The people who work here are weird. One weirdo woman employee legit kept mopping around in circles passing both ends of the aisle I was browsing 4 or 5 times acting like she was mopping watching me each time she passed by both sides of the aisle. Does it take you that long to mop a damn floor?

I work here and my manager treats me horribly. She’s disrespectful, doesn’t speak, she lies to customers when they ask about a product being in stock and she’s always begging the customers to buy her things. There has been no air conditioning for 3 months and I always overheat on my shifts; it’s exhausting and overbearing. This is not a place I would recommend people to work, atleast not under this management.

Extremely dirty and disorganized and they always have things in the middle of the floor for you to trip over if you aren't paying attention. Customer service is some of the worst iv seen. I rarely shop here but when I do the employee behind the counter will not speak one single word to me, no greeting, no total, nothing. Very unwelcoming store

This Family Dollar has the "WORST" customer service that I have EVER seen! It is quite sad that I have to travel to a different city to shop at a different Family Dollar for better customer service
