to his door. It’s the following day after 7pm and we haven’t heard anything from the Lowe’s store. Corporate customer care was contacted yesterday and haven’t heard back from them either.Honestly, I just don’t want anyone to have this experience so stay away from this particular store. I’m upsetty spaghetti

Do NOT get your paint samples from here.... NOBODY here knows how to properly mix paint. Ever since the old guy that worked at the paint department left, no one working there has been able to match the sample color needed correctly.

Extraordinarily bad customer service. I ordered a tablesaw through the app and paid with a gift card. There were 11 of them in stock and they offered free delivery so I asked to be delivered to my house. A few hours later I went back on the app to make sure that they have my current address. Without a phone call and email or anything, they just canceled my order. But my bad, they didn’t refund my money to the gift card. After seeing on hold and chatting with incompetent rude customer service agents I finally found out that they’ll refund my gift card by mail. I should get it in 12 to 15 business days. They would never tell me why my order was canceled. They were plenty of them in stock. If I can deliver it, they could’ve just told me they can give me the option to come by and pick it up. Now I have to wait two or three weeks to get refunded for that. This is just one of a long line of situations where it is clear that Lowes does not care about their customers. Every time I go there, there is no one available to help yet there are plenty of employees hanging out chatting. There are simply too many places to buy building materials and hardware to be treated like you’re an interruption to someone to work. Please do not shop this Lowe’s.

Placed an online order for Same day pickup at the Batesville location. Made sure the item was in stock. Placed order and received confirmation email and ready for pick up. Got there and they claim the item was not In stock said they would call when item was ready. Very next morning received a phone call that item was ready. My husband and I showed up to pick up set and items were brought to front, but was told a system error and they could not release the items… I told her that this was unacceptable and we paid $3,200 and have been getting the run around for 2 days… she still couldn’t give an explanation.. asked to speak to a manager and a manager was not available …. Not sure what is left to do at this point besides request a full refund… and go elsewhere.

If I go to the store and pick up my materials it's great. However if I place a substantial order online that must be delivered it's a nightmare. I did so 4yrs ago as I was preparing to build the house I live in now and it took weeks to get the order. It costs them over 100k because I took my business elsewhere for my remaining materials. Recently I ordered materials for a new pool deck that I'm trying to complete this month. Nine days later and waiting on the 3rd scheduled delivery date and I still don't know when I will receive it. I will NEVER spend one more dime at Batesville Lowes.

Stopped by to pick up a toilet. An associate named Paul walked right up and helped us load it without us even having to ask. Our cashier was friendly as well.The only downside is we were interested in picking up a bidet as well, but the Lowes app indicated there are none in stock here.

Lowe's is one of my top 5 store's I LOVE to shop,high ranking between #1 and #2 on my list. Lol. When I'm here, I'm home. Well worth driving the 50 miles round trip, everytime. They are moving things around in the Batesville store, but I'll find it. Great ProService, Kevin is one of the best in the Batesville,Ms. store. Ask for him on your next pro visit.

I was looking for a white Luan. Had to Google where it was in the store. Batesville store is a mess, stuff everywhere on carts and baskets. Asile was blocked on both ends where the board was. Had to find someone to unblock one end to get out. Had to ask for assistance to get this loaded, it didn't fit in the truck and would have broke if I tried to haul it home like that that, flapping in the wind. Ask if they could cut it down, the guy helping loading it said I guess. Back in the store we go, all the way in the back to lumber, to get told no, I don't think so the second guy said. Let me ask the someone. Finally I had enough, I said never mind, I will just get a refund. So have to carry it all the back up front to the returns desk... not a good day at Lowe's

To many workers standing around doing nothing! I really do hate to complain but I do a lot of shopping at Lowes but I think it's time for a change. Every major purchase I've made has been a problem and today was one that had me questioning myself why do I bother. I ordered a chainsaw about noon and it sat on order received for hours. I see the got their payment but still not complete. I decided to drive the 45 minutes to the store and I walk in and all you see are works up front guarding the exit like always, at least 6 at the front desk and nobody wanted to help. The part that makes me upset is the saw was right in front of customer service so why take hours and guess what... It got pushed to the next day. This is the same stuff every time. I do understand I'm not the only customer but why are there so many workers on their phones and laughing and talking instead of helping customers. The lines are always long and it's seems as even management doesn't care.

Placed online order. I was told "it was in & they went back and put eyes on it, then told for a week that the truck was broken down & couldn't deliver." Then promised it would be delivered Monday. Monday I got a notice that it would be delivered Tuesday, Tuesday I get a call that it was not in stock and couldn't be delivered. Asked about options, they said refund.Over promise & under deliveredIf you really need an item, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE.
