RUN!! and KEEP DRIVING!!!This is the sorriest excuse for a love's ever.If you can get everything done by yourself without the interaction of any human being, then you're fine - and best wishes to you!Do not try to check in on your phone using the shower app because you will not get a shower.The other poster is correct in that there is an odd-odd smell that I cannot put my finger on....The parking lot is teeny teeny tiny (and you actually pass the truck stop you *should* stay at on the way to this one).When I couldn't check in on my phone for the shower, she told me you have to wait right here until I clean them and I'll come and find you. Yeah, no.And as you can see from my app screen grab, there are no showers.Get your fuel, grab a drink and run out the door -- and get the hell down the road

I'm only giving 2 stars because of the cashier working the main side. She greeted me and directed me to the trucker counter to purchase a shower. At the trucker counter, the short (4'10" maybe) young lady turned around to inform me a register was being counted and another cashier would be with me in a couple of minutes. She then turned back around and continued her phone conversation on speaker about why this *expletive* says he's at a club and what club does this *expletive* think he's at. At this point, I waited long enough and did not care for the lack of customer service or foul language, so I left. This was around 10:20pm on 03/07/24. This lack of professionalism and service is not at all what I've come to expect from a Love's station. Do better, please.**Please know this location is currently under construction on the inside.

Never been to a dirtier or I'll managed truck stop. Bathrooms overflowing with garbage. Nothing is clean in here. When you walk in, the products closest to door are covered in drywall dust and there's a prevailing smell I can't quiet out my finger on.... I think it's cat urine.

Another first rate Loves location. Facility appeared exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very busy on a Sunday, with lots of folk gassing up.Store was well stocked and tidy in appearance.Biggest annoyance is folk in regular cars parking in the long, pull through RV spots. No one ever seems to enforce this anywhere. Those cars can park in any spot, but when you're driving an RV or pulling a trailer you can't. Very discourteous

Not one of their better stores Get fuel there everyday and could use more functioning pumps, cashier always disappears when I go in to buy something. Does have a good McDonalds & a Subway(don’t eat Subway)Yesterday they didn’t have buckets or poles to clean your truck’s windshield. Seems whichever pump I chose the def doesn’t work on it

Amazing! I stop here to replace a tire. And I was lucky there was no other trucks ahead of me. It was pretty quick with no wait time.

Pulled in tonight needing a shower and place to rest. Would be at least seven parking spots even with the current construction if they weren't allowing venture express to use their lot as a damn terminal. Definitely don't advise drivers to stop here and also only two working fuel pumps and from previous reviews I'm reading this is a constant thing at this location

If you don’t absolutely have to stop, then you really shouldn’t. trash cans always overflowing restrooms/shower rooms never cleaned good. Parking lot full of trash. This store needs to seriously consider new management because the way it’s being ran right now is embarrassing to say the least..

Diesel Pump #21 isn't working properly. It pumped like 35 gallons and stopped. I went inside to tell the cashier. She then tells me... O yea pump 21 has been doing that to everyone and you have to move to another pump. Why isn't the pump blocked off or at least put a sign on it to let drivers know not to waste time at that pump

Update: I received a call from the manager immediately after my review and he was amazing. He said that he was addressing the situation. I am very happy with the response from Love's.Under construction. This location has horrible, ghetto service. My husband asked for a shower last night and the male attendant said 2 were available as clearly posted on the gate. At 4 am he went back to buy showers because the app wouldn't purchase. 3 women were working. They had nasty attitudes, didn't stop scrolling on their phones, hadn't stocked any food items and claimed there were no showers because they didn't feel like cleaning them. One even held up 2 fingers at my husband asking for a bribe for a shower. She then called him a liar saying she worked the night before before, said she didn't see him and she didn't say showers were available. I will be writing corporate about this location. No one should spend thousands of dollars on fuel and be treated like that. Horrible.

I understand construction and what not but employee not manning fuel desk or anyone near someone can walk right in steal what they want customer service very poor hopefully better next time I expect quality at loves! Currently 5 min standing here and still no one around

Drivers please be careful as entering to this Loves truck stop… there are big Rocks on the side as u enter and as u leave. In any case n ur not careful scraping and dent on bumper can occurred. See photos below 👇🏼 not very happy about this 😣

I normally don't give reviews but this particular place is royally messed up the only reason I gave two stars was for the nice people at McDonald's I understand they're doing some remodeling in the store itself but really the young lady behind a fuel desk was sitting on her butt playing with her phone and vaping. I will not be stopping there anymore.

This place is a joke. Under construction with dropped trailers everywhere in the way and they are allowing trucks to park in the driveway causing a major traffic hazard. Read prior reviews I wish I would have before I came here. I saw how much of a circus this place was and left. I’ll fuel at the pilot in Winona instead.

Absolutely no one at the fuel desk. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to show up. The girl who finally showed up only gave an excuse for why she wasn't there. Didn't say hello, thank you, goodbye, FU, nothing. Truck stop was filthy and very old looking. Most loves has friendly employees and is very clean. This must be one of the exceptions. I will be marking it off of my list. I doubt if the owners or the staff actually read these reviews.

We are truck drivers and my husband took the loves cup in there for a refill after spending 400 on gas and the lady at the front desk was giving him a hard time stating that we can only fill up one cup. She gave him attitude after he tried to explain that the coffee cup was empty due to them not having the coffee he wanted. This after we experienced nasty bathrooms. I had to go into 3 different stalls just to find a halfway decent one. The fact that your hassling is over refills when we spend so much in gas and can’t even focus on the cleanliness of your restroom is beyond me.

Evening shift was great and friendly, the lady working at subway was absolutely the best, but we walk in the next morning at 6am only to find out there's no coffee made at all and the bathroom was a nightmare

Would be more parking for tired road drivers if VENTURE EXPRESS didn't use it as a terminal. There were at least 5 daycabs parked for the weekend.
