The only good thing about this particular Kroger is the deals and even then when you're looking for something in particular it's never in stock... Workers are HORRIBLE!!! attitudes, can never help with anything. You have to make sure you check your items thoroughly before leaving the store because theyre know for shelving OLD food.

Their fuel points program (specifically concerning the multiple points on gift cards) is deliberately difficult at best (you have to digitally clip a coupon on the app or you don’t get the points) and dishonest at worst (the sign in the store clearly says 4x points on gift cards… No limits or exceptions mentioned, but that is not available.). When this was pointed out they said that deal is over. I said they should take the sign down and the response was, “oh we can’t do that.” Again, they are being deliberately difficult and even outright lying. Buyer beware…

Well the only reason I gave it 1 star was so it wld get me to where I cld write this...Im from out of town and stopped to find my daughter a birthday cake. I hadn't walked up to the cooler where the cakes were no longer than a minute when the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted something written on a cake because she was abt to go. Well needless to say she didn't give me time to reply, she picked up some stuff and went to the back and never came back. But she had time to stop and complain to 2 other ladies standing there doing nothing might I add. Maybe it was my race that she didnt like or she's just rude. Why get a job working with the public if you act like you hate ppl. Stay home and get a job answering the phone for a company that don't care if your rude and hateful.

I was going to purchase some one a day vitamins that were on clearance for 3.99 and use my 4.00 off coupon on them and it wouldn't take it off at the register. I asked the cashier if they could manually put in the coupon amount for 3.99 and she said she could not. I told her that they have done it on the past and she rudely said that that was an issue for the higher ups not her.this was in self chr k out at 2:49 pm.

For one thing or another I end up going here almost every single day and have never been disappointed. First I would like to mention how friendly the staff and management is. They go above and beyond and are always working hard stocking and checking on customers. Secondly, the store itself is so organized and clean and easy to get around in. I'v never had to ask help to find something because an employee always asks first if you need anything. Also, they always have amazing sales and even free samples which is great when you have two children to occupy while shopping. I will never go anywhere else to shop for anything and I highly recommend everyone else shop here as well, they have the most fair prices of any grocery store i'v been to. Finally, The one and only issue is on a busy day, say Friday afternoon you may wait in line for a couple of minutes but they always call for more cashiers and the longest i'v waited is about 10 minutes. It's hard to beat that!!

Make sure you're absolutely certain about what you buy. Even if it's unopened and you've got a receipt they'll cite rules they conveniently don't list anywhere, and lie about the law to deny your return.

Went to get a few things at Kroger! Ended up with some surprise bargains, saved on groceries and gas! It doesn't get any better than that! We love Kroger!! I'll give them a 5 star 🌟 rating! Good service and great staff!

Never Again !! I spent over an hour gathering my groceries, proceed to check out line. They were busy, no problem - I was patiently waiting my turn. Someone, grabbed my buggy to another line she was opening. While she was checking me out the person in front of me in the other line was leaving, so wasn’t necessary at all to move me.. I was perfectly fine waiting .. Anyway, I gave the cashier my coupons and Kroger cash back checks prior to submitting my payment. She screwed it up and didn’t put the checks in properly. My total amount due wasn’t correct, I had $50.00 in cash back and she only applied $10.00 to my balance. She took my cash back checks ..all of them ..told me not to sign the back that wasn’t necessary .. then manually subtracted the additional $40.00 from total. What she was asking me to pay wasn’t what the register said. I told her I needed a receipt that was correct, not something SHE calculated a Real receipt. She then proceed my cart with all my groceries sacked and said she had to recheck them all 😳 .. What? No, I have already spent to much time here and besides I Was Fine In The Other Line!! I asked for my Kroger cash back checks and she told me she could only give me 4 of the $10.00 checks back, as one of them had already been put thru the system. She said lucky you, as today you actually get cash back and handed me a $10.00 bill. I then left the store without my groceries, mad and very suspicious of the cashier. I called the store to complain, found out her name was Connie and get this, she is in mamagement 😳. Wow! Kroger Batesville’s mamagement needs major help as Connie truly isn’t mamagement material AT ALL !! I actually think she probably steeling ya blind with cash back check transactions, as every other Kroger has me sign them, she said wasn’t necessary and put the other $40.00 in drawer without going thru the register. Seems fishy to me. Beware of Kroger Batesville shady check out practices. I’ll be headed to Oxford or Southaven from now on.

The selection of products is complete to meet the needs of people of all financial statuses and abilities to shop on their own that have physical disabilities. this location is lack luster at best. routinely out of sale items. compared to Oxford and Horn Lake locations, this place isn't really a Kroger. Again, always out of sale items. HOW?

I will never shop there because of the way they treat their employees, you work hours and it's been two months still not gotten paid which I have quit now, you don't save money there really ether, on Lunchables at Walmart is a dollar per Lunchable at Kroger's it's $10 for 10 Lunchables
